This place is A-OK in my book. Find me a local business that makes bagels even half as good as this place and I would order my bagels there instead, but au contraire, it does NOT exist! I love my Garlic Bagel and Coke Zero (along with prescription medication), it is my cocktail of choice for a bad migraine. There seasonal selections are quite fantastic as well. I've tried their pumpkin bagel, which was amazingly delicious with their pumpkin smear (Einstein talk for cream cheese). Their staff is friendly and accommodating.

Got the new napa valley chicken sandwich, which after three bites decided I had had enough. The fig jam was out of range for my taste buds. I told the manager and she traded me for a nova lox bagel without a question or sneer. Cherry pastry was delicious as well as my lox. Pumpkin latte was wonderful! Overall a good experience.

OMG - the wife (aka Vicki S) and I were early to the pet store and decided to stop in here for a light snack before it opened... I am so glad we did ..... We must drive past this place at least once a day and now I might stop here once a day!!! Clean, efficient, friendly staff, and great bagel!!! I ordered the cranberry bagel with honey and almond cream with a banns strawberry smoothie - THANKS Einstein Bros - now I need to run 2 extra miles today!!!

Uhm yea, pay attention to prices! Gourmet bagels are .60 xtra and marked by a yellow tag on those particular baskets...but it doesn't actually say either?!!!

Einstein bros bagels is a chain but you do get a different experience depending on the location. This particular location on Academy is large without lots of indoor and outdoor seating and great service. When I want to change up weekend breakfasts or I need breakfast on the go, I stop here. The bagels are always fresh and there is a lot of variety. They even have some sandwiches. I didn't like one of the egg breakfast sandwiches here but their lox and cream cheese bagel is awesome. Its not technically a sandwich but I take both halves and put them together to make a sandwich. Every time I have either eaten in or gotten something to go the service has been extremely efficiency. Even if the line is long, they keep it moving fast so don't be nervous if you see a long line.

Had a pizza bagel. Had a great time. A delightfully sassy little server with "DL" on her name tag (she was a hoot) made our order with a smile and accurate. I've never had Einstein for lunch, had a great time.

Delicious fresh bagels made just the way you want them. There are lots of different choices when it comes to bagels. I'm a plain jane, so I order a plain bagel toasted with garden veggie shmear = delicious every time. Coffee baristas are hit and miss here. I like my latte's made with half and half instead of 2% milk. I have to be very clear when ordering my coffee and I have to watch when they make it to be sure it is made right. However, it is worth it because a good latte with a yummy bagel hits the spot every time. These is outside seating and doggie treats available inside so it's a great place to tae your dog after a quick run around the academy across the street.
I love getting the spinach, mushroom and swiss egg breakfast sandwich on poppy seed. It's my favoritest ever breakfast sandwich! :D Customer service is always A++ and they are quick even when its crowded. Only once they flubbed my order up and gave me a sausage sandwich (ick!). Once I called to let them know, I was told to come in the next day for the correct order and free coffee :D Always friendly, always courteous. And yes...they do have the best DARN coffee! Especially "Winter Blend", but that is seasonal. Loyal customer for 5 years, of course I'll be back. :-)

I normally like this location which is why it pains me to give one star, BUT this was our second Einstein stop on Mother's Day. The first Einstein on the corner of Osuna and the expressway actually ran out of bagels in the morning. This Einstein did not have bagels either. WHAT. EINSTEIN BAGELS? Yes no maybe so? ! If I'm a manger of a bagel shop on Mother's Day I'm going to darn well make sure there are plenty of bagels for all those wonderful hungry moms out there. Disappointed.

Einstein's Bagels are great! I don't veer from the regular bagel and shmear often, but why mess with a good thing? I like to pick up the baker's dozen for meet-ups at the park, or to take to the office with me. After a few trips in the last week, I thought to ask about a frequent buyer's card, and in fact they do have a reward punch card. The girl helping me even punched an extra one since I did not know this earlier. My only complaint is that they never have enough cranberry bagels- my favorite.

I really like coming to this place when I need a quick, freshly baked breakfast and a good café latte. I love bagels and this place has them in all flavors. I particularly love the gourmet ones. The restaurant inside is pretty pleasant and it has some outside tables with umbrellas. That is a good place to sit if you're bringing your doggie over for breakfast. I really like the manager of this place. What a competent, smart guy. I wish more restaurant managers were like him. He truly cares about the business and does a great job. Tip: if you like your bagels with extra butter, say so when you are ordering. There is no extra charge.
