This is the best bagel place around with the best bagels, never doughy or chewy and freshly made daily. If you are really into bagels you will be pleased with their sandwiches, variety and the best feature: you can text in your order. We never wait and go right up and pick up once we text in what we want. The counter service is a little trying and the staff a little unorganized so you will wait if you just walk in, text and get in and out and enjoy!

Counting the days until they reopen. Can not get a bagel that comes even close to theirs. You really get your money's worth at B & B Bagels. Can't wait to see you guys back!

Decent bagel breakfast sandwich. The deal breaker is for charging extra for butter on the bagel. Really? It wasn't a buttered bagel, it was two swipes of butter on a bagel breakfast special that already cost $5.50. Sunrise Highway robbery.

I love this bagel place. It's always fresh and fast. Ask for a sample and they will give you a taste! It's convenient, right on the service road too. It's not fancy, just consistently good. Tuna and chicken salad are my favorites here.

This is my favorite bagel store. The best breakfast sandwiches in Sayville hands down! It's always pretty busy with good reason, so make sure you call ahead so that your order is just ready to be picked up.

This place is great!!!! I love the fact that there is a large variety and if you need to rush you can call your order in and pick it up. Whenever my kids go back to college they grab 2 dozen to go. I've only gotten the best tasting bagels here. They also have PARKING!!!!

Our favorite bagel place. We no longer live in the area but we're back every 2-3 months and stop at least twice, often more, and ALWAYS to get bagels for our drive back to Virginia. Awesome food and people here.

I'm only back on Long Island a couple of times a year, so I really look forward to biting into a decent real bagel and an egg sandwich while I'm here. I stopped by to see family for a very short visit and popped into B&B because of its convenient location. My hubby and I decided we'd get and bacon-egg-and-cheese and a bagel and share both so we could fit in both LI staple breakfast foods I miss. The egg sandwich was pretty great, with the exception of the fact that the roll was more than the standard amount stale. Still a pretty decent sandwich I was proud to call breakfast. But the bagel! America... Let me tell you something about an egg bagel: it's supposed to be the smushiest of all the bagels. It's got tooth to it, but it sweetly surrenders to your request for a bite unlike any other bagel. Here though? This egg everything bagel was overdone and sad looking- I almost switched orders, but she'd already cut it open and I felt bad. I tried to convince myself it would be ok. This is the only real bagel I'll get for the next four to six months! Surely the bagel gods would not disappoint? Nope. They did. This was literally worse than a supermarket bagel in Buffalo. Dry, hard, stale feeling... Awful. The cream cheese was ok, but I couldn't even bring myself to finish the half of a bagel I had committed to. I tossed it. And that's a big deal for me. Because a bagel is sacred. The only way B&B can make this up to me is by overnighting me an actual egg everything bagel, proving that they know what one actually looks like.

Best bagels I've ever had. My favorite is egg and they do not disappoint, the texture and flavor is perfect - slightly crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Love that they use all natural ingredients, I am a Trader Joe's shopper and their natural bagels cant hold a candle to B&B. In a pinch I stopped at a different bagel store and got an egg bagel...the aftertaste from the artificial ingredients is still with me. B&B is the only place I will get bagels no matter what. Love em!!

This place is terrible. Originally they were open in Lindenhurst. Every weekend morning I would wake up and go through my routine- grab a bagel or wrap from the bagel store then grab a coffee at Starbucks on my way home. For the first couple months, this place was great, quick service, the order was always correct. Then sometime before the first summer started, it all went down hill. The orders were almost ALWAYS wrong; the wait was sometimes close too, if not over an hour long; and the prices were NEVER consistent (one week my sandwich would be $4.50, the next week would be $6.50). Being a creature of habit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to be a loyal patron for quite sometime after explaining my discomfort to the management. They seemed to show no sign of acknowledgement and the service continued to get worst. Finally, I decided to go to take my business elsewhere. Several months later, they closed down. I think thank god. Every Friday my office (in Bohemia, about 15 miles from Lindenhurst) gets bagels for the entire work place (normally from strathmore bagels), there is a sign up sheet and we take turns on who gets the bagels each week. There are about 50 people on the bagel list. Well today was my turn, and recently another coworker had picked up the bagels from B & B and they gave a great deal, so i decided to give it a shot (54 bagels, 3lb plain/flavored cream cheese and 1 lb butter for $55. can't beat that, right?). Not realizing that this was the same B&B as previously located in Lindenhurst, I decided to give them a shot. Thursday, I call in my order to make sure it is ready for pickup on Friday. After placing the order I had asked for my total, they refused to give it to me over the phone. (This should have been the first red flag but since I had spoken with someone who went a few weeks ago, I didn't see a problem). I get to the bagel store, and the second I walk in, I recognize everyone working, so that was the first red flag. Next, they couldn't find my 54 bagels, next red flag. Next, they ring me up and the total comes to $92.94 (Thats a 69% increase on the same order purchased about 3-4 weeks prior). So I once again state my concern, and they start telling me I was wrong, and that their prices are always the same. Whatever, I decide it's not worth the argument and I needed to get to the office with the bagels. Once I get into the office, I compare the receipt to what I had ordered, I was charged for more bagels and more cream cheese than I had originally ordered. Not only did they charge me for more, they didn't even get the order correct for what they did give me. I have given this place and their staff more than enough opportunities, I will continue my routine with my bagel and coffee every weekend, but I will do it somewhere else. I have also already removed all flyers in my office for this bagel store. Good job b&b, lets do the math: You charged me- $92.93 instead of $55. So you decided to help yourself to an extra $37.93 today. Lets see how much that puts you at a loss for this year: My office orders bagels every Friday, same order, every week. There are 52 weeks in a year $55 x 52 weeks is $2,860. So, you chose $37.93 today, instead of $2,860 in the course of a year. Good job B&B, I hope the $37.93 was worth it :)

I wrestled with writing this review for weeks, it was very tough for me to give this place a rating. I'm going to stick to my guns I think and leave up 2 stars and allow my mini-review to explain. This place's food was good. The two of us went on a Saturday morning around 11AM to get some grub to go on our way to another event. She would receive a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll with ketchup and all I wanted was a salt bagel, toasted, with butter. Sounds like an average NY Bagel place breakfast order you would think, right? Well apparently not. I asked for the bagel first, then I said I would need the breakfast sandwich and as I was trying to tell the hatchet-faced woman behind the counter (surrounded by a bevy of smiling young women) what I wanted on the sandwich she shot back some vitrol about how I "SHOULD HAVE ORDERED THE SANDWICH FIRST..." in a very rude and nasty manner. She then proceeded to asked me three or four more times after I placed the order what I wanted on the sandwich, what kind of bagel I wanted, and what I wanted on it. It was clearly her passive-aggressive way of getting back at me as after I was snapped at by her I made a loud faux-apology to her for not knowing B&B's "Protocols". All that nonsense aside? The food was very good. I like my salt bagels with butter (toasted) a very certain way. Some bagel places make them with too much dough, others with too little. Same goes for the amount of salt on the bagel. This place knocked it out of the park. My lady's sandwich was commented on in a highly positive manner. She spoke of the good bread and how well cooked everything was. It's such a shame that that manager woman put such a damper on otherwise really good food. I'd love to have given this place 4 stars, but the poor service rated a 1 in my book so I settled on a 2 with a shoutout to them for having very good fare.

Let me start off by stating I've never written a bad review for any business because I'm not one to look for things to complain about. With that being said, the last 4 times we went to B and B our orders were wrong. This last time I not only texted the clearest order, which could not have been easier to understand, but I then gave my order verbally to the extremely miserable and rude woman on the phone. Our order was not started until a half hour after I spoke with the woman on the phone, while i stood there waiting for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, while others walked in, ordered in front of me, and received their food. The woman could not have been ruder, or had worse customer service skills. No one in our family will ever go to this bagel place again, because the taste of the bagels does not make up for the horrible woman who appears to be the manager. They need smarter, friendlier, employees who know how to read, and who don't hate dealing with the public.

B&B Bagels say they make Old Fashioned Bagels. Whatever they do they make 'em delicious. They didn't reinvent the wheel they just serve 'em up fast; the Bagels and Spreads are outstanding.
