Not a bad Wendy's. Food was freshly prepared and restaurant was clean...what more can you ask for in the middle of..well Gallup NM.

This place sucks. Dave Thomas would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how this place was operating. We had been traveling all day and wanted something familiar. We saw the Wendy's sign from the highway and pulled off. There happened to be about 12 people in front of us in line. When they take your order, they put your tray on the counter. Then they take another order. Now there is two trays. There is not room for three trays. So she just stands there. She will not take another order until one of the trays are gone. Really? It took forever to get our food. And then what I assume was a manager was just goofing around laughing with all these fat hogs working behind the counter, not caring that we're not only were waiting for our food, but waiting just to order. It didn't look like any of them ever had to wait for a meal. I should have left and went across the street to Sonic. Oh yeah, I took a piss and there was no soap or anyway to dry my hands.

Horrible Service!! I haven't eaten Wendy's in months & the one time I decide to order from here the service is horrible!! On our receipt it says "Inez" was our Host. .well she is the rudest person ever!! She was impatient & rude while I ordered through the drive through. I asked for extra sour cream & she says "no. .because it's one per person." I understood that but I wanted to buy more & she refuses me again!! Who refuses to give something that a customer is willing to pay for?!? The food was fine but be prepared for rude service!

Given cold food and somehow, the burger seems smaller than other Wendy's. I'll bring a ruler next time.

How hard is no ketchup no mayo? Pretty hard mi MCi guess two attempts and still not right...out of grilled chicken for the summer salads....battered or spicy....what's the point of ordering a salad? Dining area a wreck...

Can't review the food. I just stopped her on the way back to Phoenix to use the restroom. It was clean and stocked.
