I don't come often to avoid developing an addiction but when I do, the service is always very good! They're fast and friendly. One time I went in and they were out of my usual (very berry hibiscus tea) but offered another refresher and assured me if I didn't like it they could make me another drink. The only downside is that it's usually super busy during the week. The line always extends out of the door so expect a wait, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

The place isn't bad when u go later, but mornings suck! Three different times i go there granted my food and coffee doesn't take long but the ppl are so rude in they mornings. Get a cup of coffee. Or ever come in early and enjoy a cup of joe before u start working. And if that simply doesnt work find a job u will be happy with. Three different times and the same a$$ hole every morning.

I came here around the middle of May and had no problem using my Gold Card. I actually came here with a large group on Saturday, and they were quite efficient with our orders. We were only visiting the area, so I am not sure I'll come back just because of that. But if you're from around the area, I'd recommend. They have board games too.

I had a Salted Caramel Mocha here last night before going to work. I didn't know if it was what I really wanted so I talked it over with the Barista and she modified it to what she thought I would like. It was VERY good! The facility is very nice as are the employees.

If you have a gold card, be prepared for them to give you a hard time about what you are authorized. This place is good at telling you what you can't have

Service use to be "5" Stars...Been 4 times recently, they're always out of the Protein Boxes and chicken sausage breakfast wraps. I have yet to find they keep these items stocked. The Summit Starbucks is "5 Stars"!

I normally love this place, however... the obviously new girl who doesn't seem to know what she's doing at all and is the slowest moving person I've ever seen should not be cashiering during the busy morning when the line is out the door. I've had her twice - the first time they were out of Pike's Place and she had to brew it, but she didn't know how. She got someone else to brew it and then she went to help make drinks. I waited. And waited. Meanwhile, she never checked back with me or bothered to pour the coffee I had already paid for. Eventually I found another person to help me while the first girl was wandering around behind the counter, totally oblivious to the fact that she left me standing there for 15 minutes while the line grew longer. Then today I get her again and it's like it is her first day all over again. She looked so lost and confused - it was a struggle for her to pull a cup out and pour the coffee. They were out of Pike's Place again (go figure) and she had to ask the other cashier what to do! Didn't we just do this last week? How have you regressed in your knowledge of your job during that time? For god sake, the line is out the door. Learn your job or get out of the way. Besides that, the coffee is good and I love getting a free same-day refill when I bring back my cup and receipt. And the other employees are great - it's just this one girl who needs to go back to training.

I love this Starbucks at UNR's Joe Crowley Student Union, aka "The Joe." Staffed by students, they hustle and make a damn good cup of coffee/frappucino/specialty drink of your choice. Friendly, fast, efficient and always a cheerful word. Yeah, sometimes you have to wait in line when it's a between-class rush, but I challenge you to find any other Starbucks in Reno that is more efficient and ALWAYS gives you a very hot cup o'joe.

I really do love this Starbucks on campus. I actually come here quite a bit and could not believe that I had not written a review for them yet! What the heck!?! This is always a happening place, but every time I am there the staff are efficient and quick with how many students come through the place! The staff always have a smile and are so friendly! For awhile I was coming so often because of late nights for classes, the recognized me and knew my order...just like cheers! LOL That always makes you feel really good! For how busy it is, it always looks clean and items are stocked each time I go in. If they happen to be out of something they are quick to respond when you ask for it. I have even seen on several instances staff go above and beyond in helping the customers to make sure they have everything they need while there. I also really like the set up of this Starbucks. They have comfy chairs on one side with side tables that really give a homey feeling and there are lots of typical Starbucks tables and chairs. I also like at this Starbucks that if you keep your receipt you can have a refill on the coffee! Not all do that unless you have the card! Which I recently obtained! Way to go for keeping this Starbucks rocking on campus! Keep up the great work!
