They manage to pile ingredients on their pizza while keeping it light tasting and crispy and the Vesuvius (chicken cutlet, cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, basil) is one of the most delicious slices I've had anywhere. I've taken friends here, ordered in for friends and everyone has loved it. IMO, best pizza in Greenburgh/WP. The only reason I can think of for them having a low rating is that competitors are skewing things. Only negative: they underestimate the time it takes for pick up and you'll end up waiting. Just get delivery if you can.

Having spent the last 2 months undergoing radiation treatment at the Dickstein Cancer Center, I thought it would be nice to surprise the valet guys who help me every day with a couple of pizzas. Called in an order and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. Since I was driving down from Northern Westchester it would have been perfect timing. However, when I arrived to pick up 30 minutes later, I was told they were not ready. They had been too busy making the pizzas for the window and the guy that took the order never told anyone. No apologies, no regrets. Was told if I still wanted them I would have to wait for them to be prepared and baked. Employees had a total lack of consideration and could care less attitude! Not to mention that it left me stranded without the gift I had planned to deliver. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME! There are hundreds of pizza places to choose from in and around White Plains. Wish I had gone elsewhere!

I went in by myself and the host promptly told me I could not eat in the dining area because i was alone. I had to ask if I could eat in the front part where the pizzeria was sniff the hOst pointed out I would have to serve myself which I did. After sitting for awhile this same host turned himself into a waiter and served select tables inn this section. The food was good but this hOst needs to learn some manner s.

Ordered delivery with estimate of 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes I called and they said it was in the car on its way. 10-15 minutes more they said. A half hour later checked again and they lost the order. Said it would be an hour. Would have meant I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. Cancelled my order and won't go back. Not the best pizza place anyways, just conveniently less than 10 minutes from my house. And still would have been an hour to rush me my missing order. Ridiculous.

My husband and I went to Cerbone's Friday evening for my birthday. Had the special which was a lobster ravioli with large shrimp in a pink sauce. Absolutely delicious; large chunks of lobster in the ravioli that melted in your mouth. My husband had their shrimp scampi, which I didn't get a chance to see or taste because when I looked up from my dish, he has already devoured it. Great meal, great service, great place to go for just a drink, dinner with friends or takeout. Every meal I've had has been wonderful. This is my favorite place to frequent.

I really enjoyed this place. Lost a star for ambiance and lack of separation from "pizza joint" filled with construction workers. Nothing against hard working dudes but I was looking for a fancier atmosphere. Yes, found the dining area in the back very nice and roomy. My service was impeccable even when I was overcharged for someone else's pizza. Luncheon specials are very reasonably priced, generous portions and delicious. My salad was very nice and I enjoyed the cannoli stuffed zeppoles..yum! Just be cognizant of fact that the only sign on the front of this place say's "Pizza"

Fantastic pizza. I popped in to grab a quick slice and was impressed by the amount of options they had available. One special slice will run you ~$5, but it's a full meal. The chicken and broccoli slice was so packed that I couldn't eat another if I wanted to. The crust was perfectly cooked too which is the key indicator of any good pizza place!

There is something so amazing about their margarita pizza-once you have it, you literally cannot stop thinking about it! The tomatoes (chunky and in plenty supply) are sweet and roasted deliciousness! Our other fave is their cobb salad...packed with toppings...it's almost enough for two meals! Only neg...for whatever reason, the avocados on the cobb are consistently funky. Not sure why. But no one is perfect....Although Cerbone is close!

this place is a place to go to when you have no other choice. The food is really pretty mediocre. I can't believe they stay in business...

I've driven past this place for about 2 years and was a little hesitant. Not sure f the food was any good. It took this long until my husband suggested( finally) to try Cerbone out. The bar area is at the front of the restaurant a few feet away you have the dining area and it's pretty cute. Now let's get to the food.... The service staff were professional and kept our water glasses filled without asking . They brought us nice crusty bread with olive oil ( w/olives) to dip our bread in . Yummmm. Then our waiter asked if we were ready to order. I ordered a Chicken Avellino with roasted peppers, mushrooms and broccoli in a wine sauce . I was pleasantly surprised my husband ordered chicken parmigiana and he lived it. All in all, everybody was professional we weren't ignored and best if all, the food was great. What's not to like?

Food did not seem fresh. Ordered the escarole and bean soup and the escarole looked brown and old. The salad was ok and was served in one of those awkard wobbly wooden bowls. When I tried to cut it up, the bowl would tilt side to side and spill the salad out. The service was lethargic but the waitress was pleasant. The Gnocchi was al dente and I would go back for that. It seems that this is an Italian Restaurant at which to eat Pizza and Pasta. I would not recommend any adventorous menu-ordering. Clientele seemed a little sketchy.

I bought 2 slices of chicken parm pizza for lunch yesterday. I have never tasted pizza with absolutely no taste whatsoever, until now. It couldn't be more bland. This is not the first time. There won't be a next time.

I had to give 1 instead of 2 for many reasons. Food is decent at its best. These good reviews are shady, notice only "reviewers" have minimal reviews. Owners are not good business people. Go to LaMandas up the street, forget this dump.

Four of us ate here tonight and we are all glad we did. We shared two appetizers the hot antipasto and the scallop special. Both were absolutely delicious. The hot antipasto included mussels, clams scallops shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, eggplant rollantini and roasted peppers au gratin. The scallops which were sweet and tender were broiled with bread crumbs and came with a balsamic vinaigrette reduction. For the entrees three of us ordered the Zuppa di Pesce. The waiter warned us that it was a big portion and that we will be taking doggie bags home. He has yet to see anyone finish it. He joked that they should make it a contest and anyone that finishes the whole dinner should get it free. When it arrived it was served in a pot because it was too much for any plate unless you had "Grandma's pasta bowl". It was loaded with mussels, clams, shrimp, scungilli and scallops in a delicious marinara sauce. All the seafood tasted like it just came off the fisherman's boat. It was served over what amounted to at least 3/4lb of linguine that was cooked perfectly...al dente. Our waiter turned out to be right and none of us could finish the enormous portion of food. Our doggie bags were the biggest I have ever had. They had to put each of our entrees in a big aluminum tray (the square kind). The other entree ordered by our table mate was Penne Santino which was Broccoli rabe and sausage over pasta. In addition he ordered a side of meatballs that were the size of large oranges and were deemed very good. We were too full for any desert but we finished our meal with cappuccino which was a big cup and was good. All in all it was very good. The only negative that I would say is the ambiance. The front portion of this restaurant is a pizzeria with a bar with the dining area in the back with no real separation of the two. It would have been better if there was more room devoted to the dining area along with a delineation of the two. The main thing is we will be back and will certainly make sure we starve ourselves before we go.

My family and I ate there today. I have to say.....very friendly service, food was outragous. My wife had one of the specials I had the chicken Matteo and the kids had individual pizzas (my son loves their white pizza). I have to say this is one of our new favorite places to eat. I Will be there for lunch at least one day this week (since i work fairly close).

I went here for dinner with my family-- 3 adults 1 teenager. We are very picky eaters and don't like mediocre food when we go out to eat. We shared two appetizers both very good and 3 out of 4 of us had veal entrees - all delicious as well. Even though it is ostensibly a pizza restaurant - the food is as good as most italian restaurants i have been to- in that price range. I would not hesitate to recommend it or go back.

I was at this new beautiful restaurant last Sunday for their Pasta Sunday specials. I could not believe the variety of Pastas offered . At least 30 great dishes are on the pasta menu. The portions are large and the pasta was served al dente. I went with 6 friends and we all ordered different pasta dishes and loved them all. The garlic knots, salad, coffee and dessert were all included in the $12.95 price. The owner came over to our table to make sure everything was okay and told us if we were too full from the meal we should take home the desserts. We ended up taking home some desserts and leftovers from our huge portions! Everyone was friendly and the restaurant is a welcome addition to the area. We finally found a local place with both a great bar and an awesone menu! I cant't wait to go back!
