Arrived with my little (BBBS) for wings and fries. Normally I would not have picked BWW for an 8 year old but I let her choose. As usual the wings were delicious. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy the Asian Zing. The restaurant was very busy because of a Bulls game. Initially the hostess offered us a seat at the bar. Since i was with a young child I requested one of the open tables on the dining room. For as busy as they were the server and kitchen did a great job keeping the patrons content. My order wasn't entirely accurate but it was delicious anyway. Good job BWW.

Some of the BWW locales are good nationally. But not in this town. Stick with all the other great options. The wings I had here were dry and I couldn't finish them.

I have been to this location a few times. The time before last the service was horrible and he waitress messed up two orders in our party. Her fix was to have one member of the group reach over and pick wings out of another guys basket since she switched the sauces. To fix the other order she went to the back to get another 6 wings. After a bit went by she returned with the wrong wings (again). At this point we just accepted the error and ate the wings we didn't order because we were on a lunch break and had to be back. A few days after my visit I checked my credit card statement and noticed that BBW had charged more than I had signed my credit card receipt for. I promptly called the store and the manager was helpful. He stated that it looked like the server swapped my ticket with another member of my party and it looked like it was an honest mistake with no malice. He offered to refund the difference or offer me a free medium basket for the trouble. I decided to take the basket and give them another chance. The return visit was much better, the service was improved (different server) but the food was still sub par. For some reason BBW seems to serve their wings like warm these days. They then cake on sauce (which most would not see as a bad thing) but the cold sauce and the like warm wings equates to cold wings and a bad experience. This issue is not isolated to this location but seems to be symptomatic of the chain. I have been a long time BBW customer but I feel that the food quality has dropped. Hooters has been consistent in their quality. While BBW has allowed their wings to become cold and can't seem to find the right amount of sauce to apply Hooters seems to be turning out a quality product. The fat content seems to have gone up at BBW as has the "crispness" which is symptomatic of wings that have been living under a heat lamp for a long time. I think I just convinced myself to leave BBW for Hooters. I'd like some quality in my wings and BBW seems to have forgot that winning recipe that made them famous. Thanks to the manager for attempting to make this right.

Used to be very disappointed with the quality of B Dubbs. However, this experience and one prior have led me to believe that they're starting to change for the better. Had the Mediterranean chicken salad and the Parmesan garlic boneless wings. Wasn't disappointed with portion or quality home either. Service was good too.

I mean, meh, its BWW. It's there when you need a beer or don't get the NFL team you root for because the league is greedy and wants $250 for a DirectTV NFL Sunday Ticket contract...I digress... The point is, it's the same BWW you've been to before with maybe a younger working and college crowd. Never have had a problem with a waitress or wait times.

Comparing this location to other BWW's. This location has been pretty on point and haven't had any issue's thus far. By the way, if you're wondering 'Does their margarita sauce taste good on a chicken burger?' Why yes! It does taste good!

Not overly impressed with this location but I don't have any real complaints. On multiple occasions our service was fast and and servers friendly and attentive. The wings were good as always; our beer was never empty and the server came back frequently to make sure we were taken care of. We sat in the bar area during a big Monday night game, and even though it was packed, we were still taken care of well by the staff and we didn't wait long for our food. We'll definitely be back.

I was so hoping for this to be a good BWW as we only live up the road but it turns out this is the worst buffalo wild wings we have EVER been to..... First off the service is awful, on so many levels. We asked our waitresses the price of the cocktails she said it was in the menu, erm no it's not that's why we're asking you, she then shrugged and said I dont know walked off to never return with the answer. Drinks refills were non existent we had to chase down a server to ask for more water and to be honest our waitress acted like she couldn't care less about us or our food. The food was mediocre at best..... The fried pickles came out looking and tasting like they were days old and wasn't even warm. For the main meals everything came out barely warm/border line cold, the kids burgers looked like they had been microwaved, my wrap wasn't even what I ordered and my husbands wings would of actually been really nice had they of been the right temperature. I am actually feeling extremely nauseous and seriously regretting our dinner choice. We definitely won't be returning here

Had lunch here 2 days in a row because the food and service was so good. We were given the choice between sitting in the bar and sitting in the dining room. We opted for a table in the dining room. Our waiter was extremely patient with us, especially the first day when our kids were demanding our attention. We special ordered grilled chicken salads w/o cheese and w/o croutons. Then we asked for double chicken breasts on the salad with the hot sauce. Nico was our waiter both times. He rocks!

I've been wanting to try the wings here for a while, this evening on a whim we dropped in for some takeout. We selected the Hot and Buffalo for our sauces, I was surprised to learn the Buffalo flavor was a rub instead of a sauce like the Hot. While the Hot are what you'd expect the Buffalo are really great, I've never had wings with a rub instead. I really like how these wings don't have super thick skin. They were cooked just right and left me wanting a few more I imagine I'll have to drop in again and try some of the other flavors. They also sell the flavors so you can season your own wings or whatever.

If I could give this place no stars, I absolutely would. First of all, the food is really not that great. Half the time when I go, the wings have so little sauce that I need to ask for more sauce, which they charge for. It takes forever to get your food and even when it comes, some of the boneless wings are so small that they could hardly even count as a bite. Today, I had an especially bad experience. I was given some superbly bad service by the store's manager Omar. When I asked to have the district manager's number, he reached in his pocket to give me a card and then told me he wouldn't be giving me anything. We argued about a supposed "policy" now taking effect sent from corporate. When asked to produce any evidence on the matter, he brought back a piece of paper, that he typed in Word, saying what he said was true. When I asked why an email didn't have any email addresses on it, he ripped it up in front of me. I will definitely be calling corporate and the district manager to report this awful human being. I even called the other locations in the area about this new policy and they told me none existed. I think this tops any bad service I've ever gotten. Absolutely disgusted.

It's BWW... not a gourmet, 5 star dinning. Their sauces a good and the location is near campus, airport hotels and my current job site. Friendly staff, and good overall service. My biggest complaint is they server Pepsi, that stuff is horrible for mixing drinks. Plenty of TVs for all sporting occasions. Decent selection of beers, but not many local brews on tap, sad face.

Went after a lobo victory, too loud in bar, went and got a table, waitress saw us put her back at us, first and last time we will come here, better off at vintage 423

was just there for a small going away gathering for a friend at work there were 3 servers for about 20 people. it took 15 20 min to get a beer 30 40 min for food the rest of the resteraunt was not crowded this is the 3rd time we have been there and every time the service gets worse we will not be back

This place just opened. I don't think they are ready for prime time yet. No Tabasco. Took forever. It was not crowded but took 35 minutes to receive our food. The pulled pork sliders hardly had any meat and the buns were stale. Was charged extra for BBQ sauce on sliders. My friend ordered chicken, but received fish. It took so long for them to bring it out that he ended up just eating it. I blame the management.

I love the location of this place. It's on my way to work and conveniently off the freeway exit. They've been consistently good, in all my experiences. I especially love walking in to greeting smiles. I tend to comment on the ones who aren't smiling in hopes to get one from them. Guys and gals are usually in great spirits! The service is always prompt and friendly. Refills and bringing of napkins and wet naps are always done with a great attitude. The scenery is amazing, what with all the brand new flatscreens! The seating is the best arrangement in town too. With ample space and no bad viewing angles, it's great for gameday. A pair of restrooms next to the entrance, before the hostess podium, are very convenient. There is also a lockable unisex restroom to the right of the bar! I love going for the wings and TVs. Grilled chicken salad with Southwest ranch also great! They used to not charge me for soft drinks, but that's changed, as of late. I tend to leave extra when they leave out the little stuff. Calling in for carry-out can be dicey. They sometimes leave out wings or sipping sauces. So, just make sure they show you the order before walking out. Napkins and wet naps, always a plus. I'll continue to support this place with my weekly trips on the way to work, where I also make orders for my coworkers. Yum! Fav sauces: Medium, Jammin' Jalapeño, Asian Zing, and Mango Habanero

Pretty happy that I have one more good food Joint close to the airport area. You can only eat so much twisters and subway.. Take out for a 10 bone in with with a side didn't hurt price wise and the wings and staff were great.. Don't go around 12:00 at lunch this place blows up with Kirtland AFB people..I came around 1120 and was in and out fast.

Not only did we have a super tasty meal at an affordable price, but we also had awesome service here. I was debating on two sauces I had never tried before and our waitress brought out labeled samples of each with fries for tasting! It's the little things that make a difference. Plus, the new location is especially convenient. One last tip: order the wings extra crispy. Turns out extra crispy = extra delicious!

Football Sunday at 1 o'clock and you are already out of your two most popular flavors. Waitress was apologetic, but this is just poor inventory management. Inexcusable.

I was pretty excited to see that they opened up another resturant on this part of town especially since its close to my work. I came here on a Friday during lunch time and the place was packed. I sat at the bar and right away noticed this location has a better draft selection that the other 2 locations in town. The service was a bit slow and our waiter appologized several times as he said they are still "working out the kinks" but overall I was happy. Food was good, TV setup was great, and beer was cold. What else can you ask for?

Went there for a playoff football game and had a great time. They have a fairly wide selection of beers on tap, although not much from local breweries. The wings are great -- not too greasy, not overcooked, plenty of meat on each wing. We tried the "hot" level wings, thinking they would have just enough heat, but they turned out to be too hot. We could only eat one or two, then take a break to recover and tackle a couple more. The "medium" heat wings were more our speed. The french fries were also perfect -- not to thick or thin, cooked just right. Will definitely be back for another game in the future. Even though it was crowded for the game, service was quick. It's bright and the atmosphere inside is great for watching a game.

I read some of the negative reviews but unfortunately thought I would give it a chance. I sat at the bar but had to wait a long time before I got any service. I ordered chips and salsa and they came in a big clump (stuck together) and were stale. The bar tender never asked how things were and when I finished my beer I had to work to get his attention to order another beer. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

Idk if it was because i camped out over night to get free wings or not. but this place is strange. the walk way from the entrance to the tables is tiny. barely fit 2 people shoulder to shoulder but also the service was mediocre. our waiter got all 4 of our orders wrong and also took 45 min to tell us that the coffee machine is broken(on opening night?), which granted we understand that this is a sports bar not a cafe so we ordered other drink. The wings were not that bad, how ever i have had much better wings from other local places around town. not worth the price. our biggest issue was the service. maybe it was because our waitress was stoned but no excuse for opening day.

Tuesday is 60 cent wings day, again!!! I go to BWW for wings, nothing else. They've always come out of the kitchen piping hot. Like you had to wait until they've cooled off enough to be handled! No complaints here about that. Ok, have had fries and fried pickles but WINGS are where it's at!! It's a sports bar with a juke box and LOTS of TVs. I don't mind that it's noisy. Easy place to go by yourself and sit at the bar. I love their Blazin' sauce. They have some limited time only sauces so I tried the Ghost Pepper sauce. Loved that too! Good heat. Added some Tabasco for a bit of vinegar. I hope they plan on adding that sauce to the regular menu. If Tabasco is hot for you, I'd avoid the Blazin' and Ghost Pepper. For me, those sauces are lip-burnin' good without the mouth torture. Others I know think I'm totally insane. Lol! More for me!!!

I frequent BWW on a regular basis and I've been to many in different states. I am new to the area and wanted to go watch the football game but was skeptical of going to this particular BWW due to its negative reviews. I decided to give it a shot and have not been disappointed since. My family and I have been there a few times in the past month to watch the games. Despite how busy it gets, we get really good service and the food tastes just like it does at every other BWW I've been to.

Average wings . Rude employees . They Charge .60 for ranch or bleu cheese and neglect to tell you that when they casually ask if you want it. Last 2 times I got a pick up order on cheap boneless Thursdays the wings did not have enough sauce, which makes them akin to glorified tenders ..I ordered honey BBQ,they gave me the chipotle BBQ which is a dry rub.. If I wanted sub par tenders I would have gone to mcdonalds (whose chicken selects are actually tastier). when I went to return the order I was met with apathy & even an hint of disdain. It was a simple mix up that could have easily been fixed, but they had to get the manager involved and create this whole scene. It was as if they didn't believe me when I said I ordered honey BBQ.. This is not the appropriate way to handle a situation like this. Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows you never make the customer feel like they are in the wrong. I get that's it's a chain , but come on... That's no excuse.I have been to plenty of other chains with goodservice. Completely and utterly unacceptable. Shame on you buffalo wings !

I know they just opened up and they are working out the issues, but this was the worst disorganized restaurant I have ever been to. It was a midnight on a Saturday, the place wasn't busy at all. But like good customers we waited to be seated. Every waiter and waitress glanced at us like they didn't want to wait on us, until a waitress from the back walked up and sat us down. We sat in the bar area and this is where it gets disorganized the other employees where looking at us like "where did these people come from?". We got asked several times who was waiting on us for like 10 minutes or who is your waiter. We asked for an appetizer and drinks. I ordered fried pickles and sweet tea just to have the waitress come back and tell me they ran out of fried pickles and they just dumped the sweet tea out. Just to make a long story short. Didn't like the service and didn't like the food. Not returning here ever! I love my fried pickles and sweet tea :)
