The food is always good. Hot and ready. Better than a fast food place. Good environment and the staff is friendly. I wish they hadn't closed so many in Cali. Good place to have them prepare a holiday meal for the family (saves you all the cooking).

So my kids wanted to eat here. Haven't been to one of these joints in years. Now I remember why. Nothing to write home about but more importantly, I found two little black hairs on my plate under the chicken carcass. They kinda looked like nose hairs. I convinced myself they were my own, but then again, there were three men working there with black hair and goatees. Grody.

The only reason I gave this place two stars is because the food is good. The service and the people however, are awful. My family and I order from this location quite a bit and every single time we order from here, they are always out of something. They do not even bother to offer to replace it. You have to ask for something else if you want it. We always order online simply because we have a large family and we understand that it takes time to complete an order as large as we put in. Regardless, the order is never ready when they say it will be and they do not offer a courtesy call saying that they ran out of something. I would much rather drive a little further to receive the proper service. We will no longer use this location again.

We gave this place a chance by ordering a family meal for 3 with rotisserie chicken and boy, was that chicken overcooked, a few more minuntes in the oven and it would have charred! Parts of the chicken had gotten so dry that it resembled jerky, which we ended up just feeding to the dogs. It is a pity, because the side dishes, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, and spinach, plus cornbread, were all pretty tasty, but the star of the meal fell flat. We won't be likely to return until they put in some quality control measures.

The place was so-so. Not much of a theme. The did have advertisements for ribs.......but they were out. Had to wait over 10 minutes for them. The food was hot and we were served quickly. The meatloaf was a little dry but the mashed potatoes and corn, not to bad. The restaurant was not very clean. Overall, we would probably go back, there are just better choices!
