Service was decent at around 8:30 am on a Tuesday morning. I can't say anything real positive about the food though. My eggs were cold, the toast had no butter on it, and the hash browns were not cooked completely. I've had better luck with food here in the past, but in true New Mexico fashion, they got built, opened, were good and then went to crap.

I would rate this place 0 stars. The food was about the same, slightly below most IHOPS, but the service was pathetic. Every person here needs to be fired! You can easily detect that most employees do not enjoy their job here. First off let me say I am white male, & I have never in my life claimed this, but I feel I was discriminated here based on my race, or my appearance! The hostess/waitress saw me waiting by the "wait to be seated" sign and walked by 2 times. Not a big deal, she wasn't my waitress, I moved on, everyone is entitled to a bad day. I order, The waitress the brings my food out and asks if I need anything else. I reply Tabasco. Instead if grappling the Tabasco on the table next to me she walks around the restaurant taking other peoples orders, talking to her waitress friends, etc. I get up & get the Tabasco myself. Literally 2 tables away. Then another 10 minutes later she asks is there anything else I can get you. My response, yes jelly for the toast. Really? What do most people eat on their toast? This place is a joke! Go to the Waffle House down the street for a quick breakfast. It has got to be better than this establishment.

Worst IHOP I have ever been to. Don't waste your time, drive to another one. Service was absolutely terrible. Some of the worst I've had on a long time. I had to go to the kitchen to find someone just to bring me utensils...hard to stir coffee without a spoon. I ordered the colorado omelette which has shredded beef on top and served with salsa. The waitress set it down and walked away without asking if I needed anything else. First off I realized I didn't get salsa, but then I realized there was no beef on the omelette. When the waitress returned almost 8 mins later I asked for the salsa and the beef. She brought the salsa a few minutes later and added they were out if beef. I assumed there would be a discount but upon receiving the bill there was none. I have waited now about another 10 mins for the waitress to return, to seek resolution and thought I would occupy my time with a review. Thought it would be quick as it was 4:30 in the afternoon and there were only a few cars in the parking lot, but this has been nowhere near quick and the food was subpar. Steer Clear!

I had ordered an omelette without meat. This came with a side of 3 pancakes. The server brought out my order with ham in it, so I sent it back, saying I didn't have time to have it replaced, and that I would make do with the pancakes. When the bill came, the omelette was still on it, so I told the server to fix the error. She did, but the manager then charged me for the pancakes, at an outrageous price, making the 3 pancakes cost just 30 cents less than the omelette and pancakes. Customer satisfaction is NOT a priority here. I will never bother IHOP with my business again.

Worst IHOP ever. Was greeted with a pure act of racism. I sat at my table for around 10 mins while the waiters attended to people around me, even the ones that came AFTER me. I confronted one of the waiters who had ignored me and he had the audacity to tell me he didn't notice me! He laughed and went back to the kitchen . Doesnt matter if the manager offered a 20 percent discount and asked if i would like to have dessert on the house, i was very upset. People from India, never go there.

Went to iHop after a family member came to town to visit. This iHop location was nearby the Airport. Ordered the fish and chips, when the order arrived, the person bringing the order said they ran out of tartar sauce. It appeared that they split the order of fries between the two orders. When we tried the fish it was cold, the waitress apologized and said she will get new orders right away. We decided to try lunch elsewhere, we never go there again. As you can see from the other reviews, this is definitely NOT the place to eat-- at all!!

Great egg white omelets. Nice looking interior. Great service. The only drawback was the loud, unappealing music they played through their tinny speakers. It's enough to make me not want to go back. Maybe we will try one more visit.

My first impression was not good. The dining room seemed greasy, but I went ahead and took a seat because the hostess was friendly and polite. I ordered avocado added to my omelet. When I received the order, I was told the restaurant was "out of avocado." The food was greasy and overly salty, not like the usual IHOP meal, but more like something you would get from Waffle House. The booth seat back was loose. Every time the customer behind me moved, it jolted me. I'm sure he had the same experience every time I moved. This is a bad IHOP. Save the money and go to Waffle House. You will get the same greasy food and environment for a much lower price.

My first IHOP experience wasn't glorious, I need to admit. The server was mostly attentive although I had to catch his eye to request the bill. I had one of the specials: Tuscan scramble. It was cooked well, for some of us, salt and black pepper were handy on the table. I didn't like the fact that there were annoying flies going close to the accompanying pancakes: for an indoors restaurant I think this didn't make sense. I still don't get why, when I ordered an apple juice, an almost empty coffee thermos jug was left on my table. Would I go back? Maybe, if my friends insisted.

They served me super quick. The food quality was on par for your standard IHOP. I think the waitress could sense that I was looking to move along and she brought out the check early and I was in and out about as fast as I ate the food. Excellent!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My sister and I checked into a nearby hotel and went over to IHOP about 10 pm for dinner. There were 4 cars in the parking lot and the main light (saying open 24 hours) was not lit. We weren't sure it was open (probably shouldn't have been). We went inside and waited to be seated. There were 4 people at tables, 1 group was eating, 1 had menus and the other 2 parties (1 party of 2 and 1 party of 3) were waiting with drinks. The hostess walked by us into the kitchen and said "I'll be with you in a minute, ladies." Then, a male server came out and said "somebody will be right with you" and then proceeded to look into the empty coffee carafes on a couple empty tables. A third server came out with a tray of food, which clearly had 3 plates. She did not acknowledge us at all. She walked toward the table with 2 people, then yelled across the room "which table?" Then, the hostess came back out, carrying 2 drinks and said "it'll be a few more minutes, ladies." Having already waited to be seated for 10 minutes by 3 people in an empty restaurant, we left and walked next door to Applebee's (where we were seated immediately and had our food in 20 minutes). Don't waste you time coming here (because you will)!

Went there at 6:30 a.m. in the morning with a friend. The service started out "okay" - good food, good coffee; but watch out if you loose track of time talking and nursing at least two cups of coffee after you eat your meal. This is not a place to settle into quiet conversation with a friend. Before we knew it, two waitresses (a loud, yapping, black girl and a skinny redhead with an 80's perm) began walking back and forth by our table - in voices loud enough to hear - I'd like to get this check taken care of so I can go home now...etc. The POLITE thing would have come up to our table and asked us if there was anything else that we wanted or asked if we would like another refill on our coffee decanter instead of making unnecessary quips. We made it a point to finish up the decanter of coffee (nevermind that we were already planning on leaving a generous tip!) and apologized to the waitresses and anybody who looked affiliated with IHOP about our extended stay of fifteen minutes than the average. Keep in mind that there was absolutely NO ONE in the restaurant when we got up to leave and met a couple of older gentlemen on their way in. I might also add that what looked like the manager, a guy with a bald head, peeked his way out, gave us a once over before returning to his hideout behind the kitchen - AFTER he turned up the cold air conditioner which was VERY evident as it was warm and cozy when we walked in on a slightly chilly January morning...and all of a sudden there was this COLD AIR blaring down on me and my friend while said bald guy looked upon us. My friend and I found ourselves finishing up our conversation between chattering teeth, holding our arms around our chests and trying to finish up the last of our coffee. The LAST time I will ever go to this restaurant. The other time I came here with my mother, the waitress handed me two pieces of pancakes - threw a fit when I told her there were supposed to be THREE on the plate - and came back with a stack of FIVE - handed me a bill for an additional FIVE pancakes and came back and quipped in front of other customers "So, were five pancakes enough to fill you?" This place lacks Customer Service. The food may be mediocre but the service sucks!!!!!
