I had a BIG problem with customer services in this Ralph's. I ordered a large bucket (like the type the Ralph's employees scoop out of) for a party earlier in the day, I spoke with a girl on the phone who told me that it would be 55 dollars and she had spoke to the manager, when I got down to the Ralph's, they tried charging me 65 dollars! I explained what had happened and the girls in the store were EXTREMELY rude. I explained to them they must be mistaken and one of them made a phone call and told me it was 65 dollars, I asked if she had spoken to the manager and she said she had spoken to the owner, who said I must have misheard the price, I said of course I didn't but he didn't care, obviously it was more important to him to get ten dollars than customer service. AVOID this ralph's, there is one in smithtown that is very close to the this location and the large bucket's are fifteen dollars cheaper there! They all have different owners because they are franchised, avoid this ralph's. Andrew (the owner) clearly doesn't care about his customers and before this experience I had heard a lot of negative things about Andrew and the things he did to get the lease but i choose to give him the benefit of the doubt, very bad experience.

I know this is crazy talk but I love Ralph's almost as much as I love Yogurtini! Yogurtini still wins but that's besides the point. Ralph's has since moved because a DD is coming to the original shopping center. As if the one on 347 is too far away. Not! We also have within maybe a 4 mile radius I'm not even exaggerating five 7-11s. It's crazy! Anyway! Ralph's has something for everyone and I actually like this location better. More room and is actually updated! Sweet! Me? I'm a fan of Vanilla Chip or Chocolate Mousse usually. Tonight I got Chocolate Mousse Chip. Will I be back?! Of course!!!

The people here are so nice, I don't go to any other Ralphs just because I like the customer service. I like the new location so much better. so clean!

I went there a week or so ago while in the area. The service was excellent and I really like the ices. I had half chocolate and half cappuccino in a squeeze cup. would definetly go again if in the area
