Although it doesn't have a drive thru, the staff is extremely quick. Not only do the cashiers listen attentively they can instantly repeat back an order with out looking at the cup or writing on it. I know it seems like a silly thing to like but i think it's great! They also have never messed up an order and this location is in the center of Nob Hill so it's perfect place to do some work or read with an excellent view.

Is it just me or has the location gone downhill after all the barista and manager turnover....it's still Starbucks so it is fine but...frequently a long line with what feels like halos bind the bar, always dirty, less nice employees....will give it time but might change up my "nob hill office locale" to all Humble all the time.....

I visit this Starbucks location probably more often than I visit others. If I walk out of my office this Starbucks is right there. I can easily run and grab a cup of sugary caffeinated heaven, and run back to work. What's even better is that they will not judge me for the half a cup of sugary substance I need in my coffee to live through the day. YOU DA REAL MVP STARBUCKS WORKERS, YOU DA REAL MVP!

The only Clover machine in New Mexico. Need I say more?

It's a Starbucks like any other so you know what you are getting -- there are better coffee options in the area if you are a coffee snob -- but the hours here are great. Free wifi and super convenient parking right on Central Nob Hill. Good place to plug in and get some work done on the laptop. They have an outdoor patio facing Central/Route 66.

This location is super convenient, right on Nob Hill. They have an adorable outdoor patio facing Central/Route 66, complete with decorative hanging lights, a canopy, and a small cute fireplace if you feel like sitting outdoors during the winter. Cool, attentive baristas and it's typically never overcrowded. Great spot this is!

It's Starbucks, so there's little I can tell you in a review that you don't already know. Have you ever been to a Starbucks anywhere, in any city in any state? Yes. Ok, good. So take your review of that Starbucks and apply it here. Starbucks does do somethings right, such as always seeming to find the cheeriest folks to serve their drugs and managing to get you that skinny soy grande pumkin spice latte in a timely manner. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, damn them and their prices. Read some of my other reviews and you'll know that it's a major score for me to find a $5 sandwich. Not only is that the average price for a damn cup of coffee here, but you also got every coffee shop owner in America thinking such prices are acceptable. Plus, a great number of jumped on this sissy bandwagon that can't just say "Small", "Medium," or "Large," and think it's cool to say "grande" (in all likelihood as they look disgustedly at the Latino family nearby speaking in Spanish and think to themselves "Learn English, this is Amuurrrrrica"). So eff your prices and your phoney little names. Either way, I still drop in from time to time and order some coffee concoction that's light on caffeine and heavy on sugar and enjoy it. I'm a victim.

I'm not going to waste review space defending Starbucks, or my choice to give them my business. Suffice it to say that if you are not opposed to Starbucks, this location is as worthwhile as any to visit. This Starbucks does have one advantage over all the others I've been to in Albuquerque: it is the only location I know of that has decaf available all day, without having to wait for a pour-over. Pour-overs don't take more than a few minutes anyway, but if you're in a hurry and don't want to get a jittery caffeine high, this Starbucks can get you fixed up right away. I give this Starbucks 4 stars because of the horrible parking that is, sadly, a fact of life in Nob Hill, and because I'd rather reserve my 5-star reviews for local cafes that go above and beyond the chain store experience.

the staff at this location are always friendly and will make your drink just as you like it. They even remember your order with quirks and all. Yes it is Starbucks and yes it's a chain, but the staff here make it feel local.

This is an okay coffee shop, depending on what you are doing. The patio is nice place to sit, particularly on a friday nigh when you want people watch. The inside is not the most comfortable, as it has oddly placed furniture in a sort of coffee shop panopticon where there is little privacy. The internet connection is also intermittent, annoying and odd, considering at the moment I am the only individual on a computer or phone. All that said, the staff is really friendly.

I love it when you go to an establishment and it is totally busy and you are still greeted with a smile and enthusiasm! The last 3 times I have been to the Nob HIll Starbucks there has been a line. The woman at the register is juggling 3 tasks, and she still manages to greet you with zest. You have already been waiting in line for a few minutes reciting your complicated dbl tall, not to hot, soy, no foam 2 splenda latte. You step up to the counter and you don't receive one of those fake "can I help you" but rather a GENUINE taking of your meticulously organized java mixture. Even better when you do get your drink and they made it just the way you asked! Yes NO FOAM! Thank you.... There are several coffee stops that can be made with in the walking distance but if you want happy faces and great energy as well as a delicious coffee drink made to your liking then hustle your way to the Starbucks in Nob Hill as appose to the other places in the neighborhood. There is also a great patio where you can enjoy the clean air-as long as no one is smoking-they do allow people to smoke out there. You can also bring your dogs. Maybe you will run into an old friend or make a new one...
