i'm impressed! i was so impressed with the service too. the employee, kenny, helped us make sense of the menu and break down the family combo we ordered. nice guy. there were four employees working and they looked almost overwhelmed. well, we ordered a family meal. there are four variations of the family meal for $32. we got a half cheese and half bbq chicken pizza, a ham & cheese fhazani and a chicken pesto fhazani, with bread sticks. everything food related was amazing! the layout of the restaurant is kinda tight. in the center of the dinning area the chairs stick out due to the design of the table base and chairs. so it's hard to get around. on the outside of dinning area there are booths and tables with includes your own personal tv with remote! there is one large hd tv in the restaurant too. there are some covered seating outside too. classy. this place is gluten free, eco friendly establishment. this is our favorite place for pizza in farmington. the second would be 3rb. we plan on returning in the future.

If you must eat pizza in Farmington, this is the place to do so. The pizza is wood fired and made exactly to order. It's also a cute little place to watch a game or hang out. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Pizza - yum!

This location in the past has be a clean establishment with moderately good pizza and salad. Today's visit was disappointing. Every table dirty, empty napkin and cheese dispensers, messy floor. Complete neglect. Behind the counter where the pizza and salad making occur was a hot mess with trash and discarded pizza trays, open dressing containers and a sloppy salad bar. Wish I could have discreetly taken a picture. It would have been worth a thousand words. Sad

Sad to say the charm didn't last, like most other things in Farmington. The last time I was in it was very dirty, but not very busy and the food wasn't great. The service has really gone down hill too. So sad.

The ingredients are very fresh and the crust (both GF & regular) have a good taste and texture. The gluten free margherita pizza was perfect. The fhazani had a nice wood fired crust but was bland, skimpy on ingredients and could have used alot more cheese, as I was eating it, I was wondering if there was any at first but then I did find some! Staff were all very nice tho young and disorganized but they managed, they probably could benefit from having a couple of more experienced members on board to guide them.

Pizza was delicious and I really didn't mind the thin crust. I consider myself as a pizza connoisseur and this place is pretty good. Much better than dominos and Pizza Hut!

I've been here a few times and I hate to see businesses go, because of unfriendly service, dirty tables and chairs, and unkept restaurant. It seems this place is going that route. Booths are my favorite places to sit, but we had to wipe one down ourselves, because that were all dirty. You might expect this if it was busy, but it wasn't busy. Not by a long shot. It's nice with the personal TVs at the booth, but they have been wiped down in a month or so. It makes me worry about the kitchen if I see a dirty seating area. It makes me wonder if I should forgo the Parmesan cheese and red pepper shakers. It'd be sad to see this place go, but this is how it starts. I'd hate to see it especially since they have gluten-free pizza. I come back often, so will Red Brick pick it up?

Ordered a large gluten free pizza online And it was ready when they said it would be and the gluten free pizza was DELICIOUS! I will always come here when I want pizza.

Pizza was good, but it's not hard to find a good pizza, even in Farmington. The biggest reason for the 3 star is the price. Ordered a "large" pepperoni for $17+...really? If a 13" or 14" is a "large" I need to redefine my definition. The Ceaser Salad was good, but again, it's not rocket science and for $8 is over priced. My overall opinion is good, but the franchise fees they must pay are too much for Farmington.

Great pizza! You will pay more than franchise places, but the quality and variety of toppings makes it worth it!

I never had red brick pizza before and yesterday while we were contemplating what to eat we decided on red brick. I have to admit it was pretty tasty and we ate everything. But as long as our food had time to digest we started feeling nauseous. Then we realized it was the pizza. Got me and my wife sick and next thing we know we're stopping a few times along the way home. If that didn't happen I'd gladly eat here again. Maybe next time we try we won't get sick then this place would be perfect. :)
