I actually am a fan of this location, why? easy to go in and out and if you need to get on I25, either South or North, the exits are right there. Their workers are friendly and will actually take time and smile at you rather than making you feel like a little kid at other locations. Plenty of tables inside for you to sit and chat or chill with your friends, outlets are on the limited end of the spectrum so sometimes you just have to sit there and wait for that one spot to open and try your best to steal that chair. They do have tables outside for you to sit, enjoy the outdoor, as well as inhaling all that dust and emissions from cars on I25 and San Mateo.

The only reason I give this Starbucks 3 stars is because they open @ 4:30a and 5:00a on Sunday, they also have a great WiFi signal! All the reviews say the staff is friendly, but that has not been my experience, Jillian and another girl, I can't recall her name are both super friendly, but honestly, Susan (the manager) I've never once seen her so much as smile Today, I ordered dark roast, just as I do every day, but I'm pretty sure she poured me Pike Place...Yuk!

Closest to where I'm residing, this Starbucks suits me just fine. The drive thru always seems to have a long line, but I must admit it moves rather swiftly. Inside is not nearly as busy as the drive thru, they never are, but they too move with swiftness & accuracy. Friendly, courteous staff make for a please to start to a morning.

This Starbucks in my opinion is the best in town. FAST service. Friendly people and great coffee. There are many to choose from. My choice is where I feel welcome.

Amazing customer service! Lucas was hilarious when we called the Starbucks to make sure the store will still be open when we arrived around 10:30 PM. We asked for a regular/black cup of coffee in Grande size. When we arrived, not only did the barista have a cup ready, it was freshly brewed, and she saw that I had a dirty cup, so she offered to clean it AND offered to fill it up with water. Keep in mind we spent almost nothing!! Definitely returning to this location!

Real friendly staff but it's freezing beyond belief in here. Didn't write a review on my first visit since it could have been an isolated incident. This is the third visit and it feels noticeably colder in here than the current 64 degree weather outside! I'm guessing most positive reviews are drive thru or to go. If you plan to stay inside wear layers.

Its a Starbucks people! I mean it's obviously not your hole-in-the-wall, organic, free-trade, happy rainforest, local coffee joint. Its consistent with almost every Starbucks in the world, and that's really what Starbucks is good for, consistency. Will you find the best coffee here? Probably not, but you will find consistent coffee, and good service. I would recommend it for a quick pick-me-up if you live in this quadrant but don't expect a huge surprise, just consistently good coffee.

Major props to Starbucks for being open before the crack-o-dawn to caffeinate us weary Ballonatics When one is required to be on the road by 4:30am, in order to watch 100s of gorgeous hot air balloons take flight, coffee is *definitely* in order Enter Starbucks..... At the advice of our hotel, we knew this location would be open early enough to accommodate our crazy schedule & IT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED (we were also told they open this early just for the Balloon Fiesta - PROPS) Not only were they open, there was already a pretty significant line but we were afforded the added comfort of being able to stay in our car w/ the heater cranking full-blast.....San Francisco doesn't have such novelties as drive-thru Triple Shot Latte was hot, fresh, creamy - no sugar needed & made-to-order, we were extremely thankful for our coffees & teas to warm us through, before delving into the frigid morning, to behold the beautiful spectacle that IS the Balloon Fiesta

Love Starbucks, but this is a busy store. Check your order before you leave!

Some chipper folk here behind the counter! Almost too chipper, like something's not right. Aw, maybe that's just the jaded New Yorker in me. Very friendly service, regular ol' everywhere Starbucks. Plus it's a drive-thru. Again, we New Yorkers don't know such things.

There is something wrong with this location. I generally like their brewed coffee and usually order the Bold Pick of the Day. However, three out of the last four coffees I ordered at this location just tasted wrong. I normally like strong coffee, but these were bitter and had a hint of some chemical taste. I couldn't drink them. I just took back a Bold Pick and got an iced coffee in exchange, but it too tastes horrible. I don't know what the problem could be but none of the other Starbucks that I frequent in the area have this problem. Yuck.
