Came back in another time and the baristas were really nice and really fast. Was a lot better than my last experience. I will be back again.

Tim (Super friendly and helpful Barista) is amazing!!! We were visiting from LA n he made recommendations and even though we got there when they were about to close he was very gracious and even made us a super awesome Chai tea cream frapp!!! Will deff be coming back when in town! Great customer service! Loved it!

The baristas are very friendly but they lack details. I sent a drink back because it wasn't made with soy and two minutes later the barista handed me the SAME drink thinking I wouldn't know the difference. She didn't even change the writing on the cup. I was just passing through but I don't think I'll be back to this location again

Refreshing beverages and friendly folks. The Spanish style decor is nice and the outdoor patio is a great place to hang. You will like this location, much more atmosphere than most.

When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the long line. It's really close to the freeway so that may be the reason. Or perhaps the big draw is the working fireplace!

A tough rating for a pretty decent location. The star count reflects corporate policy that happens to burden this particular location, I'll explain in a moment. First, the outlet itself: very small, too small, for the masses it caffeinates. Generally the line runs five to ten people deep, worse on weekday mornings around 6:30. The staff have always been top notch, especially friendly, somehow in zen when the place is bustling. Great management, usually squeaky clean, and if you're lucky enough to sip a cup during off-hours (2-4pm) there's typically a place to plug in at a table and do some laptoppin'. A nice patio, generally shaded, allows for some coffee talk. My two-star issue: efficiency. I'm an iced coffee addict and an occasional iced black tea drinker. I recognize that the latter requires some effort so I'll let that slide, but I'll state that there are two kinds of coffee drinkers: the quick buzzards and the kids at the candy store. I'm a buzzard. I don't ask for anything fancy, I just want my cup. Last Saturday played out like so many other visits, but worse. 9:15 a.m., I had about 15 minutes to grab a cup of iced coffee and jet. Four people ahead of me. I ordered with more than 10 minutes to spare. And then the obvious occurred: "Caramel macchiato two shots half soy Venti split," "Frappuccino ribbon crunch no whip vanilla add". That kind of thing, endlessly. And I watched the minutes tick by. "Coconut latte skim Smurfette blend hold the Gargamel." I'm seriously going insane. 9:30 hits, I have to be downtown in 10 minutes, I leave. No coffee. Get it together, guys. If you order a cup of regular coffee at the register you'll get it stat. Same should go for the iced stuff.

This place saved my life! Fast service in a busy little shop but provided the standards as expected and that meant I didn't have to drink hotel coffee. Like I said saved my life :)

Nice Starbucks and really friendly staff. They have a nice little porch to sit outside and inside is neat too. I liked the liitle fountain outside.

Good location and service which is to be expected but always appreciated, especially when travelling! Outdoor patio is a nice touch, but it was too hot when I was there :)

As far as starbucks go, this is a pretty good one. Baristas are friendly (even when totally slammed), the area stays clean, and the coffee is made well. However, on the opposite, parking is very hard to come by because of their neighboring St. Claire Winery & Bistro, Old Town in proximity, and the freeway. The lines are longest I have seen in ABQ so seating is also hard to come by. If you do get seating, their outdoor patio is the best in town (for starbucks). Best bet - go by bike, take it to go, then relax in nearby Old Town plaza to enjoy every sip. Don't forget to tip, these Batistas work hard.

I go two Starbucks everyday and these guys are so nice and helpful at this location I like to try new things because I get bored with the same menu they are always more than helpful to suggest something that may be another customer ordered or that they have tried
