Of all the Einstein locations in Albuquerque this one is by far the best. Mountain views, staff always working hard to get the customers what they need. I'll even go out of my way to come to this location rather than one step closer to my place. Ask for Barbara she's great

The bagel was delicious as usual. The store was clean but laid out kind of weird. If it had been weird the set up could cause a bottle neck.

The staff here are amazing! They didn't have any more to-go boxes and created one for me. The staff hand sliced the freshly baked bagels for me as well as the bagles couldn't go thru the automatic slicer because they were too hot. They moved quickly and efficiently and we're very professional. I will be back soon.

This is a pretty standard Einsteins. They have a good selection of bagels and the sandwiches are tasty. They offer free refills on coffee and its not bad. Way better than Starbucks, for me at least. The staff have always been friendly and attentive, and very quick. I drop by here whenever I'm in the area and need a quick, cheap bite. Love their green chile cheese bagels.

Definitely not a New York bagel but I'm obsessed with the Jalapeno Salsa Cream Cheese Shmear! I decided to be different and get a Green Chile bagel which was different and delicious.

Can't believe the manager of this Einstein actually has her position. I was a loyal customer of Einstein since I can remember but with my last experience I will never go again. About 2 months ago my wife and I went in. We were the only customers at the time. Three employees were up front. One reading a newspaper at the front counter the other two telling jokes. To make a long story short we walked up to the counter and not one of them greeted us for a solid two minutes. By then I was so mad I just left without saying a word. Now just last Thursday I go in get my standard plain bagel and a side of peanut butter. Einstein charges 60 cents for peanut butter and that is not a problem. But when I got my side it was a small dap of peanut butter that barely covered 1/2 of one side of my bagel pushed to is limit of what I could cover. I get this all the time and have never got just this amount of peanut butter. I thought this was a joke. When I asked for more peanut butter the manager told me that this was their standard portion and I would have to pay another 60 cents. This actually turned into a heated exchange. I felt that I was being treated as someone that was asking for something free when all I wanted was what I paid for. I can't believe this manager even argued about it. As her peanut butter rationing was about two cents of peanut butter to Einstein. Well I never got my peanut butter as I made my mind up that Einstein was not going to get another cent from me if that is what you truly get for 60 cents. If management at Einstein thinks its about the 60 cents they have completely missed the mark. It is about feeling ripped off.

This is the single worst Einsteins I've ever been too. We will never be back. Heaven help you if they get your order wrong, which they have, EVERY single time we've tried it. We kept trying every few months because they're the closest one, but forget it, we're going farther away to avoid a staff who blames the customer for their screw ups, including forgetting meat on a sandwich! I have ordered the lox sandwich without onions for years at dozens of Einsteins. This is the only place that's messed it up and done so every time. I don't get it. Leaving the meat off a sandwich was the last straw. You must be asleep at the wheel.

Wow. What a disappointment! Totally drop in service an product! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Used to get a bagel with the soup or chili, now you have to pay. The combo comes with chips or potato salad, but I didn;t want either and they charged me $3.00 more for fruit, full price. I'm done with them. Sad day...used to love the product, now cheap, nickle and dime and this store had ppor service to top it off, all the tables dirty.
