Fast delivery and the food is better than all of the other Chinese restaurants In the area. I older it from eat 24 and this restaurant offers 2 dollars off coupon on the weekends. Only reason I m giving 1 less of a 5 is because multiple times I wrote special instructions like sauce on the side or add chopsticks etc etc, they seem to forget to read it. Not a deal breaker but wish they were more careful.

If I could give one less star I would. I ordered shrimp lo mein and boneless spare ribs. While I loved the convenience of online ordering, I did not love the overuse of celery in the lo mein and the large pieces of fatty meat in the spare ribs.

Just outrageously bad for nothing other than taste. Delivery prompt, delivery guy very polite, gentleman taking my order professional and proficient. Entrees tasted like the low grade vegetable oil they were floating in and nothing else. Even used excessive amount of Sriacha to no avail.

I thought the Wonton soup was great and also enjoyed the lomain. My friends said the crab Rangoon were very good, but they hated the General Tso's chicken because the sauce was a weird consistency. Overall a good experience.

I've been going here the past 5yrs. I actually live next to a Chinese restaurant, but Golden Star seems to be better. I've made order from $10-$60 from them. There food is pretty good but there costumer service was unbelievably rude. I order a Veg Dish with white rice and spring rolls. I told him multiple times please make sure everything is veg. I make a order at 1:06pm i get my food at 2:10pm. I notice the food/bag was luke warm. After opening the bag the egg rolls were so cold literally was spongy/rubbery. The food was barely warm and i was given PORK fried rice. I called, man who took the order picked up. I told him the issue his response. "oh so what do you wanna do about it?" that response was strange specially to someone who's been support of there restaurant. I reply, " im vegetarian i don't eat meat." He says back to me "uh well you wanna just eat it?" that pissed me off. I told him nicely i don't eat meat and he says just eat it? Doesn't even offer to send me the proper order. Than i get upset and ask for a refund he said no refund but i can send you food tomorrow. Tomorrow?.. once i had a chance i drove myself to the restaurant to literally give the food back and tell him to keep the money. There was young baby there, so i just left the food on the counter and walked away. I didn't wanna be as rude as them... I also notice they had a buddha statue/temple at there restaurant, you would expect someone from those roots to understand when someone say there vegetarian because of religious beliefs. Guess not, well he got his money, i don't care about the tip i gave the delivery boy, upset at the restaurant owner. Now is cash drawer has $10 of bad luck "cheated" money.... Golden Star, Never Again......

my go-to chinese take out. their food is easily the most delicious in the area. whether it's pick up or delivery, they are very prompt, and the food is competitively priced. even when a picky eater like me, rattles off very specific unusual instructions for the food, they always get it right. on the first day of hurricane sandy - i went to pick up a ridiculous amount of food to last me a few days. when i got home, and realized 1 dish was missing, i called to tell them about it, and they sent someone to deliver the missed dish to me ... during a hurricane... they. are. awesome.
