I'm starting to really want to move from fresh meadows Bc every restaurant around here sucks!!!! I'm really ready to take a bank loan out and open a real restaurant that would blow these places away. This hooters is the worst place in the neighborhood. They shouldn't even be open. The rating card outside the window should be a F. I'm hoping the health department reads this and sends someone to inspect.This place is disgusting. The food is trash literally looks like that's what it came out of,and the beer is warm. It's just horrible, and to top it off the girls look like they just graduated from crackhead high. O stars!!!!!

The Chicken wings are ok, but the curly fries are terrible. Dry and cold. No service after they serve the food. Otherwise I would get the fries back to them. Bad experience.

Food tasted terrible. Hooters ladies have no hooters anymore. I'm sticking to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Reopened. Everything looks very much the same. Food tastes the same! Consistent at every hooters. Wings tastes the same. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich, "served on Texas toast, smothered in BBQ sauce & topped with cole slaw and onion rings!" Except no onion rings or cole slaw.. When I told the waitress, she's like "noooo it comes with French fries." So of course I opened a menu and proved to her I can read it and it says onion rings. She gets the manager, I presume and after his confirmation, I get a plate with cole slaw and 2 onion rings... the girl is pretty and very sweet, but slow, very slow. She probably is very new to waitressing. 3.5 stars but I don't have that option so I rounded up. **note to management, train the waitresses to not tell me what I ordered is wrong, ever heard of "customers always right?!"

The fried pickles was delicious bit the wings that I ordered was not so good how can you go wrong with wings . The French fries came cold ugh but I must say I will go back for the fried pickle & probably get a hamburger

We come here because it's right by the AMC movie theatre and allows us to kill time while waiting for our movies to start. We also thought It would be better than Applebee's, but boy were we wrong! I don't know what's the issue here, but the food is terrible and tasteless. The servers are really nice & sweet, but the cooks make the food taste horrid. Not my go to place for wings or burgers. They seriously need new cooks, new sauces, maybe even new meat because there is really something wrong. I usually think maybe I'm just a picky eater and hard to please, but even the people at the next table were complaining too. Don't waste your time or money, eat elsewhere! The sodas are good though ...

I would never waste my time reviewing a place like Hooters bc I feel it's a waste of time and my one review probably won't change anything. However, this "new location" is as bad as they come!! Worst service in my entire existence. That being said I came here on a Saturday afternoon for someone's birthday event for drinks and a few apps. We were a group of about 15. Wow. Such incompetent staff!!! 1. No water 2. The waitresses are so confused and completed airheaded. 3. Everything got mixed up. 4. They brought out some food first after 45 minutes, then one or two of the drinks, then a little more food, then another drink or two. Omg what a mess. The utensils came out after we were done eating and half of the food was given to other people, never came or just was delayed by an hour. Wow!! This place is seriously such a joke. My boyfriends sandwich was given to someone else and the actual waitress and manager went over to that person it was given to and I guess try to figure things out. Just freaking let it go and realize you guys f*cked up! Not your customer. Don't come here if you have a group of 2 or more. FYI food was disgusting. Onion rings are so greasy my hands looked like I poured water on them. Pulled pork was too sweet. Margarita had way too much sour mix. I was hungry and still managed to leave 80% of everything! Don't come here!! The staff is completely brainless! I don't give out 1 star reviews very often and even with my low expectations for these types of establishments, I was still blown away by their disorganization. Hooters- you've managed to be my first BIG FRANCHISE review (I've reviewed a few smaller ones). I never do this but you guys were just that awful. My thumbs are wayyyyy down..... Oh by the way, don't ask a waitress why your table still hasn't been cleaned after 3 hours. They will look at you in disbelief and utterly baffled that you've asked them such a demeaning question. I don't doubt that these are smart women but for some reason they seem to leave their brain cells back home :/
