We had the Chicken and Corn Soup, the Double Pan Fried Noodles and Vegetable Fried Rice. The food was very good, but it could have been hotter. However, when we asked for noodles to go with the soup we were told the owner forgot to buy them and what Chinese restaurant doesn't bring fortune cookies with the check?

A very authentic Shanghai-styled restaurant near me. A great change from the other restaraunts in this region as the it is less greesy and milder. The service is above the bar. The portion served is plenty for me to eat. A very good deal!

Although the owner was very nice and friendly, the food here is not particularly good. The dumplings and all the dishes (including a fish and a pork dish) came out lukewarm instead of steaming hot -- an indication that the food was precooked and just warmed before serving. Chinese food MUST be served hot for the best taste, so the dishes weren't very tasty. Additionally, the dumplings themselves, while of much higher quality than most places, weren't anything special. (My mom makes better tasting ones at home.)

just had a dinner with some friends for thanksgiving gathering. the environment is mediocre, but the food is awesome. very authentic Shanghai flavor dishes although the menu does not provide a long list of options but good enough for a group to outing. all of my friends like it and I got the credit since I recommended to them.

The service was really friendly. The food was delicious. I had general chus which was DELISH! And even though we ordered the $10 special, we had enough food left over for lunch the next day. if you are in the Woodbridge area, check this place out.

I've been meaning to review this place but alas my procratinating ways have caused me to lose the "First to Review" honor :(. Anywho, I've had the beef noodle soup from this place. I must say the flavor of the soup was very authentic and good. I'm not a big fan of udon noodles however and would have liked if they offered another option in terms of the noodle used. Other than that, the portion was generous and the beef super tender. While I understand that this restaurant is trying to be a little bit more high end chinese food vs. corner store chinese restaurant, I do wish they had a bigger selection and a bigger lunch menu. The dinner dishes are too much to pay for lunch.
