As I waited for my Bagel I witnessed the Bagel maker drop a few bagels from the wire bin he was loading. As he picked up the bagels from the floor he proceeded to place them back in the bin. He clearly knew that I watched everything and with no shame continued to demonstrate a disregard for sanitary practices. If someone behaves this way in the open you can only imagine how they behave when customers are not looking.
