Good pizza, but our experience was ruined when we ordered a pizza online and never received it. Called twice to follow up with them, but there was no answer. Hours said they were open, and the status said the order was processed online. They never followed up with us, but we did get our money back on mealeo.com . Still, disappointing.

The recent purchase of a living social deal gave me good reason stop by and try this neighborly pizza restaurant. Dined in here with 2 of my friends after a 5K run (ready to feast!). Cozy dining space accommodate 40+ and has one TV. Presumably the owner, the lady behind counter was very friendly and gave us the menu. We ordered a small 6 cut Lasagna Pizza, cheese calzone, and small grilled chicken salad (... Something "healthy"). Paid Subtotal of $28. Done right with the New York Style thin crust, the pizza filled with ample unique delicious toppings. Calzone had plenty of melted ricotta & mozzerella cheese loaded in crusty bread. Chicken salad was rather bland & skimpy in ingredient . Take away: Don't get salad at this Italian restaurant, stick with their pizza. Overall, I would visit this friendly family restaurant.

I have been going to restaurant for years. They specialize in artisan pies and offer a good variety. But beyond the specialty bacon, tomato, ranch blah blah blah stuff, they do the most important thing perfectly: Marinara, Basil, and Fresh Mozzarella. Honestly, if you want great NY style pizza, this is the place!

This was our second effort to find good pizza near our new house, and our second disappointment. We spent so much time kicking ourselves for not using Yelp originally, I thought a place with four stars would be better. The crust was too thin and floppy, and it needed more sauce. The wings were pretty good, but nothing to write home about. They could've used more sauce. The salad was fine. Of the two places we've tried, I would DEFINITELY pick Labella over the other one, but it's only okay. We're still looking for a better option.

update -- a few day after our disastrous experience I got a call from the owner offering a credit to make things right. Tonight we had a much better experience - food arrived hot and everyone was very friendly. Only complaint was that one of the slices we had (Hawaiian) was a bit on the tough side - but the others were really tasty.

The pizza is great but we weren't sure if it was due to the delay in getting our order and we were so hungry. Customer service is not their strong point. I called to check on the order the first time and was told it was on its way. When it didn't arrive after 20 minutes I called backed and only due to a slip up did I get told it was just leaving. I let them know this was 1 hour and 20 minutes after I called. I went with this place due to Yelp reviews. I asked what our discount would be due to this delay and the owner responded with "Do you want the f---ing pizzas or not. We needed to eat since it was now 8:30 PM. When the driver arrived I let him know his tip had been sacrificed by his boss cursing me out. He then proceeded to curse me and "to go hug a f---ing tree". Maybe it was a bad night for this place but I would not count on good customer service.

Don't call here for delivery!! The person who answered the phone didn't know what came on the supreme, didn't know if they had jalapeños, and didn't know if they could substitute . She had to go ask someone else the question every time. She then had the audacity to insult me for placing my order the way I wanted. Total waste of time and very unprofessional!!

I found this place via a LivingSocial deal and I'm really glad I did because I probably would never have found this place; it's on a side road and has a small sign on the front of the restaurant, so it's not easily seen. The pizza here is really quite good and it's the perfect thin crust, greasy NY-style pizza that everyone should think of when they think of pizza. We tried the wings and garlic bread too and both were really, really good. The deal was for $20 worth of food and the food here is pretty cheap, so it was a challenge to find things to total that amount for a lunch for two. The owner actually helped us find stuff to get our full money's worth and I really liked that they didn't just try to gyp us. I really liked this place and I would order out here often if I lived nearby!

Ordered large cheese pizza and antipasto salad. Quick 20 minutes for pick up. Food and salad excellent. $8.50 for a large antipasto is more than I would spend but it's worth it- a lot of meat and cheese. Good for two people.

This place is great! Stopped here on the way back from Canada. No deal, and still only $13 for 4 speciality slices and 2 drinks. I would happily come back to this place if I lived in the area. No idea why it doesn't have more yelp reviews!!

This place has wonderful pizza! We are from CA, and are used to the typical Round Table Pizza, so we were so excited to try a NY "Pie." La Bella's didn't disappoint. It's a no-nonsense pizza shop that is clearly for take out or delivery, as the temperature inside the restaurant is nearly unbearably hot. We got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, light blue cheese, with medium sauce. It was so delicious! We also ordered garlic bread, which I hated (too much garlic, not enough butter), but my husband loved. Our total was about $22.00, which I think is awesome for 2 night's worth of food for the two of us. This place is a must-try!

If you go, get the pizza. It is by far one of the best pizzas in the area. Authentic, delicious and made with quality ingredients - we have never been disappointed. A pizza pie from Labella is pricey but you pay for high quality, very tasty ingredients so its' worth it. I do not like anything else we've gotten there. Seriously. The appetizers are obviously frozen and quickly fried up. They are always tasteless and usually cold by the time we get them. I love Mozzarella sticks and the ones here are AWFUL. The garlic bread with cheese is OK. But usually it is either too dry and crunchy or too soft and mushy. And it almost always is WAYYYYY too garlicky. We've never tried any other entrees other than the pizza, but it is BOMB. So good, so yummy, we just ordered some and I can't wait. It's the perfect mix of crispy and chewy, cheesy but not too much so and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. I don't get how there can be such a discrepancy between the pizza and all other products, but LaBella clearly pours its' all into their pies and it shows.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My husband and I have ordered from Labella's a few times, mostly pizza and wings and have never been disappointed, which says a lot since I am a pizza snob and he is a wing snob! Everything arrives quickly and is always very tasty. This evening we ordered pasta dinners for a change of pace and there was a slight mixup that resulted in me getting the wrong order. It wouldn't have been a big deal (it looked delicious) but I have a food allergy and couldn't eat it. Knowing they were about to close, I was just going to let it go but my husband wanted to call to see if we could bring it back to them and switch it. They were so extremely nice, apologetic and just awesome about the whole thing and offered to deliver it to me ASAP. It arrived piping hot, in fact I am typing this while it cools down enough to eat, and the man who delivered it was also extremely nice, apologetic and would not let me give him a tip until I firmly insisted repeatedly. And, the pasta dishes we got were all DELICIOUS!!! Full of fresh ingredients, nothing over cooked or left sitting around, I'll be going back to Labella's from now on, because their level of customer service paired with great food is just not something you will find anywhere else!

I love their food! The pizza is amazing! I am a huge basil fan and you can definitely taste it. I love their staff and I think the previous reviewer maybe had caught them at a bad time. Their pasta meals are a huge portion and you always have leftovers. I used to travel a pretty good distance within Clifton Park just to get dinner here. Now I am lucky because I work right around the corner and we regularly get pizza delivered for lunch! I hope they keep up the ton of basil!! :-)

This is solid place for go-to pizza parlor style pies. Its no frills, nothing fancy, but an exceptional 'american/NYC style' pizza. This is one of best pizza dives in the Clifton Park area...definitely for take out/delivery. Their pizza oven is gas fired-open flame and the oven deck is lined with fire bricks.....this makes a HUGE difference compared to other places. The crust comes out similar to places that use wood fired brick ovens. All in all they make a great pizza. I wish they were more of a sit down place though, my only complaint.
