    Giving this place another try. I haven't been here in a while; few years ago. Just like last time around, the food wasn't so good. My burger was cooked well done, I asked for pink. Plus, the sauce was smothered all over it, I asked for it on the side, not on the burger. The manager was notified, he was great, no issues with him. Don't know if I will be back though. Also, service/cook time was very slow...

    Remodeled inside with local sports teams. Love the hometown feel, much nicer appearance than years ago. Had the best waitress we've ever had anywhere. New sandwiches were excellent. So glad we visited, last time was a bunch of years ago. Montréal steak on ciabatta had gourmet touches, and the all American smash burger had a fancy kind of mac sauce. All well presented. We will be back. Pics shortly...

    I tried this restaurant because I'd been given a $15 gift card for it. Since we were broke, my sister and I went for the 2 for $20 special. We got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer (good), my sister got the chicken tenders with french fries, which was good, and I got the riblets with fries which were okay but not great. The riblets were a little dry and hard to eat with all the bones. The BBQ sauce was pretty decent though, spicey! The ice tea tasted strange. Our server was good, but the greeter/seater was just awful! He was so moody and rude that I couldn't understand why his manager just didn't send him home! He was the same as we were leaving as well. My sister and I laughed over it, but I do feel it was unprofessional of management to allow him to continue to behave that way.

    The brand is in bad shape but not half as bad as this location. One would have to have no regard for service or food quality/taste to dine here. Wife wanted the triple chocolate meltdown. I suggested we eat somewhere else and get the dessert but we decided to give them "another try." While I found myself in utter disbelief of what I was experiencing, I kept saying that I knew this was what it would be and why am I surprised. The manager sits at a table two tables from us and stuffs his face while I have dishes piled up since the server can bother to clear them. Chips for spinach dip were the bottom of the pan shreds of pieces. The pretzels were microwaved. The fries ice cold. Heaven forbid you want a refill on a drink. I had to ask for anything and everything I wanted at least twice. That is not service. Management and staff alike could care less. TL Cannon should be ashamed of themselves and start visiting their restaurants to see what is actually driving customers away. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would have. The worst experience that money can buy. It's not worth the dessert.

    Went there with my boyfriend this Saturday. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because our food was actually pretty tasty. The service on the other hand; horrible! We weren't given straws or silver ware (I walked and got my own straw from the bar). My boyfriend asked for a second margarita before our meal was even out, and it didn't arrive until after he was done eating; we sent it back. I didn't receive a refill either. We were never checked on while eating our food, and I wasn't offered a box before leaving even though I ate less than half of my meal. At that point I didn't even want to bring it home. One of the worst dine-out experiences I've had. Do not go there.

    Horrible experience. My husband is military and we wanted to take our parents out for a good bye dinner. Dinner took forever and then when it came out my sister in laws wasn't ready and wasn't brought out. Finally we had all our food and there was hair on my plate. And we never saw our server again after ordering. Highly recommend any of the other establishments in the area.

    Took my kids and mom to lunch, waitress was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my small kids. Extra coloring mats, extra crayons, food came out fast and had lots of patience. 2 Caesar salads, 2 chk nuggets w fry kids meal. 1 large sangria for me for taking my kids and mom out to lunch. Over tipped waitress

    Stopped in with, family and friends they had kids 4 & 5, they got children's menus. Maybe the adults should have also as the kids food came right away. I ordered the fish and chips nice size portion of fish a little too greasy, but edible, had to constantly ask our server for refills, my daughter ordered her chicken sandwich with mayo on the side as it's spicy mayo. Well it came with spicy mayo on it and regular mayo on the side, after flagging down our missing waitress telling her about the mistake and asking for refills again. The manager came over to see what the issue was, meanwhile my daughter is trying to cool down her taste buds, but no refill yet. The manager offered to bring the menu as my daughter was just going to cancelled her order and just stick with her appetizer instead. Meanwhile the kids were done and waiting for ice cream which hadn't shown up yet. The manager says "I will get those boys their ice cream with whipped cream personally". Well guess who shows up 2 ice creams no whipped cream. It's our friend the missing waitress, we ask her for 3 take away containers, at this point we just want to get out of this place. The manager comes back to see how the kids are doing, I tell her about the whipped cream and off she goes to get that. Meanwhile no boxes, no refills, no waitress. Finally the whip cream arrives I ask for boxes again and get the check. Didn't get charged for the chicken sandwich or the botched up ice creams. Big deal now I have to go to McDonald's drive thru for my daughter, but that's a whole other story...

    The last 4 times I have eaten at this particular establishment there has been some major mishap or another. They are extremely busy and I can understand waitstaff stress and wait times being a bit above average for drinks and bringing out the food but this place is just a mess. 1st mishap was clear plastic packaging cut up (careless in the kitchen) in my 4 yr. old's hamburger, which he swallowed some of after choking for about 15 seconds scaring me to death, and all's I got was a manager come to the table and ask if my son was okay and they offered to make another burger or anything he wanted. (no apology mind you, and it was an offer to remake not an insist.) 2nd mishap was after waiting 45-50 minutes for the food to come out (no waitress stop at table at all not even to refresh the drinks or to make niceties) the food was just dehydrated to the point of disgust. I have gone the majority of my life never making a complaint about food being wrong and this was disgusting and I couldnt eat it. I did tell the waitress and her response was, "well it was really busy so it was probably sitting back there a while. I could have it remade for you..." I said well we already waited forever for this, forget it" she replied, "well I offered!" She never came back to drop the bill we waited about 30 minutes more before realizing she was ignoring us after seeing her go outside for 3 smoke breaks and flirting with a waiter for the rest of the time. 3rd mishap waitress was playing with my son and overly friendly but it was okay my kid was amused. Then he dropped a crayon and she came over and said he had to be more careful because she could step on it and break her neck. My then 5 year old whom is quick witted says, I just dropped it and I was about to pick it up but you grabbed it first, thanks" she then raised her voice and told him to not back talk her. She came very close to landing on her skanky ass when I stood up abruptly and told her not to talk to my kids during dinner and to leave us be and let his mother parent him. Then I went to the hostess and asked for a manager..manager came by about 8 minutes later, a mousy girl named Cary and seemed overwhelmed. 4th mishap, I went to a family dinner (against my wishes to this establishment) there were 10 of us. The waitress was transparent with her judgement (my mother is for all intents and purposes a simpleton that could benefit from more frequent bathing) While someone else was placing their order she kept glancing at my mother with a look of disgust (which I understand but show some professionalism, make fun or show disgust out of sight of a paying customer especially one who would have tipped about $100.00 because she is to generous and stupid) The food took a while, the adults were served before the 3 small kids, which made us adults angry and we fed the kids our food. Then when my 11 year old's burger came out it was cool rare when ordered well done, I asked them to cook it more...15 minutes went by and when the burger was brought back out it was inedible. It had been microwaved for bread and lettuce and tomato still on for what must have been 10 minutes. I asked what the issue was, why she would bring it to the table looking like it did, (the fries looked like fossils) and the plate was SCORCHING hot. I was so f***ing mad. She had the good sense to look appalled and seem humiliated, grabbed the plate without her rag and burned her hand and dropped the disgusting food all over my niece...hot plate and all. Manager comes to the table and says they will make something else that will be super quick if my son wants it so he asks for a side salad..WHen the check come to the table the waitress informs us that the manager just kept the burger on and gave the salad free..so I said but the burger is more expensive, the side salad was $3.00 and the burger was almost $12.00 she was confused trying to explain why me taking it up the ass was more beneficial than paying for what we ate...I told her firmly that she better take the burger off, and then bring the bill back. My family thinking that it would be quick went to their cars while my mother waited to pay with me standing with her. She is handicapped and has a hard time standing. They cleaned out table off and resat it while we were standing in the aisle waiting for the reprint of the check. The waitress was gone for over 15 minutes. We went to look for her she was no where to be found, finally my mother flagged another wait staff down and asked them to get her..she came out looking annoyed and frustrated and said that she couldnt get the bill to come out right and the coupon my mother gave her was not working right. She told us to go have a seat and she would get to us as soon as she figured it out, I asked her where she would like us to sit since they resat our table, to which she seemed shocked. Then said at the bar. I told my mother repeatedly lets just walk out, f this place, she said no.

    Service at the bar is horrible. Stay away from Kristin at the bar. Took over 20 mins to order food so I grabbed a waitress that passed by and ordered thru her. Everything was about as you'd expect it.

    Love that they serve the food nice and piping hot! The spinach artichoke dipped is awesome and the blacken chicken penne was delicious.

    This restaurant is good & the prices are not too bad. You should try & eat there early for dinner as they have alot of poeple go there.
