Tried to give this place chances over and again. After getting the runs not once but twice, still decided to give them the "benefit of doubt". We had ordered a sweet and sour chicken and it was so disgustingly DRY, like it had been given to us from the night before! Then we were told we would get comped and the next time all we'd need to do was tell the front. So we called and nope! They thought we were crazy! Never again, I'd rather drive to Durango and pay that extra. This place is waaaaaaack!

Food is decent, it's not what you'd expect judging the from the outside. It's not as great as it looks. They have a wide range of food on the menu and a typical buffet. I imagine that's the money maker, the buffet, since the waitress kept pushing us toward the buffet. I'm not a huge buffet person so I usually order from the menu. They take a very long time to make a dish from the menu...I guess that's why they push for the buffet. The place is dark and messy. They need to clean the place up a little better but the wait staff is friendly. After reading the reviews about the bathroom I tried to avoid it but my lil one needs to use the bathroom...it looks like a scene set from the movie Saw. It's dirty and disgusting, avoid the bathroom at all cost!

I found the reviews surprising because they are always busy. Most people eat the buffet here but we have always ordered off the menu and never had a complaint. We have also had parties in their spacious restaurant and have always been welcomed. In this town there are others to try but arches has been in the area for years.

Not good at all. Garlic chicken was cold and flavorless. They give you a mountain of rice. The garlic chicken had like 4 cups of water chestnuts in it. I would have rather had Panda Express. It was just not a good experience at all. Service was slow and over all I think the chinese food at Smiths is better than this place

We came here thinking Arches was a fine dining Chinese restaurant similar to PF Changs, so imagine our surprise to find out it was a buffet. The place is older and it looks kinda dirty. Friendly service. The buffet was medium-sized and the food was ok. Not the best, not the worst. All the dishes seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The food didn't look or taste that fresh.

The service is good but the place is awful awful the restroom are nasty yuck the food is ok but not the best the food but it seemed to be pretty hot inside they should consider remodeling then it would be better

Two words: Teriyaki Sizzling Combo & Sizzling Rice Soup! No, you won't find these hidden gems in the buffet. Do yourself a favor an order from the menu. For one, the portions are huge and you get to walk away with leftovers. The food is fresh, hot, and worth the wait. Then there's your classics: chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and beef with broccoli. Trust me, it's hard to find food (off the menu) this good even in big cities.
