I'm here working due to the fact that I could not get into my office this morning. LOL Luckily Starbucks offers get space and energy to get work done, and people watching is always fun. Thank Starbucks.

As usual awesome staff but this place is a madhouse. Impossible to park here. There's other much better location than this with better seating and not so crowded. Who wants to fight for parking when you need coffee.

Came here on our way out after a snowstorm and my sausage sandwich was freezing cold and I didn't know it until I got to the car. Isn't there like a universal button to reheat their products. Threw the sandwich out the window, what a waste

I live nearby, ran outta coffee, got a cup of tall Gold Coast roast here but i spilled the whole cup because I didn't put the cap on after pouring milk at home. Yeah, I'm rolling my eyes at myself. Changed clothes and went to lunch w/ friends. I came back here cuz I need my caffeine fix, told the staff my silly spill and she did not charge me for 2nd cup though it didn't happen in the store. Thanks!

The workers roll their eyes at customers, repeat back what they say in an obnoxious taunting tone when the customer leaves and are extremely poor at customer service. I had to leave once I had witnessed enough negativity. I have never been to a Starbucks like this. I can't believe the rude workers. Makes Starbucks look awful.

We went to this one for my mom was going to wait here while I ran across the street to Target for a gift card. I came back and there was this really cute guy...and I attempted to sneak a photo of him. Unfortunately I didn't think to silence my phone, so he heard it and looked straight at me. Didn't say anything as I was leaving with my mom. I've never done that before! :) Anyhow, the Starbucks itself was like any other Starbucks. Crowded but ok. In Portland, I rarely go to Starbucks but my parents love it so I frequent it more in ABQ.

Out of town stop. We normally go to coors for our Starbucks departure drinks but we thought with the busy ABQ uptown Starbucks they'd have good baristas working there who know a thing or two about making a perfect frappe/latte. As we walked in to place our order I noticed the entire staff had the 'i'd be anywhere but here facial expressions tatted onto their pouted faces. While waiting for our drinks I look for assistance in acquiring a hazelnut syrup that didn't seem to appear behind the counter so I thought that it would be okay to take a look at one of the syrups. I place it back down and return to the front of the store and one of the baristas shouted from across the store "sir! Do not go behind the counter! That is our personal stock of syrups and you cannot touch them!" I know I'm not a child but was that really necessary? I don't know if it was the color of my skin or if he was in a bad mood but he was rude. We received our drinks and they did not taste good. Our order was pretty simple too! For a semi high-end outdoor shopping center, these workers clearly did not belong at this location. I'm sorry if they had a bad day or what ever personal issues they had- leave it outside of the working environment.

This is a nice starbucks location. It is cozy, comfy and busy. It is not the best place to study but it is not a bad place to hang out and sit to talk to your friends at all. Sometimes the crew that work there are too busy and they forget to be polite. They could get pretty rude and would never one crack a smile which sucks. Parking could be a pain in the behind too. Unless you plan to shop around, then it prob is better not to go there and study or chill.

I like Starbucks. I like the uniqueness of the different stores as well. This one is BUSY most of the time. I like that this one puts my name on the cup, not all do this. I also like the long bar where you can sit and see drinks being made. I also like the LONG table when I meet up with a bunch of friends there. I have had good baristas and bad at this location. One thing I think for sure is the bad times have been with new employees that are still learning. The store is always clean, especially the bathrooms when I have gone in, even when they are BUSY. I really like that the area is maintained. This store is always quick, it is a bit further than the drive-thru one down the street, but I can get in and out faster (go figure). One thing to note if you feel the barista is new and you are ordering skinny because you are diabetic make a note that you say this drink needs to be sugar-free. This has helped me at all Starbucks locations.

Great starbucks! I've come here so many times to study and I can't remember a time when my drink hasn't been made well. The barista was so kind, picked up on how I asked for slight changes in my iced coffee, and then made it that way(pumps of syrup and milk included) without me asking for every refill, free of charge! Parking can be difficult but aside from that I highly recommend!

My favorite starbucks in town. The barista crew is fast and very friendly, the shop is clean and modern, there is a lot of seating for the space, and you are right in the Uptown shopping center! I've never had a bad experience here. Great place to study, job hunt, read, or meet and hang with friends. Can get a little loud during busy times but otherwise an excellent little coffee shop!

I've been going here for a while since I live close. However the large crowds take the appeal away mixed with the unfriendly service. Once I ordered an egg artisan... They kept announcing it as a ham and egg artisan. When I asked about my sandwich a few minutes later the young lady raised her voice in a frustrated manner and said the egg is the ham and egg! Ok. Noted. But don't raise you voice at customers.

Apparently my barista was having a bad day. Well, she's the root of the bad taste in my mouth for the day. Talk about paying it forward. Service with a smile was not at the top of her list. I have been a gold card member since 2008. I am a creature of habit and have ordered the same drink forever. It was a busy day and perhaps the girl at the register didn't write my drink down right... Regardless it doesn't matter. I ordered 2 drinks (exactly the same), and 2 food items. Since I paid with my rewards card I didn't get a receipt because I can see my balance on my app. When I got my drink I noticed it didn't say vanilla on the side. I asked her if she had put vanilla in it. She said no. I told her that I should have been with vanilla and her nicely if she could quickly put it in. She made a face and asked me to see my receipt...! ~what!~ "Uh, no I didn't have it printed because I paid with my gold member card", I said. She rolled her eyes and replied "make sure they get it at the register because that costs more". I know that... I just mentioned that I'm a gold member. ...hello!?? Just shut up and smile say you are sorry for the confusion and put the vanilla in my cup. It's vanilla syrup, not caviar. In the end, like a 3 huffing miffed year old, she put 2 pumps (not the 3 that a grande should get) into my coffees and slapped the unstirred cups on the counter at me. I drink coffee t this location around 2x a week. And normally have a happy experience. Should I get another experience with this same barista I will be reviewing again with names listed. Soft skills and service in the workplace are often 80% of success in a business, don't forget that.

Small breakfast item selection, not so many healthy options. Full drink selection menu from what I could tell. This location only has one women's bathroom and one men's bathroom. However, the bathroom was very clean. The barista was friendly, patient, not pushy, and reinforces that my selections were her favorite. She even offered to have my cookie warmed without me asking for it. The sitting area has various sizes and heights of tables. Some of the tables are arranged in a way that you might get car lights in your eyes when cars park outside during early morning or in the evening. Otherwise it's a pretty comfortable sitting area, with enough lighting, and fast Internet.

I always enjoy stopping by this location. The service is quick, attentive, accurate, and always friendly. There's always an open table by the window and they provide a great vantage point to watch the hordes of mega-target shoppers trundle up the escalators and try to figure out how to get out of the parking garage.

For about a year and a half, I've patronized this location once a week, nearly every week for reasons that are importantly only to me. I really like this store. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Drinks are always done right. Good seating, great crowd, parking can be a little tight at peak hours.

It's Starbucks. Need I really say more. Although they were out of my favorite Pike Place. So I had to get some type of Dark Roast. It was good but it wasn't my fav.

I have visited many Starbucks across 7 states and come to expect a high level of service. The service at this location exceeds the other locations. The staff is very friendly and high energy. The store is very clean and well organized. I would defiantly recommend this location!

Located in a nice plaza in ABQ, it looked a little bit like those new built plaza's you see in San Diego a lot. Last time I was here in ABQ was 1.5 years ago, and I must say the city is changing, and so are the people. It is changing for the good, a younger and more trendy crowd hanging out here. This SB location is one of the bigger ones I've seen, or should I say longer ones. This really is a long store, which makes the line quickly become long to. However it has plenty of seating on the sites as well in the back. This SB store has two outside areas were you can enjoy your beverage. I got my standard issued TSVL, but forgot my black card in the car so this time no 10% discount.

Got in, got out. Just wanted my caffeine and wanted to go and they more than accommodated here. While I was waiting for my cafe the friendly barista and I had a good laugh about my more than comical shirt. It says beer and is a picture of a bear/ deer hybrid animal. It's a green shirt. Got it at Urban Outfitters. Wait, what? Oh right yes good coffee that is overpriced. Can't live with it, can't stop paying for it. MMMmmmmm!

Incredibly busy Starbucks located in an outdoor shopping mall. Staff is friendly and got all drink orders right. They could clean out that back room area and put some more tables in, but it was cool that they had a bar for singles to sit at and use their computers.

Finally, a place that can produce a Caramel Macchiato worth drinking! Usually, not a big StarBucks fan (Coffee Bean for me) but this one was quite impressive. Located in the new ABQ town, the starbucks is new, clean and its a spacious store. Worth visiting!
