Best takeout in this area. My parents were in the Chinese takeout business for over 30 years so I have some experience with the types of establishments. I've been coming here for over 10 years. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Nothing is ever too salty or greasy. I love their brown sauce for their beef broccoli. Their hot and sour soup and also very good which is hard to find. If you like fried chicken, they fry theirs fresh to order which is really nice. Most places pre-fry and then refry after you order which makes it greasy. They deliver too. Give them a try. Remember this is a takeout. Not to be confused with an authentic Chinese restaurant so take it for what it is. They are apples and oranges. It's like going into a McDonald's and expecting a filet mignon--not going to happen. If you're looking for good takeout food, this is your place.

Finally, some Manhattan style Chinese food. I was able to order friend plantains, which many of the New Jersey Chinese food take out restaurants do not have. The chicken and broccoli was delicious but the fried plantains were a little under done. The price is right and the delivery on a snowy day was very quick.

First time I went, which was yesterday, I got great quality, Moo-shu Shrimp was cooked great. Veggies were fresh, nothing wrong with it. Shrimps were really tasty. I also got the lunch combination platter, sesame chicken without spice and fried rice. it was all cooked to perfection... Second time, which was today... Everything was wrong. the Moo-shu shrimp had some weird things in it. there was about 10% veggies compared to yesterday's visit. Also the Bonless spareribs, tasted stale, and the sauce was very thick... Yesterday, there was a younger male employee, everything was great... gave free complimentary. Today's visit, all older people. Which was all terrible. same price of ordering and no complimentary. Too much inconsistency. Definitely not going to be a regular. If it was consistent with my first visit. I'd mark this 5 stars, which was my initial thought, but was changed with today's visit. I threw all the food out. bleh

i've been ordering lunch delivery past few years. I work alone, so i order small meals and just to reach minium, i'll add on to my lunch menu like egg rolls or lo mein. I've been a satisfied customer up until the changes - tasted different time to time and sometimes the vegetables tasted not fresh. tofu or chestnut tasted like it was about to go bad in my mouth, and some menu did not taste the same. I thought they changed the cook or something. I was a little disappointed but i don't like to nag about food and i don't like changing my favorite restaurants. and mistakes can happen, you know. Today, i ordered small lo mein and one lunch menu, as usual. i got two lunch menu - lo mein with white rice and shrimp dish with white rice. it was not even on lunch menu, so why am i getting this?? i thought i should make a call and let them know about it. maybe some people like such combo, but i never eat noodles and rice at the same time. the lady replied, --when she asked me if i wanted two lunch menus, i said yes. what? i don't remember saying that. it was too late to call driver who left already, and the food is already made. i didn't expect for a refund, but a sincere apology and some kind of consideration. like, i am so sorry, is there anything i can do for you?? maybe. it's like putting words in my mouth - this is one thing i cannot live with. this is it. i guess it's time for me to move on and find different chinese take out - delivery place.

It's the best Chinese delivery food around Pal Park, Ridgefield, Cliffside Area. I like their beef fried rice, other friends rave about the fried cheese wontons. Or you can be like my hubby and get General Tso Chicken every single time. Warning: not so healthy. Good if you are too lazy to cook :)

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions.
