The food is great as long as you are expecting a baja style burrito and not an New Mexican style burrito. I love the quick service and the fresh food that is comparable in price to fast food joints. The cons about this location is that they are extremely busy for the linch rush, but I have never had a problem ordering online to save the wait inline. The other small thing is that it's hard to hold a conversation as the music is often loud, but that is a small price to pay for good food!

When I feel like having some fresh, quality, delicious "Mexican" food that's where I go. Great service, clean restaurant. I love the steak tacos and the sofritas with a bottle of nuntucket.

The burrito we had was good. We enjoyed the fillings including guacamole and veggies, What we thought it lacked, was any real Mexican flavor or spice. The barbacoa marinated beef tasted like southern bbq and not Mexican. It's Mexican food for gringos/gabachos. The price is somewhat high for fast Mex food too. This is New Mexico not Alabama...give us some respect ese. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

I frequent Chipotle because of it's proximity to my home. This place is quick and a great alternative to greasy fast-food. I'm pretty predictable here, I always get a steak burrito and my kids get the taco kits. Having two picky kids can make dinner difficult but here everyone is happy because they get to pick their ingredients and put it together themselves. I will keep coming back because the food is scrumptious and the people are friendly.

I am biased to Chipotle in general. But there are a few things about this particular Chipotle that make it better and worse than others. Good - The service is always as quick as possible and they are always friendly and willing to help. When you ask for extra stuff such as rice or cheese, they don't complain, they hook you up and I love that. Bad - The meat is stale quite often which is surprising as they are always cooking new batches of it. I can't speak on behalf of others, but it seems like that's what I always get. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Chipotle and unless they try to kill me, I will continue to go to every Chipotle because they're just that damn good. If you have never been, go, because its better than Moe's, Free birds, or Qdoba. I guarantee it.

ChipotBAE. Chipotle before anything else. Came here while my car was being worked on down the street and as always it was fast and delicious. I even feel better that it has Non-GMO so you don't feel bad about yourself at all. You might even catch a celebrity here, I was lucky enough to meet the cast of Maze Runner here a few months ago when they were filming. I have even seen some snaps chats that Seth Rogen goes here when he is town. If you don't see a celebrity that's okay, it's still good food and good service.

After a long morning working in the yard and going to he gym I say to my husband, "what do you want for lunch? Do you want something healthy?" His response: "not too healthy, you know what I like". (Real helpful right?) I was finding it difficult to imagine jamming a greasy burger in my mouth after working so hard. I just started driving down Menaul and BOOM! Chipotle! In Germany, where I have lived for the past 6 years, Chipotle in Frankfurt (a 45 min drive) is a real treat. I probably don't have to tell you that Mexican food in Germany isn't...right. But Chipotle never disappointed. So here I was, at Chipotle, being greeted by smiling helpful faces. The ingredients did not disappoint, fresh fresh fresh and yummy. If eyes could salivate...that's what it looked like when I walked in the door with Chipotle. Well done Albuquerque Chipotle...well done!

I dont know why I come here when I know it gives me indigestion. i think it's b/c my gf loves burritos and always drags me and then i see steak and it compels me to eat a 2 lb slab of food. I give it a meh.

Comments pertaining to this location in particular: I love this place! Now I have been a regular at chipotle for years and years but this is the first one I was actually impressed enough to write a review about. The service is always friendly and inviting and you never feel rushed when you can't make up your mind. They do indeed have a line during peak meal times but thats because the food is worth it! Hundreds of people don't patiently wait in line for terrible or even mediocre food. Comments pertaining to the food: Although the title is "mexican grill" it's actually a very loose spin on mexican cuisine. The set up reminds me of a school cafeteria. You start at one side and make your way down the line adding things as you go. You start with how you want to eat your meal: burrito, tacos, salad, or just throw it in a bowl. Then you choose your rice (white or brown), beans (black or pinto), and your meat (chicken, carnitas, barbacoa, steak, or sofritas). Then choose from 4 salsas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. If you have any questions or would like to try it before just ask! I see new people asking questions all the time and they are always great and patient. While the guacamole costs extra it is excellent and if you are a fan of avocados at least treat yourself to it once. I promise you'll love it!

Food is always on point...tonight was no different. My review has to do with the employees, which there were about 8-10 younger people working. Many were chatting amongst themselves, drinking a Gatorade and hanging out not truly paying attention to the customers...with the exception of one young man who caught my eye when I walked in. He was busy bussing tables and cleaning the wall behind the trash can while greeting people as the walked in. I watched him work non stop. When I noticed the coke zero was out I asked if he wouldn't mind helping. He immediately went to the back and asked one of the others to change it out and continued to monitor it until I was able to get my drink. He went back to cleaning tables. It's not every day where you see a bunch of kids messing around and one sole worker still busting their butt not succumbing to the pressures of lazy coworkers. Kudos to "Cameron" for working hard to keep your customers happy and establishment clean!

So you first walk through the door and your greeted with chaos. There's a long line of people and various seating arrangements which I like because you can either sit at a high counter alone, sit at a table with your family or sit outside on the patio. The menu is fairly easy to understand and since you are more than likely going to be in a line you'll have enough time to browse. You can have a bowl, a humongous burrito or a salad. You choose your vessel then you make your choice of white or brown cilantro lime rice, black or pinto beans, meat or tofu, and condiments which vary from cheese to guacamole, then comes the spice (or not) to round up your order you have chips and salsa or guacamole and your drink. Chipotle offers a nice selection of kids meals which includes fruit actual fruit not a sugary cup of some type of mystery fruit. (my granddaughter actually got a whole fresh orange). Downside of the kids menu the juice drinks come in a box and I prefer to be able to see what she's drinking. If you're looking for a nice quiet place for lunch this isn't it but if you don't mind a little chaos then come and get a great meal (or get it to go) chipotle is a nice change from the usual '"burrito" place and surprisingly quick. I'll be back.

Really in the land of proper green and red chile smothered burrritos, i cant find much nice to say about it. if i was travelang afar and had no options, id consider it, its not bad, just not good enough to warrant the hype or the lines.

Barf. I don't know what I was served... They called it "steak" but I think it might have been a chopped up old shoe sole. I gave it one more chance, and the chicken was at least chicken. All two tiny pieces of it that sat atop the pound of rice and beans they piled into my burrito. Charge extra for guac and for chips and salsa?!?! My rice burrito with a sliver of chicken was already over priced... Never going back to this disgusting scam of a restaurant.

It's a hit and miss at this location depends on who's working the line. Some days they are stingy and some days they are generous with the amount of food they put in your burrito. I ordered online a quesarito (burrito+quesadilla) and it came out to be $11 but literally half the size of a regular $7 burrito. Next time (if I come back) I'd order a burrito bowl and a quesadilla and make my own quesarito so I don't get short change by these workers.

Food was ok but this was one on the messiest places I have ever eaten at. Even after telling an employee that all of your empty tables are dirty and he said he would take care of it. He wiped down a few tables and there were still dirty tables and one huge mess at a back table. The floor was also full of food bits. Never again.

  • Cathie C.

Food is good if they could only fill the bowl like when they were new ! It gets old asking for more on each portion of food always on them to receive a full meal. They must be watching their food costs by stealing from the pockets of their patrons... I gave up and go elsewhere now

  • Nicole N.

Chipotle is a great place to grab a quick lunch... I am glad we have a few locations in Albuquerque now. It is a healthier option to fast food and tastes better too. There is something about this place that I can't seem to get enough of... It's not the New Mexican flavors that I have grown to love in this beautiful state, but it's almost as good. Still wish they would serve red and green chile there! That would be the cherry on top! Don't be so worried about the price, as you actually get what you pay for... Fresh ingredients are really what make it what it is.They are one of the few companies that uses the local food initiative where they bring in ingredients from local farms. Their meat ingredients are all naturally raised. If you have never been, I recommend trying it at least once. That way you can form your own opinion!

Good food. Not the most authentic food ever. It has two kid's meal choices. (If you have children.) Atmosphere is ok, meal is good but their food is sometimes too filling. (Definitely if you get the burrito.) If you want huge burritos and decent or plain Americanized-Mexican food, this, is the place for you.

    (4)
  • Rand R.

Good, healthier for you fast food. Burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads, personalized the way you want them. Don't forget the chips and guacamole!--addictive! This place is busy, so there could be a little wait in line, but it all moves along pretty quickly and is worth it.

    (4)
  • Jayde I.

Ate here the other night and it was fantastic! Had a burrito with chicken and steak and the only thing I would say is that the steak was slightly chewy and it wasn't the best chipotle I've eaten, but was still delicious and the staff were really nice and helpful :)

  • Vincent H.

I am not sure if I would call this a Mexican restaurant. You are in New Mexico, try the real Mexican food, or at least New Mexican food. Not this Mexican-wanna-be food. I have had way way better tacos, burritos and other dishes. I thoroughly enjoy the authentic Mexican food that we have here in New Mexico, just not quite sure about this place. Probably won't come back again. It was a craptacular experience.

  • Justin E.

This location has really gone down hill. The wait times are long, they staff seems overwhelmed and lackluster. Food is ok but there is much better local food near buy. If you are visiting Abq you are better off finding native food. You can have Chipotle anywhere.

  • Sam L.

I've never seen Chipotle employees move so slow! No sense of urgency with a line around the store.

  • Ashley W.

First time here today. I have heard mixed reviews about Chipolte.. Either people love it or hate it. I thought it was pretty darn good :) I ordered the Barbacoat burrito bowl with all the fixins! All the ingredients tasted really fresh, and I was pleased with the portion size (HUGE). There was a line when we got there, but it was right at lunch time, so that was expected and it went pretty fast. The service was fast and friendly, although it does get really loud in there and at one point, I felt like I was YELLING out my toppings to the server. I like that you can see who is making your food..always makes a place seem cleaner and more honest. I thought the price was a little high ($9.00 for a burrito bowl), BUT, you really do get a generous portion size, so it really could be two meals. Can't wait to try again.. next time I want to try the tacos.

We did an online order and we were able to pick it up 15 minutes later. We had a lot of picky eaters and the order was ready, waiting for us, and filled out correctly Great food as always

In full disclosure, I am a Chipotle Addict. Love the food here and at most of the locations. They are really consistent. I usually get a bowl with double steak or double chicken, sometime I get rice. I've never tried the beans so I couldn't comment on them but I definitely love all of the add ons (salsa, Guac, cheese...etc) The only issue I had this time was the line went too slow and most of the employees seemed like they were new, and were not as well trained. Not the best Idea for the lunch crowd.

  • Shawn M.

I was very impressed with the service and killer food I had. One of the best Chipotles I've been to. After telling a buser how great the food was he gave my wife an I a free meal and free chips for next time. Freaking sweet.

  • Robert S.

Sorry folks. This is the Starbucks of Mexican food, if you can even call it that. The food is OK, the service is great. Good, friendly people. But I have to say overall I wasn't impressed. I got the steak burrito bowl. Kinda bland. The medium sauce overpowered any other flavors in the dish. This location is a glass concrete box that echoed every sound, so the screaming kids were heard everywhere. But not enough to drown to out the loud music. So imagine trying to have a conversation in this place. The table arrangements were more geared toward a solo experience than with someone else. So, hate me if you like, I wasn't impressed. This would be my fourth choice of places to revisit. If that. Bumble Bee's on Central does a better California burrito.

  • Jeff S.

Ok finally a good burrito in New Mexico! I loved it! We ordered on-line of course and I was a few minutes early of the scheduled pick up time so i waited only 10 minutes! They ran out of chips due to the huge crowd of peeps waiting in line, so they gave me 2 buy one get one free cards! The carnitas were great on corn tortillas! Hot sauce good as well. So order on-line, and enjoy!

  • Sean F.

It's a chain, yes, but it offers delicious and reliable food time and time again. There are lots of more unique alternatives- but it's hard to beat chipotle for quick and solid tex-mex when that's what you craving.

    (4)
  • Tim C.

Well it was most assuradly the largest burrito I have ever sat down to eat. It was pretty good as well lots of good toppings to choose from. Think it would be better to bring someone along to eat the other half o f that thing!

During a slow time (3:00 PM) I ordered the advertised Burrito Bowl by a disinterested, non-smiling, indiscernibly fast talking server who scooped up black beans, pinto beans, miserly half spoon of the meat (barbacoa), "hot" sauce, shredded cheese, lettuce, flowing sour cream -- all while shouting at me what ingredient I wanted next. All this was served barely warm and looked more like pig slop. The "slop" turned out to be bland, tasteless and tiny amount of meat was buried somewhere in the runny concoction. I cannot fathom how this spartan, noisy and filthy restaurant has remained in business on Albuquerque's busy Louisiana/Menaul intersection. Troublesome were dirty tables, messy floor and food preparation area, a food preparer dislodging a wedgie from between his buttocks, and another preparer coughing into the ground meat. Don't waste your time or money for this garbage! I threw out my Burrito Bowl after one reluctant taste, especially with the vision of the wedgie dislodging still vividly in mind. Albuquerque has numerous Mexican fast-food restaurants a hundred times better than this abomination. Shame on Chipotle! I hope CEO Steve Ells at HQ reads this.

I love their burrito bowls. The barbecoa is really good. I love to load it up with all of their veggie options. Pros: You can get 2-3 meals out of most of their options, fast and friendly staff Cons: Owned by McDonalds, high in sodium Overall, I'm glad we got one here. I eat there about once a month.

  • Jane V.

I'm a fan! The food is good and very filling. I love that they appreciate teachers and gave teachers a buy one get one coupon during Teacher Appreciation Week. When I paid with my coupon the staff sincerely thanked me for what I do. It was really nice to hear thank you and get a deal on some delicious food!

  • Jamie R.

Chipotle as a whole is great, and of the three Albuquerque locations, this one is probably the most consistent for quality and cleanliness of the restaurant. Love that they have Coke Zero! Parking can be a problem at the lunch rush but the line that's sometimes out the door cycles through at a reasonable pace. One thing we've noticed over the last month in 3 or 4 visits across town is that portions seem to be much smaller than in the last year, and for that Chipotle receives 3 stars rather than 4.

    (3)
  • Daniel G.

I love this place! The employees are always friendly. The food is great but finding a seat at lunch can be a bit of a challenge. Be sure to try the Guacamole! Its sooo good!

    (5)
  • Rod S.

This is not Mexican food. It sure as heck ain't New Mexican food. It is a cross between San Fransico style and Colorado style wanna-be Mexican food. And the kicker... you cannot get an actual chipotle pepper on anything at Chipotle.

    (1)
  • Matt H.

I just had my first "Chipolte Experience" and let me tell you, it freaking sucked. Sucked major ass. Craptastic comes to mind. I honestly can not believe that anyone would fork over their hard earned dollars for this sodium infused pseudo "Mexican food." If Chiles and Starbucks hooked up after a long night of tequila shooters and had a bastard child... his name would be Chipotle. After consuming one taco and approx 3 Tablespoons of their salsa, I had to drink 3 32 ounce glasses of water in order to quench my thirst. Apparently, salt is classified as a topping that is added to your taco. C'mon people... this is ABQ. There are probably 10 Burrito Joints within a ten minute drive that are a 100 times better. One and done. Moving on.

  • Jennifer L.

Once you get past the half an hour line, I love that I can get a somewhat fresh and healthy fast food meal for lunch. I usually get the burrito bowl with brown rice. I get the vegetarian with fajita veggies and guac is free if you get the vegetarian one. I think the guac is overpriced if you get it as an add-on to the meat options. I like getting multiple salsas too like the fresh tomato and the corn so I get my fill of a lot of veggies!! I like that you can see the people in the back madly shucking fresh avocados for the guacamole!

  • Ronnie S.

Hard core chipotle addict! Delicious at this location, seems to be consistent chain wide.

  • Rod F.

I've never been to a Chipotle Mexican Grill before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It kind of reminded me of the Pei Wei restaurant, in the way they add food items to your meal. I had the Chicken Burrito, which was larger than I expected. It was delicious and quite filling. I thought the bottled water was a little expensive. I would give this a higher rating, but they messed up my ticket. I ordered, and was given, the chicken burrito, but they charged me for the steak burrito.

  • Cricket D.

Do not stop here a half an hour before closing. We arrived and ordered two burrito bowls, two fajita burritos and a quesadilla to go. They had already started putting things away. They didn't put the meat on one of the bowls, and the one that had meat was cold, freezing cold, they had nothing left and we didn't get our quesadilla. By the time we had gotten back to our hotel room they had closed and didn't answer the phone. It would have been nice to order what they did have left hot but they never told us. Service was lousy and rude. We just wanted something quick, BIG mistake. GO somewhere else!

  • Jenn W.

I will start off by saying that I LOVE chipotle! We have gone to so many chipotles all over the country; this one is awful. It's dirty and looks run down even though its new. The workers are slow, unfriendly and get annoyed when you ask questions. The portions are smaller than other chipotles, yet same price. Don't even bother ordering ahead. Went to place an order online at 8 pm and it said it would be ready at 10 pm. I went in person and they were not busy. Two people ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to get through the line. Placed an order online one time before and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. Then I was accused of lying about the time I was quoted online for pick up. I was then told to sit and wait even though there was no one in line. What the?! After these negative experiences I will hold out for an out of town chipotle.

Fast Mexican Food that is Fresh every time. Their red hot salsa is the best I've ever had. Try it with the chips!!

I gave this location a five because the food is amazing. The service is kinda slow but I thinks it's because they were training people. Other than that it's AMAZING!!

  • Joey G.

Chipotle actually really surprised me. I had eaten at a couple of them in other states several years back and don't remember being as impressed as I have been my last several visits. This one sits in the former Shoney's parking lot across from the Sheraton at Uptown. Here you'll find the burritos heaping full and sheer tasty! The bowls are equally delicious. I think that the Carne asada is the best of the meats offered for your dish. I have had the tacos and they are just ehh so so. I plan on exploring their very small menu a bit more. The fact that I have my next few visits already planned means Chipotle has turned me into a fan.

So so so so so GOOD!!! The staff at this location are very nice and always greet you. Cant say that about the Paseo location, sorry. Love the food and the portions here at this one.

  • Aaron P.

I have traveled to many Chipotle's and this on was a little unique in its set up where there wasn't a wall to direct you to the order area. The food is great, service is very friendly and the store is very clean.

  • Lucas L.

Attention: If you do not like it... please go somewhere else. You shouldn't be wasting my time by being in line in front of me. Go eat "real new mexican food," and I will go eat my Chipotle. They hype is easing up and I only had a 25 minute wait on my first visit. It was around 1:30pm and the line was just barely out the door. The service was quite fast and friendly and I enjoyed the experience. Same delicious burritos I have had in other cities. Yay CHIPOTLE IS IN ABQ!

  • Shatifa B.

Really people??? A Chipotle in New Mexico? We are Known for our "new Mexican" food covered in cheese, green or red chile, and all the amazingness this entails. That being said, chipotle is garbage. I was proudly raised in Albuquerque. I went to college in Ohio for my first chipotle experience. This "Cali-mex" is the worst type of food I've had to experience. I literally threw my burrito away. Garbage ! So I gave it another try hoping this would be better because it's Albuquerque. Boy was I wrong. Seriously, if you are from out of town you might enjoy it because you don't know better. However , you could get a way better burrito at Blake's lottaburger. Ha! Nice try, chipotle.....nice try.

Love, love, love Chipotle! The cilantro-lime rice is delicious! I usually get a vegetarian burrito (free guac), but all of their meats are really good. I have to say, since we came here the first time since they opened, the staff is getting the hang of making their food to-order. Service has improved, as well as quality control since our first visit. Chipotle is known for their massive burritos and the first time we came here was the 2nd day since opening. The burritos were a little on the skimpy side compared to California locations. We went there a couple of weeks ago and they made our burritos just as big as other locations. All is right at the Chipotle in ABQ! All-in-all, I'm glad that Chipotle is finally here. It's the one thing I've really missed since moving from California. We are HUGE fans of Chipotle, and look forward to eating here often.

  • Brad H.

It's a chain. It's the same, predictable deliciousness over and over again. Which is what makes it so great yet so terrible at the same time.

    (3)
  • Eli M.

My roommates and I went here when they opened and all had the same thought... THIS PLACE SUCKS! The burrito was a packaged tortilla that ha dno flavor but was hard as hell. The fillings were salt loaded to hell and back! I couldn't finish my food because of all the water I had to drink to offset the salt content! The food itself had a very poor flavoring all around. Even the salsa had no flavor, just heat. We all came to the conclusion that we will never eat at the White-boys Mexican version of a subway ever again! I suggest holding onto your money and going to LotaBurger for a much better burrito!

  • M W.

Folks, this is Albuquerque. There are literally dozens of places to grab a better burrito at lunch.

    (2)
  • Philip C.

Limited menu, but what's on it is great. I stick with the burrito, but I hear that everything is good. I appreciate that they have meats that aren't given antibiotics and all that mess. It gets expensive - one burrito, some chips & salsa, and a bottled beer was about $15 and the burrito is only about $7 of that total. All of their meats are really good - I like the carnitas. Their guacamole is quite tasty too. I'd suggest 2PM or so for a late lunch as this place is still really busy. They need a westside location, too.

  • Jackie G.

A little overrated... Pricey but good. I've had better elsewhere.

  • Chase V.

This Chipotle grill is pretty good. I mean, it is still fast food, but they reply to you really fast and the servers are friendly and fast. The food is good and you can see it cookimg in the back and can tell when it is fresh.

  • Kayla D.

Went to Chipotle for the first time ever today and I LOVED it!! It was yuuuummmyyy!! I got a carnitas burrito...blah blah blah! My kids loves their meat quesadilla. However my husband didn't like that the meat in his burrito was cold. I had a bite and it WAS very cold. Like, out of the fridge- cold. But the food tasted great and we got great service. I'd go back again and ask them for warm meat on all my meals...

  • Scott M.

I LOVE Chipotle's chicken burrito with black beans and corn lime salsa, especially when I'm very hungry and in a hurry. This store fits the bill for that. It's your typical Chipotle experience which has been surprisingly consistent every time I visit. I've been to at least 25 different Chipotle restaurants in many different states and the food always tastes good and the experience with the restaurant staffs is always pleasant. This is a good thing. One nice addition to my recent experience with this Chipotle location is the ability to pre-order your food via the Chipotle Ordering App -- a great way to save time during the lunchtime rush. But hey, since we're living in New Mexico, you have to consider other alternatives to get your mexican food fix. Come here if your super hungry and need it fast. If you'd like to do something other than inhale your food, check out a more authentic mexican restaurant -- there are plenty to choose from in ABQ, just YELP it.

    (3)
  • Andy B.

I emailed Chipotle about 6 years ago asking them to open a location in ABQ and so I was very happy last December when they finally opened their first location in the 505. I would recommend the barbacoa (shredded beef/steak) in either the burrito, the tacos or the salad bowl; along with the hot salsa, black beans and white rice (the brown rice is too strong a nutty flavor). Their guacamole is very mild - really it just tastes like pureed avocados, maybe you would like that, but I want some bite of jalapeno in my guac. You will likely be very full when leaving Chipotle.

    (4)
  • Eloisa R.

I love this place. I think it's a healthier option for fast food.....grilled meat, beans, rice. Guacamole and chips aren't bad. FYI - for those looking for "new mexican" or "mexican" food this is not that kind of place. No smothered green chile burritos or enchiladas here. But give it a try if you're looking for a quick lunch or dinner and don't want to feel like you ate a pound of cheese or grease.

giving two stars only because I like the food, we have ordered at this location 3 times and each time they have messed up our online order. this last time we ordered a salad with the dressing and some worker takes out our dressing to hand to another customer, while we are standing there. and when we realize we don't have a dressing we go back in and they tell us they do not have anymore dressing. and previously it's just been bad service. service is awful, food is good. but not worth it. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque.
