Poor customer service (especially from the manager). They left 15 wings out of my take out order. When I called to tell them about it, they said I had to drive back to prove it. Unfortunately the flavor they left out was the non spicy flavor intended for my kids. They eventually offered me a 15 wing credit (wow thanks) after they told me I was welcome to take my business to Buffalo Wild Wings. I submitted a complaint on their website and a manager called me back. He was very rude and short with me. I will not be returning and I would not recommend Wingstop to anyone.

Naked wings (not breaded), properly deep fried and sauced......nothing better that that to a person introduced to wings in Buffalo, NY. I've ordered 30 wings (to go) before with over-cooked results. The last 2 visits I ate-in both times and the wings were cooked properly. Negative is they were over sauced, and you have to pay for celery and carrot pieces.

I love wings! No, I really do, and I could eat them everyday but then I couldn't wear anything in my closet, so I'll just stick to once every few weeks (sad face). What I love about Wingstop: 1. you can order online, who wants to sit and wait for anything these days.. 2. there is a sauce for every taste and you can split your order up into, I think, up to 3 sauces. This is great for me and my 2 kiddos because we can never agree. Sometimes they overcook the wings and the person at the counter frequently looks a bit frazzled, so that earns them a sold C in my book.

When I first moved to this side of town, I really liked this place. I would order out from here almost every single Sunday to enjoy wings while I watched football. The last couple times that I have got food from here, I have not been impressed. The wings used to be really good but now they have been overcooked and difficult to eat because they are so dry. I hope they get it right soon because I only plan on giving them one more shot.

Merely average to maybe below average wings. Ordered 10 wings bone-in classic hot and the chicken was infused with hot sauce. It was kind of tough and my personal preference is fried crispy wings with the hot sauce put on top just before serving. Didn't get any of the sauces that were supposed to come with to-go order either. Oh, and it sure took a long time to fry 10 wings and dump some hot sauce on them and put them in a to go box and bag. Good thing my 10 year old had his iPad to kill the time and help ignore the hunger-pangs!...no free wi-fi either. I've been here before for the bbq wings and i just think the chicken is not the greatest quality or they over cook because it seems dry and tough.

I wouldn't call myself a "wing" kinda person, but when you want them, you want them good. Wing stop satisfies that. This location is fast, you can always call ahead and one of the guys at the front in particular is really nice, helpful, prompt, funny and great at customer service. Usually you're not expecting much in this department because well, it's a fast food wing place. But I witnessed this kid know the names of regulars, go rouse up the guys in kitchen and schmooze the customers. Turns out he's the manager. His name is Michael. The owner of this location and the corporate should know what kind of awesome employee they have. An Undercover Boss in the making. Our favorite flavor is the garlic parm, I also love the hot wings and for some reason the fries are awesome here. They have just the right amount of potato skin and salt and pepper. The place is clean, fast and the staff is great.

We love wings, but these were very disappointing. Most of the 30 wings we received were on the small side and mostly dried out. The Louisiana Rub were very dried out, but sitting in a pool of grease - not very tasty. My oldest son did not care for the Garlic Parmesan and only ate 2 - we thought they would be sauced, but they were more of a dry rub. He said they didn't have much garlic. My youngest son said his hot wings were "ok", but not very hot. The french fries were not my favorite. I just didn't care for the seasoning, but I am sure others will like them.

I love wings and this is one of my favorite places to eat. The wings are great! Keep in mind it can take up to 15 minutes to receive your order but it is well worth the wait. I love the Original Hot flavor but every now and then I love to burn my insides and get the Atomic (This is not for amateurs!!).

I LOVE wings....LOVE LOVE LOVE them. So, of course I have had wings from many places. WIngstop is a good choice if you just have to have some wings - are they the best I've ever had, no, but they are nothing to scoff at either. The things I like the most is the variety of choices - many flavors, types (boneless, bone in, strips), sides (fries, veggies, baked beans, rolls, coleslaw), and meal choices (family platters, individual platters, catering, etc..). The wings always seem fresh and are flavored well - we get generous portions for our sides. We always call our order in and it takes about 15 min which is just enough time to drive there so it works out nicely. The service leaves a bit to be desired and sometimes I have a good experience and other times not so much. My husband and I actually argue over who has to call and/or go inside because neither of us just love doing it. However, sometimes we just need some wings and this is our go-to place.

I tried wingstop before over in the NE Heights and wasn't much of a fan so I was kind of skeptical about trying this location out but when I finally did I was very surprised. The wings here were fresh, crispy and perfectly seasoned. I loved the selection of different sauces and rubs they use. The staff is also very friendly and outgoing.

The wings are great. My son loves these, his favorite. Monday-Tues special boneless price is up .10 cents to .60 per piece. My issue still stands: bad service. I send my son in when he wants wings because I can't stand the cocky, bad-ass attitude of the staff and it takes a lot longer for them to get it together than the Chinese place next door! Their chalkboard specials are not special at all. If I find another place my kid likes better, bye-bye!

We love the wings! They are a treat! Always fresh, and the simple straightforward concept plays well, as they do on thing and one thing only. Add to that some great fries, and the meal is a nice change of pace.

Wow, if you love to order take out and order ahead just to wait an Extra 39 minutes on top of your time to get there, then this is the place for you! My name is Jennifer, not Jake. They continued to call somebody else's name until the food I ordered is nice and cold. They let me take the order home and it was so cold that I brought it back to remake it. They knew it sucked and didn't care. Now I am still waiting, no discount, no concern. This is why I remeber not to come here anymore.
