I love a coffee and bagel in the morning! Green chili bagel is required though. With any shmear, but plain is always safe. They have Nutella now which is awesome. I love this location by campus because it's also a great sport to study or do some work or to grab a quick breakfast. Service is always the same and reliable.

I get home and open up my sandwich to find that they somehow put mayonnaise on the very bottom of my sandwich...on the outside! Where your thumbs go when you eat it. It's like they purposely tried to make my sandwich awful. I was being so nice to them despite the 20 minutes it took to get in and out. I will never eat or drink here again. Awful experience! And by the looks of the other reviews...they couldn't care less about their customers Ps: I wrote this as I'm trying to eat this mess and I just realized they didn't even give me the sandwich I ordered. For repeating back my order twice I guess the sandwich maker didn't pay attention. I guess it's my fault for eating at a chain and not local. Lesson learned

not bad, not great . . . the bagels are a step up from frozen. the best bagel I had was the pumpkin. this place is a little disorganized and a lot messy. emergency bagel only. I was surprised that it was so so oh well

Ok tasting bagel, I'm mean it's hard to mess up a bagel with cream cheese. But the employees are so slow and do not care. Got my bagel then waited 15 minutes for my latte.... Then when I asked about it, the lady was so rude like I was inconveniencing her.

Every time I'm in ABQ I end up here with my finicky-eater elderly mother. We've enjoyed it in the past, but this time didn't go that well. When I pointed out to one employee that their main coffee container was empty as was the half-and-half, she made a "huffing" sound as if I was inconveniencing her. The male who took our order had to be told repeatedly that it was "staying" (vs take-out), and he could not manage to combine our four orders into one so I had to pay four times. Really, dude? No plans to return.

Came here and picked up an Italian Chicken Panini for lunch, it was pretty damn good and the smell attracted a few inquiries. The only downside was the amount of time it too to prepare. If I worked in the area I would probably frequent here for lunch. Comparing it to the surrounding places to get a sandwich, however, only nets it 3 stars.

I need to stop coming here. While I love there cream cheese selection, coffee, and bagel selection, I have found the service to be bad and I'm annoyed every visit. They never the coffee I want available. There are 4-8 people working and it doesn't matter if it's crowded or not, I always seem to be waiting for the coffee to brew. So, I'll go elsewhere and find fresh coffee ready. The bagels used to be great, but they seem smaller and never fully cooked, chewy, and just ok. The cream cheese is outstanding as always-I guess it's good that it comes in a tub and no human at the store can really mess that up. Overall, I have a sense that no one there really likes there job. And it shows. I guess I can't blame them, but hey, go get another job!

If you have had bagels in New York state you will find these somewhat disappointing. Always seems to be busy here, due to proximity to the University of New Mexico. An OK option by Albuquerque standards. The staff are quite friendly. One orders at the counter. I find the prices to be quite high..

Not a bad bagel but not the most savory or sweet if that is what you select. I do not like BLOs (bagel like objects)---i like New York style chewy bagels these are good but they are not great.

I've been a fan of Einstein Bros. for a long time, and they have yet to disappoint me. The prices for some things can be a little high, especially for a bagel with cream cheese ($2 and up?!), but the location is good and I always enjoy what I get from there. Service is always very helpful and fast. There's a wide variety of drinks, both hot and cold. Tea selection is very small, but it does include peppermint tea, which I have not come across at any other decent restaurant in the UNM area. The food is always delicious, and it fills you up enough to be worth the money. Nothing is particularly cheap at Einstein Bros., but you get what you pay for. I've never once felt ripped-off by the quality or the bang-for-the-buck ratio. Highly recommended for a nice breakfast or lunch near UNM.

Bagel was cold and over priced. They didn't even bother to wrap it in foil. Day old orange juice for 3.59?? Yuck. Rude, and quick service gives you the hint that they are in business for quantity not quality! Their goal is to get you in get your money and get you out ASAP.
