I travel throughout the US and SB is a standard of barista excellence I have come to appreciate. I'm disappointed. It's Sunday, ~930am and I walk with my 3-year old grandson to get breakfast for the family. I order a Breve' and the guy behind the counter gives me attitude about the "latte with 1/2 & 1/2" vs. Breve'. I tell him I dunno - I'm ordering for my daughter. Then, I get my (2) coffees; (2) boxed choco-milks, (2) (somewhat dry) oatmeal & a bag of pops. I'm trying to leave but my second request for a bag is unanswered. And, my third request is "Oh, we appear to be all out". And, he walks away. The others are ignoring me & I'm standing there - under my breathe stating..."Worse Starbuckes - EVER! I'm yelping. That's IT - I'm yelping!" Beware - coffee ok - service BITES!

I go here often because they're so close to my office. Usually pretty packed in the morning, but what else would you expect? I've had my drink made wrong a couple of times, but they're quick to correct it and start over. Good location, consistent Starbucks taste... three stars it is!

Never had a problem at this Starbucks. They've always been friendly and been able to get my order right, even when I'm finicky and order the quadruple venti, two pump no foam, skinny hazelnut latte at 130 degrees.

Good service, but the afternoon staff were a bit "calous" in their treatment of me. I needed something to drink, and some wifi... and the were closing down the outside patio fairly early in the evening. So while I was being courteous of others and doing some facetime with my daughter, the staff were stacking chairs all around me. Meh, I understand you want to clean up and close down... but it seemed a bit rude in the way I was treated... no one asked... they just kinda closed me out.

On my only visit to this Sbucks, I wasn't too impressed. The staff was friendly, but mostly to each other. Probably just the moment, but still would've been nice to have had a warm greeting and a thank you.

I run through this Starbucks Drive Though on many occasions. they have never made a mistake and are very polite. The drive through runs pretty fast with a long line. Inside looks pretty comfy and as usual in Starbucks you get the Wifi.

I'm still sad they stopped carrying the Orange Raspberry muffin. Yes, that was probably 2 years ago. I hold grudges, Starbucks and this one isn't going away anytime soon. But they have a drive through. So, in a pinch, the blueberry muffin and venti Pikes will do.

Every Starbucks I have been to the quality seems to be around about the same. I have never had any issues at this location. Service has always been fine but I have only ever gone thru the drive thru so I haven't exactly spent an extended amount of time around the staff. I will continue to use this location.
