I have to commend an employee here (didn't get his name...)... I came in on orders from a superior of mine at work to get 9 hot complicated drink orders one morning...The drinks were made quickly and as i carried the first four out to my car.. I accidentally dropped the key to my car and it slid UNDERNEATH the very middle of the car next to mine....so now I couldn't get into my car and i had my 4 drinks while the barista came out and gave me the next 5 drinks... He saw my uncomfortable predicament as I stood with 9 drinks and no key to my car and i was in all business clothes... He took off his green apron, and literally slid himself underneath the car next to mine and grabbed my key.... how nice of him!!...and way above the call of duty of a starbucks barista... i was very thankful! Just wish i got his name to formally thank him on yelp :(

Same ole Starbucks. Coffee is totally overrated(I actually prefer McDonalds coffee) but come for the ambiance.

I don't know if this happens to you, but after running five miles in the foothills my bowels usually feel loose. There are basically two options for alleviating this kind of strain: use the porta-crapper at the trail head, or walk with sphincter clenched for a few blocks to this Starbucks and drop a deuce inside the restroom. This morning I chose the latter. That decision turned out to be sort of a unusual experience. The restroom was clean and decorated pretty nice, and this ambiance resulted in one of my top-five best shitting experiences. The problem came afterward when I walked up to the counter and asked the dude working behind it if I could have a complimentary cup of water. At first he seemed genuinely happy to oblige. But when I refused his offer a sample of some sort of decadent coffee drink-slash-liquid diabetes bullshit in a Dixie cup, he seemed to take it personally. Right away the charming attitude was replaced by one of bitchiness as he moved to get my iced water. He spent probably five minutes on the task. I felt nervous about drinking it, though, thinking that maybe he spiked it with a Mickey or a spoonful of Metamucil, so once outside I dumped the contents out on a bed of flowers in some landscaping. Still thirsty, I went over to Albertsons and used their drinking fountain instead. So basically the five stars are for the restroom.

A good view, non nonsense coffee venue in a shopping center

Typical Starbucks. I went during the day, and lots of room (although it's not a big Starbucks), but a few others there hanging out/working/etc. At the end of the day (4 pm) a bunch of mothers came in with their grade school age kids for afternoon coffee. It's in the middle of an Albertsons strip mall.

I love this Starbucks and the Batista Alyson D is always on her game when I get there :)

This store apparently becomes my favorite now because it has everything I am looking for: located at a nice area, being quiet, friendly staff, pretty clean inside, great view outside and stable and speedy wifi. Compared to other stores in the town, the staff here, as I noticed many times is doing real-time cleaning whenever they get a chance, which is very impressive to me as cleanness is fundamental in term of any customer services in the retail environment.

Honestly I think this is one of the waspiest SBUX in town, even more so than any in Snob Hill haha, but that's why I love coming here! Well that & it's on my way sorta to work...they always have very cool indie folks who give you a short cup for overflow so you never have to say "yea room for cream" & ultimately get your money worth.. No fancy drinks for this gal, jus the bold brew of the day pls!

I decided to leave a review when I realized that I was driving out of my way to go to another Starbucks (one without a drive thru) just to avoid this location. The best way to describe this place is that the employees do not seem to be focused. I simply want my drink or food, I want it quick and I want it right. They cannot consistently do that at this location. There is nothing worse than driving away and realizing your drink is wrong.

This place continues to lower my expectations for a Starbucks- Just here- right now.... I was NOT greeted- I asked for a chai- whoever made it didn't even let me know he was done and when asked for a sleeve for the cup I swear to shit he looked put off. I wish I could remove the star I gave this place. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Wyoming :-)

Typical, cute Starbucks on the corner of a moderately sized plaza. I was visiting a friend who is a five minute walk away from here, so I came here a handful of times. Clean, slightly dim lighting, and pretty quiet. The only flaw (and this was a pretty big one for me) was that their Wifi worked for about five minutes .. then it didn't. This happened on two separate occasions. The first time, I asked a barista about it, and he told me that cell phones can interfere with it. ... I came here to work on online classes, so I basically came here for Wifi. Not what I wanted to hear, and it wasn't his fault, but still, would've been nice to at least feign an apology. But ignore my Wifi rant, if you're just going for coffee with a friend, Starbucks is (of course) perfect for ya. :)
