Awful service. Walked out. Waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. Asked for a particular channel on a TV to watch a conference basketball game. Only the manager can change the channels. After 3 requests, and 15 minutes of waiting with no channel change, and barely a drink, we walked out. Missed half of the first half of the game that we came to watch.

Sat for 15 minutes without anyone saying hi or asking if we wanted a drink. Servers all around not one would make eye contact or respond to my waves for attention. Unless you bring your own food and drink go elsewhere.

Why am I waiting 45 minutes to get a simple order of chicken tenders and fries? This is ridiculous. No wonder this place is empty.

It's sad to see a location of a good food chain being run this way. I love 'B-Dubs', was excited to see it come to Santa Fe, but have only been 3 times since it opened and will probably never go back. In my three visits the first had super slow and bad service but great food. The second was poor service yet again, but this time a decline in food quality with dry chewy wings. Third time they wanted to charge us to get in and I had to convince the "bouncer" that I was not there to watch the event. They let us in but as expected the food and service matched out second visit. They need some serious restructuring within the staff at this location. I want the tasty wings and beer of B-Dubs, but not the service and quality of this location.

This is a franchise and not a company store. I've been there many times to eat and watch games, but last night was the at time I'll go to this bww. Half the items on the menu were unavailable, food didn't arrive after 30 minutes so I canceled the order. A manager from ano\her store tried very nicely to make up for the fiasco and brought me part of a wrong order. Place used to be good. Not worth it now.

We pulled into this restaurant after a long day on the slopes and what a disappointment. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. However, we waited 45 minutes to receive our order, and that was after numerous complaints. The place was not even that busy! Overall, the place sucks! If you don't come here to drink, there are better choices available. We ordered wings which were unevenly basted; in some areas, the wings were dry, and in other areas, so heavily smothered that it was ridiculous. The wings were cold and not the right kind. What those guys are doing back in the kitchen, I don't know, but for the kind of money we paid, we should've gone to Jimmy John's.

Gave them a shot twice now. First time we waited for 30 minutes and when we got to the dining area, there were tons of open tables. Not sure what the wait was for other than not being able to manage the small crowd. Wrong food was delivered, no biggie normally, but we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right food. Had to wave down another server to get a refill on drinks because our server disappeared. All the time there were multiple servers/runners standing around goofing off. Oh and the food was just ok, so wrote it off for being new to open and poor management. This was two weeks after open, during the day, not rush. Second time (visited today 7/3), another 10 minute wait with plenty of open tables. My wife and 3 kids (3,4, and 5 year olds). They tried to seat us in the bar area on bar stools. Really? After some obvious seating confusion, we got our dirty booth table. After seating us, the friendly host asked if we would like our table cleaned. No we want to eat on a dirty table, that would be awesome. We waited for an eternity for our waiter or anyone to acknowledge our presence. Wife said "ok 2 minutes and we're out of here." Finally, we got a waiter. Drinks came fast, ordered tea, but no sugar on table..ok wait another 10 minutes for waiter to bring sugar, after he forgot what we needed. Order food, 20 minutes for wings?? really? This place was not packed. Wings were over cooked, super dry and cold. Tried to send them back, but waiter had disappeared. Seemed to be a theme as I got a shoulder shrug from a neighboring patron. Ok, I admit I ate the nasty wings, but I was so freaking hungry at this point, I was desperate. At least I got my food, my wife didn't get her chicken wrap. Waiter forgot what she ordered, so that had to be made (another 15 minutes). Kids got mac n cheese, not a spoon in sight. We requested spoons, got 2 spoons for 3 kids..lol. wow. Kids also got the mini corn dogs (waiter said comes with 6), only came with 4 on the plate. They were tiny and useless for 3 kids to share. Requested the other two missing mini corn dogs, never got them. Super annoyed at this point, we just wanted to leave. Got our $50 bill..laughable. Left a poor tip like our service, which I hate to do and rarely have to do. This place suffers from really poor management at this point, I sure hope it gets better. I know this all sounds grumpy and petty, but I really want to like this place. Was really excited for this in Santa Fe, but we won't be coming back. :(

This place has the worst service ever. Our waitress Gabby seemed extremely distracted. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks ( place was so not busy) then half way through our meal we ordered another drink which arrived by the manager ( she was very apologetic) as we were leaving. I have no idea how they handle business when they get busy!, We like Buffalo wild wing just not at this location DONT GO,!

2nd time is a charm, right? Not so much. But slightly better than the last time. The bartenders were friendly and attentive but one major thing that turned me off of this place? They short you on beers. Bad. At least an inch of foam in every single pour. When I pay $6 or $7 for a beer, I don't want to be shorted. Still one of the better beer selections in Santa Fe but please, it's just sacrilege to pour a beer that badly.

A bunch of teenagers who don't have any work ethic serving wings that taste like they may have come from the freezer isle at a Walgreens. Everything about this place is gross. Support a local business if you want to watch a game, nothing worthwhile here.

I came here with a very large party of people, so I do attribute some of the confusion that night too that. Our food took a very long time to come out. If I asked for water it took a good 20+ minutes for it to appear, the same with any request we gave. dThe waiter, try as he might, could not keep straight who had ordered what. Getting the correct ticket to everyone at the table took well over half an hour.

Considering we came here at 12 am after Zozobra, I have to say our experience was pretty good. Our server was exhausted but attentive and our food came out quick. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. No apologies for a pretzel taking 20 minutes to make, no apologies for not being greeted within 15 minutes, no apologies for our drinks taking 10 minutes. Pathetic. Would be one star if it was not for the manager. Seated at a table. Nothing but a menu put down with us. Took seven minutes for a waiter to take out drink orders. We each ordered a beer on tap and a water. Waiter needs to see ID which we understand. Being out of state, he needed the manager get to verify. No problem. Five minutes later, no drafts, no water. Waiter needs to know what size we want on the drafts. Guess he forgot to ask when we ordered. He runs off, then comes back to take our order. Still no water. We reminded him about the water. Appetizer comes out. No utensils or napkins. For that matter, no drinks. Can we get some? Sure he says. Off he goes. Drafts come out. I see him put utensils in his apron. He goes to get the water. Water delivered. Walks away with our utensils. Appetizer finished. No sign of food. Still no utensils. Wife's order shows up. Not right. But they ran off too fast. Waiter comes by. Dude, can we get some utensils? Where is my food? Her order is wrong. He looks dumbfounded. At that time the kitchen manager comes out with order papers in her hands. Apparently my order was jammed in printer. Mentioned wife's messed up order and how long we have waiting. She assures us it will be out quickly and replaces wife's order too. At least we have utensils now. Waiter offered free desert as a comp for screw ups. Told him not interested. Too late at night. So my order comes out. Not what I ordered. Close. Waiter apparently did not know the boneless wing combo was not available after lunch. Why would he? Menu did not even mention it. Too hungry to care. Waiter was obviously new. Technical problems messing up kitchen. Waiter had too many tables. Asked for check. He said he would get the manager to take something off. Over the next 7-10 min he comes by twice to see if the manager came to see us. Said she was giving us 50% off. I said fine. Just give me my check so can be going. Manager finally comes over. She sits down with us. We had a great chat. We are not unreasonable people. We are business professionals. We could tell he was new. We discussed some ideas to help him out. She was very open to finding ways to help him improve. We do not want him fired. He got thrown in too fast. Told her they need to fix kitchen tech issues too. Overall no different than any other BWW I have been too. Give them a chance. Fairly new. I think they have a workforce issue finding qualified and willing workers. They also seem to have support issues with their kitchen support technology that corporate can't seem to work out.

I was really hoping this place was going to be good. I've been several times. I love buffalo wings and beer. Unfortunately, I'm editing my original review and down grading Buffalo Wild Wings from 4 stars to 2 stars. They just can't seem to get it together. Every time I've gone they always get something wrong. Order wings and they'll bring you your dressing five or so minutes later and it's wrong so they go back to get the right dressing and don't bring napkins and eventually go get what ever else they forgot. Today I went early to beat the crowd so hopefully, they'd be able to get my order right. (If you go when it's crowded it's a lot like being in a Chucky Cheeses zoo). 25 minutes later, they bring me my order and it's wrong. How predictable. So I paid for my drink and went to another place for lunch. It was actually kind of creepy today with the staff behaving so flirty and unprofessional with people. When my server brought me my food she hugged on some guy while holding my order. Just do your job and serve the food please. I don't want my all ready late food involved in your flirting. The Management obviously hires on looks and not brains. The staff is made up of many more cute but not so smart servers than smart hard working serious servers. I feel bad for some of the people working there that work their tails off trying to pick up the slack of the attractive but dumb ones. If you have a high tolerance and patience for mistakes then it's not absolutely horrible. The food isn't that great either considering the high prices (The wings are good but everything else is iffy) and $5.00 for a beer. From now on The Ranch House or The Bull Ring is a better choice for me when going for beer and wings. The food service at those establishments are much better and the price is pretty much the same.

Just moved from Texas to Santa Fe and saw that a new Buffalo Wild Wings recently opened there. Since I enjoyed going to BWW all over the place, I popped in to grab a couple of beers and some wings. Sat at the bar and ordered a large domestic beer. After being served the beer, a bartender told me I had to pay as served or run a tab. Needless to say this left a bad taste with me. I eat at the bar normally when I am by myself anywhere I go and this is the first time I have ever been asked this question. I asked for my bill to pay for a $6 beer that costs $4 in Texas. I was told they had a problem with people walking the check on them. Not my problem and I will stay away.

Just went in there after a rugby tournament and had Haley as our server. Being in the service industry, I can understand one being busy. However, I will never understand her taking 20 minutes to simply deliver the waters to the table. On top of that, beers took 25, and when we asked to order our food in the mean time, she said "can I wait til after I bring the drinks out?" Because clearly it was too big a challenge. Once the food came out after 45 minutes, a majority of the tables food was freezing cold. Instead of getting an apology from her, she took the food and said they would make a new order. Oh, let me add she accidentally brought a random beer to the table no one ordered, then proceeded to try to charge someone for it, AFTER the food took forever and came out freezing. To top it off, when reaching beside me to put something down on the table toward the end of our visit, she whispers "bi*!@" in my ear for telling her my boyfriend wasn't going to pay for her mistake. This place is hopeless, and Haley is a sad waste of employment. You're better off eating at McDonalds.

We went at much and had great service! Our waitress, Stephanie, was very helpful and attentive. Or food came out quickly, was delicious, and just what we've come to expect at BWW. Will be back soon!
