Hey, this is pretty good pizza in Old Town. The space is really great and though it tends to get hot in there, it's nice for dining in. But also good for take out. They also have Marble beer on tap, which is always a good thing.

Love this place! Food is fantastic, people are great, atmosphere is fun, prices are good. Can't beat it! I'm a vegetarian, and usually have only one or two options when dining out, but there are tons of veggie options on the menu and they don't even mind when I customize. I highly recommend the spinach cannelloni, green chili alfredo, and tomato soup. And the wicked good cookie really is wicked good...just make sure you have someone to share it with :)

Had Mike the owner cater my wedding this past weekend (Sept 5) food here is awesome. Unfortunately that's where it stops, Mike is not the best person on communication and for an event like a wedding seems to be too much for him to handle. I understand his catering business is still new to him but if you can't handle the amount of people you shouldn't offer your services. Communications between E-mail, Text messages, and calling his line go unanswered or ignored. In the middle of the wedding his staff was to supply ice and drinks until the event was over at 10 pm. They weren't aware of our event which was just across the street from their main store. Nor were they made aware that they were to supply the drinks and ice all night. None the less my guest were happy with their meals but my parents had to leave after the wedding due to the lack of water that wasn't supplied. I had to go to Walgreen's across the street and get my guest bottles of water. Total fail in catering!!!

Although it has two dollar signs and people complain about the "priciness," don't let that fool you. The generously-sized portions (over a pound of pasta that I was not able to finish) mean that it is actually pretty reasonably priced (keep in mind that I'm also from the Bay Area, so I have a different definition of expensive and cheap). Keep in mind that rent prices are also probably higher in Old Town, which might be another factor for the "priciness." The meatball ziti was hearty and delicious, the calzone was also nicely done and was well-stuffed. I just wish they offered pesto pasta. If you ride the ABQ trolley and keep your sticker, you can get either a free breadstick or spumoni ice cream dessert with your purchase. This is a nice hole-in-the-wall. I don't know where parking is during peak times because they don't seem to have a lot. Maybe at the Walgreens across the street?

I was pretty excited to finally be able to try this pizza parlor out! We came for dinner and it was a pretty busy all night until we left close to 9pm. We sat inside and I will say, if its a HOT summer day in ABQ, this is the place to come cool down! Its borderline freezing in there. I nearly froze all my paws off! You order first at the counter then sit down, we decided on a large Kitchen Combo pizza $25! Yes...its kind of expensive :-( Pizza is a good size large, and its LOADED with huge chunky veggies. Almost to the point of looking like a salad on top of a pizza. Unfortunately, the veggies weren't all cooked thru, almost raw on the thick chops of mushrooms and bell peppers. But I'm starving and it really is tasty. This pizza, to me, is almost "healthy". There isn't much cheese on it, it's not greasy, crust is thin, and even the red sauce isn't too much. It's crazy loaded with veggies, I just can't get over that. I think next time I'd ask for it be cooked just a little longer, crispier crust and better cooked through veggies. My 2 cons: 1. Price. It's up there in the price range for a pizza. Lunch buffet might be a better option. 2. I didn't care too much for the slight sweetness of the dough. Personal preference and nothing at all against their style or anyone else's taste. I think I really do want to go back for lunch. Mondays are Micro Mondays when all the micro brews are $2.25 pint. That's a deal there! I ordered a cherry coke, and they put a maraschino cherry in it :D I like those little details.

Review is based on service, not the food... Have eaten here many times and the food has always been good. This past week I took my sister and we were there a few minutes before they opened. The doors were unlocked about 2 minutes late but the girl told us to come in out of the cold, they were almost ready. A few minutes later a family of 4 came in. We had been waiting and the girl took the families order before ours. She didn't bat an eye. She knew I was upset but didn't even apologize. She could have told the family we were there first but no, she took the easy way out as the lady was quite rude to her husband, her kids and the girl. I have recommended this place to many people and in fact one of my co-workers takes her family there at least every 10 days or so because of my recommendation. I will return because the food is always good and until this time, so was the service. I left a comment card for the Management but she was the one to read it so I would assume my concern would go no where which obviously it has since it has been a week and I haven't heard anything from a Manager (I left my E-Mail address and cell on the card to be contacted). I figured my comment card has been disposed of. This girl will give your establishment a bad name if she continues to treat people with disrespect like she did my sister an me. I've gone on for too long so I will stop now.

I should have tried the pizza. The meatball sub was okay, but overpriced. The staff was nice, but didn't realize our party was a party, not a group of random orders, so our food came out at way different times. Anyhow, I could see going back if I'm in a group again and making it a point to try the pie, but won't be going back for the sub.

Pizzaaaaaa! I just realized that everywhere my family and I travel to, we end up checking out a local pizza joint. Accidental tradition right under our noses! After a long morning putzing around Old Town, we realized we had not yet eaten anything. Our family member whom happens to live in ALBQ recommended OTP, and was excited to bring us here. Walking in, a couple of things caught our attention. First came the smell..pizza, paata, I dont know what was what but it all smelled amazing. Second observation was the playlist, an interesting choice of 50s and 60s oldies played in the background. Interesting good, rock n roll is right up my alley. Down to the food.. We ordered a large cheese pizza and an order of small parm breadsticks. The breadsticks came out first, and they were very good. The bread itself had a certain sweetness to it. Also, often breadsticks are fluffy, but these were flat and almost pita-like. As soon as the pizza arrived it was clear they use the same dough for the pizza crust also. The pizza sauce is slightly sweet, and with the crust also having a certain sweetness to it, the pizza is sweeter than I am used to. I cut the sweetness with a surprisingly awesome chili oil. The slight chili tang worked wonderfully with the cheese and sweet sauce. They had a good looking lunch buffet, which we might try next time when we return. However, ordering 'just' a pizza was extremely satisfactory!

You walk into this place and you feel awkward; which door do I use, where do I order, how do I get to the patio, where are the bathrooms? These are all things that went through my head the first time I visited this place, but I keep coming back for several reasons. 1. Wawaweewoo green chile. I love green chile, but we all know that freshly roasted deliciously fresh taste of fabulous green chile. This is what you get, and I love it. 2. Pickles. I had one of their pickles tonight for the first time ever, and honestly it blew my mind. I had to sit there and let myself experience every flavor. I felt weird, I felt a little dizzy, my face flushed, and I was confused. It isn't your normal dill pickle, in fact, dill isn't involved at all. What you do get is an intense crunch, a vinegar hit straight to your tongue, the spice of chile hitting every inch of your mouth, a little bit of sweetness, and an explosion of experiencing all of these different tastes at once. I had to ask for another pickle so that people in my group could try these, and I could get a second taste. I don't regret it, and if I could I would eat a whole jar of these by myself. 3. Dat cookie. This isn't like any cookie you've experienced. You get served a piping hot cookie straight from the oven on the pan they cooked it in topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. When I say that this cookie is piping hot I mean it; don't touch the plate. You spoon yourself a little taste of bubbling hot cookie and freezing vanilla ice cream and you put it in your mouth; don't think just do it. Allow yourself to experience the feeling of eternal bliss for a few seconds before devouring this whole cookie, because you won't be able to stop yourself. I highly recommend this place. The service is great, the food is great, the atmosphere is weird, but also great. I would recommend the tomato basil grinder(it'll blow your mind), a drink of your choice, but don't skimp out on the cookie. Just go get a cookie.

3.5 - I stopped in here for dinner on my last night in town which also happened to be the big holiday stroll. It's what you might expect of old town. Cool old doors and door knobs and creaky wooden floorboards. The walls are decorated in an eclectic sort of Route 66 kitsch and random music memorabilia and "funny" signs. It's old school. I came in on one of their busiest nights of the year and also close to closing time, so I won't fault them for service at all - in fact, the service was fine. I had a wait due to the small kitchen, but that wasn't bad and was expected. The owner even stopped by the table with a hustle a few times and was very attentive. I'm sure on a regular night the service would be at least as good if not better. No complaints. I ordered at the register - a salad, some bread, and a personal pizza. Also ordered a few glasses of wine (which was kinda weird that I had to order them at the same time - also weird that she brought both glasses out at the same time). I had to pay up front which meant I had to tip before I got any service. I assume that there are other ways that could have gone, but I wasn't given the option of paying after. Including ~20% tip, I paid over 30 bucks. The salad came and I had to put the dressing on myself. Not easy with a Caesar dressing. It was tasty though. The bread never made it. I assumed it was entered because she acknowledged my order of bread and the bill was kinda high, but it wasn't on my ticket. No big deal. It was too much food for one person anyway. The personal pizza came and I dug in. It was quite large for a personal. The crust had a sweetness to it and it was pretty soft. It lacked a crispness. The cheese was good and gooey. The pepperoni and sausage had good flavor, but there was a lot of grease (as one might expect) - perhaps a bit too much grease though. It tasted okay, but not great. Nothing to make a special trip for. The saddest part was the wine. Wasn't very good. Tasted like grape juice. I left half a glass. I also left half a pizza. Normally I would take it to go, but I started feeling oogly in my guts - either from cheap wine or grease or both. From the location and the atmosphere, I would expect a bit more of an artisan pizza and some quality wine selections - especially for the price. It's not bad, mind you. If you are in old town and crave a pizza, stop by.

Great pizza at a decent price. We had the vegetarian pizza and it was excellent. The special sangria of the day was watermelon and was refreshing and yummy as the person behind the counter said. Quaint atmosphere. We went during off hours and had the place to ourselves. Over all great experience.

The food was a disappointment, but the staff was awesome. Crust tasted like cardboard, and the toppings appear to have been put on in the last minute of cook time. Put the toppings on and put in hot pizza over, remove in a few minutes when done. Making pizza is pretty simple, not sure why it is so strange here.

Best pizza in New Mexico! Cute patio, great beer on tap, fantastic Parmesan twists. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Come here for the lunch buffet. There's a whole lotta food--pizza, pasta and salad--for a fair price, and the staff is terrific. Don't come here expecting anything extraordinary. The fare is intended to please a crowd, so it doesn't take any risks. The marinara manages a good, thick consistency, and the green chile alfredo is a nice twist on a classic. Get the pizza when it first emerges from the oven and it'll make you happy. There are some nice beers poured from the bar, local stuff like Marble. With all of the choices in Old Town it's tough to make this call for dinner, but if you do, don't be surprised to pay a surprisingly stiff bill. We ordered a pie to pick up one evening intending to support the local economy and found out it was about twice the cost of something from a chain. Ouch. Still, your dollars are going to a great business, and as the place becomes more of an institution in Old Town I expect great things to come.

We had a large Kitchen Combo and a pitcher of beer. Best fresh toppings in the city and the the beer came with frosted glasses from a local brewer. I'm in heaven. We came in at 4:00 on a rainy cold day and had great service. We will be back and we live in the far NE.

Went for the first time recently when they had a 3 piece music group. WE sat on the back patio area which is very small and has too many tables and chair to maneuver easily. This became apparent when other people came in to sit down and rest room trips. Atmosphere of the restaurant is nice inside and out on the patio. You order your meals at the counter inside and sit down. Had the 3 ingredient Calzone and cheese garlic fingers as an appetizer. Menu selection was really robust. The whole meal with drinks came out to @ $21 which you can't beat. Food was well worth it. We plan on going back and trying many more dishes. Staff stayed on top of the dishes and checked up on us periodically. Not the best place for listening to music due to the cramped area. Unfortunately still to many people decide to sit in these areas and talk through the music and to do so talk so loud as to conflict.

Wonderful restaurant in Old Town, mainly because it is not Mexican/new Mexican! They have great pizza, sliders and salads. There is a pleasant patio to enjoy during spring/summer and fall.

Good food just off the plaza. Good for a break from all the Mexican food.

Probably some of the best pizza in town. There are a number of good, house pizzas, or you can make your own, of course. Lots of,other food as well, and some awesome soups. The patio is great too. Marble beer on tap, and some descent wines make this a great place to go if you are in Old Town and don't feel like Mexican food. Very friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

Recommended by the owner of the Rattlesnake Museum. :) Really, really good dough! Soft, thin crust - perfectly cooked! Almost drove right by it on the corner of Old Towne - but found it just in time. You down with OTP?

Nice quaint little place in Historic Old Town Albuquerque. The pizza was good, as was the Calzonne. Our family of 5 ordered a large (16") pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms + 1/2 with pineapple & 1/2 with green chile ($20.00), a Calzonne with pepperoni, mushrooms & red onion ($8.50) for all to share. We also ordered one buffet ($7.99) & a pitcher of soda ($5.99 with one free refill). We used a certificate from 999. com for $10 off the order (cost of certificate $6 = $4 + $2 service charge). The food was all good with large selection of toppings and various entrees including pizza, calzone, sub sandwiches, meatball sliders, pasta, etc. Check out the full menu at their web site: oldtownpizzaparlor.com The buffet had a couple different types of pasta, bread sticks, alfredo sauce, beef ragu sauce, marinara sauce, sausage ragu, cinnamon rolls. The salad bar had essentially a dozen of their veggie toppings used on the pizza plus green salad, cucumber slices, croutons, sunflower seeds, ranch, balsamic, Italian dressings. These in addition to two pizzas. Some of the reviews indicated dissatisfaction with only two pizzas, but each pizza had four different combinations, so it's a choice of 8 combinations & then they keep swapping them out for different combos. So I was good with the buffet selections. The sauces on the pasta bar section all tasted fresh and homemade. Had that hearty, meaty flavor (not a pureed sauce from a can.) The calzone was hot juicy and stuffed with good stuff. The pizza was full of flavor, hot and tasty. I would have to say, I'd prefer more sauce on the pizza. The pizza crust on the pizza and calzone was a little different. More bready than pizza doughy. I prefer that stone oven baked crust that's toasty on the outside, with a bit of flour on the bottom to prevent sticking and inside a yeasty, doughy texture. But it was a very good buttery, bready crust. Overall a nice place with good food, good environment. Lots of cool old signs on the walls. Oh, & by the way the bathroom was clean and neat. Would recommend to family and friends to try.

Love OTPP! Pizza is good, calzones are huge, sliders are wonderful, greek salad to live for and don't get me started on the yummy Mamma's tomato soup! Monday are fun w/half price Marble beer and the blue grass band on the patio. Keep the great food coming Mike!

Only in Albuquerque could pizza this bad get 4 stars. In a town of bad pizza this is some of the worst. ANY of the chains are better than this. Take cardboard and some canned sauce, some crappy mozzarella and bake the shit out of it and you have the pizza at this joint. Just horrendous.

I tipped a buck which isnt much, but got pizza and he put no sauce on on purpose. rude and unprofessional. the front girl did offer a gift certificate which i dont live here and was leaving., boooo on this, waited til my last day and was extremely disappointed. go to papa johns large loaded $10

4 stars because it's great for the area, but not my favorite pizza of all time. We live between the north valley and Old Town and this is by far our favorite nearby pizza place. We usually get take out but I'm a fan of their local beer selection if we dine-in. They also have a lunch buffet daily from 11a-2p, good deal but I prefer to order fresh pizza with toppings I like. If you're there when the weather is good, sit outside on their enclosed patio in the back. Some days they even have live music out on the patio. If you're not in the mood for pizza don't pass on the green chile alfredo, the portion is huge but you won't be disappointed! Plus for the military folks, they offer a discount.

I should preface this (and any other Albuquerque pizza review that I write) by saying that I am not a great fan of pizza in Albuquerque. Il Vicino is probably my favorite, but I really miss Midwestern style pizza. *sigh* That said, I gave this place 3 stars. Note that the three stars are graded on an Albuquerque curve. If this place was in Chicago, I wouldn't be so kind. Even so, this is a welcome addition to the Old Town pizza scene which before consisted solely of the Golden Crown Bakery (I like Golden Crown!). So, I picked up dinner here tonight. Carry out. Meatball slider appetizer and a pizza. I got a 16" all meat pizza: very thin layer of red sauce, mozzarella cheese, topped with big chunks of 4 or 5 kinds of meat. The crust had good flavor. A little sweet. Interesting. In comparing it to other local pizza places, I'd say it is more like Giovanni's than anyplace else, but I like Old Town Pizza better. Nicer atmosphere, and it's in Old Town! Doesn't get much better than that for atmosphere! The Meatball Sliders: 3 little meatball, cheese, & tomato sauce sandwiches. Extra props for being the only place in town to have these on the menu. Good taste, but could be a little spicier. The typical ABQ palate can take a little more heat, but I'd order them again. I should also mention that they were playing country music (a bunch of George Strait songs) while I was there. .... I'm not a fan. They also had subs (hot & cold), calzones, salads, and baked pasta.

After receiving horrible service from the staff at the "Bar and Grill" inside the Rio Grande Best Western we Yelped the Old Town Pizza Parlor. The attitude, service, and attentiveness was off the hook..great job. We had the large (16") pizza, called the Blanco I believe..white sauce, chicken and cloves of garlic..the crust was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor, almost like a light cake batter - the two of us ate the whole damn thing. We had the nachos as an appetizer's very well done, with fresh tomatoes, crumbled beef, tons of cheese and white sauce and cheese, the fresh jalapenos, if you like, will set you on fire! My daughter received a huge bowl of spaghetti with marinara sauce and four spicy meat balls, she could barely choke down half of it, due to the portion size. The sauce was just a tad bit to sweet, but other than that, also very well done. All of the above chased down with ice cold PBR..I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Family of three, dinner, appetizer, beers, deserts and tip..$45

Their pizza has a very "homemade" taste, with a relatively thin crust, slightly sweet. Generous toppings. (Definitely a step up from, say, Dion's, where the pizza is super greasy.) The cheesy garlic fingers are amazing comfort food, very savory with a slight crunch. Mondays and Tuesdays they have drink specials and all throughout the week they have a lunch buffet that seems to be very good value for money (though I've never tried it). The decor is kitschy, with a slightly tilted patchwork of checkered tile and hardwood floors, table toppers each featuring a different motif (e.g. playing cards, hot air balloons), wooden chairs, and random items hung on the walls. They tend to play Ella Fitzgerald and the like. It's a nice place to sit and have a conversation, usually quiet and peaceful unless they have live music that night. I come here so often the staff recognizes me and my partner. (Eep.) It's a nice feeling though, especially since all the staff members are very friendly and personable and always make pleasant conversation.

Being from NY I have high standards for pizza and have tasted some great slices and terrible in my time. I have to admit how shocked I was at how good Old Towns pizza was. At first I went in wanting a slice and was disappointed to see that they did not serve by the slice but instead your own personal pizza a 10" or 14". I left but went back 30 minutes later with the craving being too large to pass up. For less than $6 I got the 10" round personal pizza, which came out to more than 2 slices that you would get anyway. The pizza was incredibly good as it had thick cheese, thin crust and tasted excellent. I also was impressed with the music playing as it was more classic rock and I overheard the likes of Led Zeppelin, Boston and Queen. Great place with a friendly smile.

Our whole family loves this place! Awesome food, great service, super kid friendly! I love how fresh their salads are and their homemade ranch is delicious! Crayons, play dough, and lollipops and even free buffet (2 and under) for the kids. Best mint iced tea ever too. Fun location too in old town! Everything we have tried is really tasty!

i was looking for a non-fancy pizza place that still serves decent food + i found it here. i like the baked ziti + meatball grinder so much (east coast faves that are hard to find here) that i haven't actually tried the pizza yet, but i like the calzones, which i assume uses the same dough + sauce as the pizza. service is slow on busy nights, but they have a nice small leafy back patio where i'm happy to hang out for a while. i'm glad i found this place.

Get the calzone. HUGE and tasty - but keep in mind it took about 15 minutes to bake. Add the Marble beer. Yummy. The cookie with ice cream desert is amazing. A little noisy with the doors open and lots of traffic right outside the door.

Thought about it for a bit, then went with the ring of fire. Thats one a'spicy meat-a-ball. Even though there's no meatballs on it. Goes great with some local ipa on tap. Nose running pretty good. Thats a good sign.

Old town pizza closes way too early. I've encountered this in the summer when at 9:00 I'm too late to dine. Tonight headed over for dinner at 8:00 and encountered a closed sign reflecting earlier winter closing times. Grrr. C'mon a pizza place closed at 8:00? Pretty frequent diner here. Pizza is okay, not my favorite. But the calzones are GREAT. Half-priced draft beer on Mondays which is wonderful if you can get there on time.

The pizza and salad we ordered was ...not so good. BUT the customer service was excellent only from the manager. He offered us a different pizza and also a free dessert. We didn't take the pizza offer so he gave us a gift card. We'll be back for happy hour.

The staff here is amazing! Oir hostess and made sure we were taken care of while we waited for our pizza--- provolone and green Chile and pepperoni! Some of the best crust here in ABQ. Even though she was slammed and working solo, the waitress made sure to check on us before we got our pizza to go. Reasonably priced and worth it!

Had the penne pesto pasta and it was delicious! Great portions and my fellow doners had the pizza and raved aboutnit. If they had a seating area with oet access not facing Rio Grande/Central, it would make thus place perfect!

Great menu with a lot of options. The toppings are all tasty and fresh. The back patio is a nice place to relax and have a beer and pizza after work. The green chile and spicy sauce are both spicy and tasty, which is hard to find anywhere. Ive never had a bad experience here. Although I wish they would work on the back patio a little bit. They could modernize it and fit more people.

Being a local...I just don't venture much into Old Town as much as I should; but when I do I always pay homage to Old Town Pizza Parlor...Just Yummy food all around! The buffet is where its at & you'll get the most Italiano Bada-Bing for your buck...an no, gangsters don't frequent the joint...just really nice wait staff who allow you to pick your table from any of the several adjoining rooms where you feel you just entered someone's private home. The rustic feel of the floor boards squeaking and vintage signage make you feel like you've been transported to Ducali in NorthendBoston. I highly recommend any dish that incorporates their signature marinara 'gravy'...thick & zesty~ my mouth salivates as I write this jus thinking about it & wishing I worked closer to the place for lunch! The buffet is awesome as I said & for $8 you get an all you can eat sampling of many dishes they offer! But it only runs until 3pm on the wkends so get there early!

Every time I'm in town I have to go here. I love that they have local beer on tap to enjoy with the pizza. Last week when I was there I got the Farmer's Market (veggies galore) pizza but added pepperoni. YUM. TRY THE BRUSCHETTA! Oh man, so glad I got that last time. My favorite pizza is the spicy sauce with pepperoni, pineapple and green chile.

Old Town is just not a good place to eat. In general, the restaurants suck, the service is awful and it's not worth your time or money. However, there are a few notable exceptions (Antiquities, La Crepe Michel, Church Street Cafe). On the low end Old Town Pizza Parlor is really the only decent choice. Luckily it's pretty darn good! The staff are really nice, and we have never had a bad experience with anyone working there. They have been - without exception - excellent at caring for us. The pizza is pretty good, and they have inventive choices. But what's nice is that they don't have just pizza, they also offer subs, salads, pastas, some interesting appetizers - it's a pretty good variety of stuff for a pizza joint. I had the new penne with basil and tomato sauce recently - except I substituted the creamy tomato sauce for regular marinara. Not bad, but the pasta was a little overcooked. Overall, though, pretty good dish, and HUGE!!! I took half of it home and had it for lunch the next day. My man really likes their pizza, probably because they have great green chiles. He does love his chiles! But the pizza in general is pretty darn good. Sauce, crust, cheese, toppings - all very tasty. And they are cool with half-and half orders as well as substitutions. The restaurant is laid out oddly, with little rooms here and there, and a single bathroom off to one side. We keep trying to eat on the back patio, with no success as yet - right now they have a basement flooding issue and a big hole in the backyard that prevents dining out there, but we hear it's really nice and they have bands out back in the summer. We will get out there! Of course, the best part about this place is that they have beer on tap and a not horrible selection of wines. Nothing crazy good, but good enough for pizza and pasta - a decent chianti and some pretty good sauvignon blancs, among others. They will also come by and see if you want another, which is awesome! It's a cute little Italian-decorated place with fun kitsch on the walls and a good atmosphere. It's a good place to hang and relax on the outskirts of Old Town, and on its own that would be good enough, but given the competition in a five block range, it's nearly a godsend. Definitely go if you are in Old Town - worth your time and money.

Hailing from Long Beach CA, there are a slew of gourmet restaurants, including Italian. I never would have thought I would travel to Albuquerque to eat THE BEST Fettuccine Alfredo ever! Their take on this classic is AWESOME! I have ordered it twice in the week I have been here and most likely will have it again before I leave, time permitting. On both occasions it was absolutely delicious, with the lunch chef Aaron edging out the dinner chef. I asked him for extra garlic and he did not skimp on the whole roasted cloves bathed in the "Green Alfredo" sauce. Absolutely the best I have ever had. The wait staff is both attentive and friendly. The ice tea has a hint of fresh mint that compliments rather than over powers. Enjoy the hot air balloons, but come to Albuquerque for Aaron's Fettuccine!

This is a great place for lunch. The atmosphere and decor makes you feel welcomed, and the pizza is really consistent and great-tasting. The Pizza Blanca is my favorite, the garlic and cheese makes for a ideal combination. I haven't tried the lunch buffet, but it seemed to be a popular option. The buffet included pizzas, salad, etc. If you are looking for a place with good service, quality pizza, and an "Old Town" feel, this is the place for you.

Situated in Old Town Albuquerque. Small old building which looks to of been a house when built. Find a table go to the counter and order. Then the pizza is delivered to your table. We looked at yelp and they had pretty good reviews. We have some pretty good pizza places in the Phoenix area and that is what I used to judge them on. Their pizza is just OK. It is by far not even close to the best I have had. The service is slow. The floors were not swept. I did not get a drink refill. We did get a bill paid, and left. They could easily gotten a 4 if they offered good service. Just act like you are glad your customer is there.

Their Mac and cheese is delicious with a nice, crispy topping. We love the Watson and add roasted garlic! Always fresh ingredients and very friendly staff!

The farmers market pizza is vegetarian but completely satisfying. The large Greek salad was fresh and big enough for five people. Try the mint brewed iced tea - perfect for cooling off on a warm night. The service was slow, so enjoy the homey atmosphere while you wait.

Good sized portions, "like mama made it" quality in that it's not gourmet, but beats the pants off of a pizza chain.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
