Came here on a Saturday night with two friends. I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, one friend got a cheeseburger, and the other got a salad with chopped chicken. Salad Friend's salad was swimming in dressing, too much dressing. Cheeseburger friend and I enjoyed our sandwiches. Even after our sandwiches and bottomless fries and broccoli, we still had enough room for dessert and split the chocolate fruffles (chocolate sticks with berry sauce on the side). The service was super-slow, so slow that Salad Friend wanted to talk to a manager. I'm a little more forgiving-- it was a Saturday night and the place was about 2/3 full, but I still do think the service was slow.

Been here many times, must say this was a disappointment. Just all around a mediocre visit. Server, was blah, food was blah, not a great time.

We come here every so often and usually enjoy it, today was not one of those times, so unfortunately 2 stars today. Chips, salsa and guacamole were just ok, I wouldn't order them again, but was hungry so we ate them. Shared twonthings, one of them being The fiery ghost tavern burger, on the menu says "this combo of ghost pepper sauce, pepper jack cheese and fried and fresh jalapeños will have you seeing double." The server told us the pic was deceiving. That it is actually two kid patties, not two regular patties, we were fine with that and thankful she told us. When we ordered it at a medium cook, she said we couldn't, because they were small they had to come medium well...no bueno. However for just $2 more we could get a single large pattie and get it cooked to our liking. That resulted in about a 6 Oz pattie cooked well, awesome. There were only two fried jalapeños in the whole burger, but we're soggy from some sort of sauce slathered on both the top and bottom bun, I didn't wanna know what it was. I would never order that burger again, and the size of the pattie was in no way worth the regular price of the burger, much less the $2 up charge. We got a prime rib dip was was pretty good. I understand that sourdough bread can get hard, but half of it was unedible. I just had dental work done, no way was I gonna even attempt to chew that thing, but we ate most of the meat. K got mac n cheese, kraft if always reliable. The fries, well, we're HORRIBLE! And I remember really liking them. So I ordered a fresh side of fries which was brought to us still hot. And those were delicious...for about 2 minutes. They then we're hard and cold. The 2 stars come from the expo window. ..and our burger and fries. The expo window can be seen from most of the restaurant. The kitchen was throwing out plates of food and they pretty much just sat in the window for minutes on end. I counted 11 minutes on a group of burgers cuz we had nothing else to do but wait for our server. Pretty sure reviews would be better if food got out hot, I'm sure we'll give it another chance, but not anytime soon.

Did not even make it to a table! We arrived around 6pm on a Friday afternoon. My daughter is getting a headache and needs to eat soon so I jump out of the car while my wife is parking to save time. The hostess checks us in a gives a 25 minute wait. That seems reasonable. We wait inside for the 25 minutes as multiple tables are called. I go up to the hostess and ask her how much longer the wait might be. Her answer: "Oh about another 20 - 25 minutes." I explain to her that we have already been waiting that long and her response is to just look at me blankly. Meanwhile my daughter's headache is well on its way. Thankfully we left and hurried over to the Fox and Hound where we were seated immediately. What a joke.

Oh man I love this place so hard. We usually don't go to red robin, but we picked this one because we were new in town and don't know where else to go (sorry!). I'm SO glad we did. This place has great service! They gave our son some fries to keep him busy before our food got there, my husbands drink was always full (mind you this guy drinks 4-5 diet cokes in one siting), they make awesome shakes, and they gave our 2 year old a balloon when we left! This is our new to go spot in Albuquerque.

OK, so this Red Robin is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than the other Red Robin in ABQ (the other one is located in the NW by the Cottonwood Mall). The menu selection is stellar in comparison to the other location. The food was good, juicy, delicious. The waiter was attentive and was on-the-ball. I know, I mentioned it already, but I need to elaborate further. The menu selection is extensive, with lots of appetizers including their classic onion rings also chili chili con queso which was scrumptious and their pretzel bites. I strongly suggest these. Their burgers are yummy and in typical Red Robin-fashion. They have extra items on the menu for entrees. So, I strongly suggest coming in and giving it a whirl. You won't regret it!!!

They've added new Angus burgers on chibota to menu. Nice going !! My daughter had hers well while I ordered mine medium. Medium is the way to go!!! Accompanied with a tall beer, yummy!!. It was the bomb!!! The joint is kinda pricey for burgers but heh why not splurge on a gourmet burger once in a while.

Our hamburgers were a bit cold, and lacked in flavor. Not worth the price that we paid. The service however, was friendly and prompt.

I love the food here. I've never had anything wrong. The only problem I've noticed is the staff seem too worried about how they look, flirting, and messing around at times. It seems like their waitstaff is very forgetful and come back constantly to ask what we ordered. Today my waitress kept forgetting what we ordered, poured water into our sprite, when we asked for more fries she said "oh you're good?" then walked off, she was out of it. Onto the positive stuff! Their burgers are always on point. They have new dipping sauces. The roasted green chile aioli is tasty. I love bottomless fries and drinks!

Food was delicious today. Service was even better. They were packed, but we still received excellent service by Santiago. He is by far one of the best servers I have ever had. My husband got the Oktoberfest burger and I got the Tavern burger which is a smaller portion burger. It is the perfect size. We also got a Samuel Adams Oktober Beer Milkshake and a Captain's Berry Angry Cocktail. I loved them both. Don't let the sound of a beer milkshake fool you - it's great. They also have a Guinness which is heavenly.

Great burgers and superb customer service! I had the Black and Blue burger. It was full of mushroom flavor which I love. The non gourmet burgers are good but a bit overpriced. They could improve the burger buns. Other than that, they are flavorful and tasty. I almost forget fries are refilled for free.

The best gourmet burgers around. Love the bottomless sweet potato fries. They do an incredible lettuce wrap for the burger and cater very well to my gluten free needs. Topped it all off with a monster sea salt Carmel milkshake. And the kids all got bottomless root beer floats. Great place to take the family.

Well, I really don't like to give bad reviews but here goes. It started out well enough but I knew something was wrong when the waiter had 4 tables and he was having issues keeping track of his area. Granted I've never been a waiter and I'm not judging him but I saw other waiters that seem to have more tables and they seemed to tend to customers effortlessly. So I chalked it up to he must have been new. He meant well but I could easily tell he was overwhelmed. I ordered their new Colossus Burger and I didn't include the picture but instead I included a picture of the "picture" because once I got it, it looked nothing like the picture which made me kind of upset. I think if you advertise something it should look like the picture. Instead I got the lazy mans version which was pretty frustrating. There was suppose to be "brisket" on the burger but it was nowhere in sight and if it was, it was buried under the mounds of onions. I'm not a big fan of onions so I took it off looking for the brisket and I found maybe one or two small pieces. The burger it self was just ok, I could have done better at home honestly. Get a charcoal grill, fresh patties and BAM, a better burger then I ate. As the waiter was running from table to table, refilling drinks, he spilled a lemonade all over my brother in law. All in all not a great experience. In defense of red robin, I've had better experiences in the past but today was not one of them.

Food was excellent. Service was a little slow when it comes to drinks. bartenders seem very laxed and in no hurry. Otherwise it was a great relaxing time out with friends. Also conveniently located near the theater.

I love Red Robin it's so delicious. Helpful, kind and generous staff. Always have had good experiences eating here. The burgers are way better than Five Star's, the burgers are also huge and tasty for a good price. It's as good as it gets for me!

I love Red Robin. Loved it in Orange County and loved it in Las Vegas. When I moved to ABQ, I was happy to see that Red Robin was here as well - although there are only two locations and both are a distance from my house. At any rate, I had a craving so we trekked to this location. Ah, the oh so wonderful BBQ Chicken Wrap, without the BBQ sauce (go figure) and the bottomless fries with ranch dressing. It was yummy and just what I wanted. Oh, did I mention the Diet Cherry Coke? It felt like home and reminded me of all the great times with great friends at the various Red Robins in CA. I almost forgot to mention the cupcakes. Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry lemonade. I took home one of each so I could write a comprehensive review. The frosting on all three was creamy with the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate cake was a bit dry but there was chocolate in the middle. The vanilla cake was moist and also had cream in the middle. The strawberry lemonade - my favorite - was fantastic. Moist with strawberry cream in the middle and a great flavor. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately for my weight and wallet) we will not be visiting Red Robin often. It is simply too far from Downtown and there are too many other restaurants to visit. If I happen to make the journey to Cottonwood Mall, I may check out that Red Robin - as a public service to the other Yelpers who are hungry and in the vicinity.

Good food and professional service if you are eating there. I work close by and have tried to call in my order for pick up a couple of times, and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. Things from forgetting the dressing for a salad or completely missing parts of my order. So, moral of the story...great place if you're eating there, but do not call in your order...EVER...cuz they will mess it up!!

I have been eating at this Red Robin for years and havent had a bad experience yet.My food is always good and the bottomless fries are great.A little pricey,so ive cut out getting any drinks to save on the bill.Used to get the freckled lemonade which was really good..

order the clucks and fries. service was quick and management handled it pretty well. For some reason, the cook covered my food in salt, so much salt that it shined in the over head light. I was able to brush most of it off, but i couldnt eat some of it. I told the server when he came to clear my plate, I wasnt looking for anything, just for him to tell the cook to ease up. they comped my food, which was unexpected, and the server must have looked at my food once he got it back in the kitchen because he came back and made a comment about it.

This is a great place to come with kids, especially on Wednesdays, when they have free face painting, a balloon man who cruises the tables with his uncanny ability to make whatever object you desire out of balloons, and the big red bird himself. When my siblings come to visit with my nieces and nephews, there is no easier and friendlier place to take the brood. Here they can yell and whine, get out of their chairs to wander the restaurant, and exhibit all other manner of inappropriate public behavior, and no one is disturbed! Everyone else is occupied with their own unruly crew, and the noise level is such that it would take a lot to pierce the din. Ahhh, Red Robin. Normally I eschew corporate dining establishments. In most chain restaurants, the food is shipped in frozen and premade, the environment is too brightly lit and artificial, and the service tends to be canned and delivered by generally indifferent teenagers. Red Robin certainly does not wander off this beaten path. But what about that tower of golden onion rings, deep-fried to perfection, served with an ungodly good barbeque-mayo concoction? That bottomless basket of steak fries? And the burgers? In full disclosure, I am a vegetarian. And let me tell you, Red Robin serves a profoundly gratifying veggie burger. I try to eat primarily healthy, whole foods, I really do. But sometimes a person just wants a veggie patty smothered with onion straws, sautéed mushrooms and blue cheese. Served on a soft, white bun with a side of fried stuff. It's bad for you and delicious, and I've learned to stave off the self-loathing with gentle reminders that there are more important things in the world to worry about than the size of my ass. I give Red Robin 4 stars while judging it against its competitors, which in my mind are other chain restaurants and burger joints. The kids are fed and entertained, which allows the fully grown among us time to relax and enjoy our under-poured, over-priced, artificially-colored cocktails while talking shit and reaching for (this time I mean it) that last fry. God damn, it's good to be an American!

I just spent $15 on a burger. It was a $6 burger at best. The flavorless, spongy bun was more like school cafeteria fare and what a "gourmet" burger should be served in. Two stars since the burger itself was passable, though greasy.

1 star. I hope this changes your mind about going there. First of the whole place is way too loud. Looks dirty, and just overwhelming. And time for a story. Went there for my moms birthday sat on the patio and first problem that came up was the ground was full of a broken ketchup bottle all over had to hardly set my feet down to not get them nasty and dirty. When they brought us appetizer plates, my moms was not clean. It was quite dirty. My mom told him this plate isn't clean bring me a new one. So he argued that it was and then walked into the building (still in sight of us) and whipped it off with his shirt. Came out and tried to give it to her my mom called him out on it and said we watched you this isn't clean this is still dirty. Finally he brought us a clean dish. It was a horrible experience. The best part of the meal was leaving.

Julie and her team at Red Robin made our son's first birthday party a smashing hit! My husband and I, and recently our little boy, have frequently enjoyed dining at Red Robin. We very recently learned about their Wednesday night Kids' Nights, and I thought, "What a great idea for a birthday party!" I called Red Robin about a month ago, to see if they need reservations. Julie, the manager, happened to be the one who answered, so she was able to answer all my questions. No, I didn't need a reservation, but if I could call a couple of days or a week ahead of time to give them a number (headcount) and a time, that's all they needed. Oh wait, due to the current economy, I was asking all my guests to pay their own way - would the restaurant be able to handle our request for separate checks on such a large party (around 15 ppl)? Yup! They do it all the time. Oh and can we bring our own cake? Yup, once again! So, last night, we get there and they were already expecting us. Dominic was our waiter and he took such good care of us, even though our party members straggled in, family by family. Dominic was incredibly patient with us, as well as wonderfully solicitous while juggling our drink and appetizer orders. Once we were thought most of our party had arrived, we sprung our dinner order on him, and he received it beautifully. Our food arrived shortly, hot and delicious and all at the same time. When our late-arrivers appeared, Dominic took care of them seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy each others' company in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Wednesday nights are Kids' Nights at Red Robin, and we took full advantage of the wandering visits from the bright red bird himself (my one-year old just LOVED to see Big Red Robin!), and the talented balloon artist took care of each of our tiny guests, as well as the birthday boy himself. Even when one of our girls' balloon popped, he quickly replaced it and there were absolutely no tears! I just wanted to applaud this entire staff for their professional, warm, and patient reception of our party, and I can't wait to go back again!

I don't like to eat burgers too often but when I do, red robin always satisfies me. I usually get the red royal burger. It has bacon & egg in there. Dip it in ranch & yummo. I'm nit picky when it comes to ranch. Yes I'm a weirdo like that. But I love their ranch sprinkled with a little of their bottled red robin seasoning. As if I need to add any more salt right? The shakes are usually good, except for the salted caramel...too much salt in that one. The kiddos are always happy with what ever they order from the kids menu too. And they have enough tv's around to keep the kiddos busy. Service is always fast & awesome no matter how packed it is. Place & bathrooms are always clean too.

Yup, I'm a fan of Red Robin -- I typically have the same experience no matter which RR I visit. This time it was a group of 6 of us. We were able to get sat right away, which was extra nice. I switched it up and had some chicken wings this time. Teriyaki, extra crispy to be specific. They were pretty darn tasty! One of my colleagues said that the "best" RR burger is the Royal Robin burger w/ the egg... however, I beg to differ - -I love their Whiskey River burger. Yummmmm. Great place to catch a bite before watching a movie across the street. Oh, and bonus for last night's visit - - I didn't hear any annoying RR Happy Birthday singing. yay! :)

Great happy hour! Good selection of local and typical draft beers and good deals on other drinks too. Attentive service. Nice patio. I appreciate how clean everything is - bathrooms, dining room, bar, patio. We like to come after work for a drink and some jalapeño coins or sweet potato fries. For lunch, give the Avo-Cobb-O salad a try - it's one of my favorite salads ever.

Very bad experience here. I've been to many Red Robin restaurants and this was the worst. I ordered a margarita and it was completely watered down--way too much ice. Then I had the ensalada chicken and it came out completely cold and raw. The waiter took it back and it was reheated, only to come out rubbery on the outside and raw on the inside. The manager came over to us afterward and comped our dinner, but this was just disgusting. Definitely avoid this place!
