I recently attended a wedding reception at The Venice Plaza. The food was abundant and outstanding. The service was friendly and attentive. Venice Plaza is family-owned and operated, and it shows! The rooms are well-maintained and spacious with high ceilings and neutral-colored wood-paneled walls. The crystal chandeliers in the larger Patricia Room are beautiful! I would definitely recommend Venice Plaza for a wedding or other private affair. According to the bride, the price is a great value, considering all that you get in terms of quantity of food, quality of food, and the great service.

Great venue for any functionthey once had good food and great service. Max'd out at 300 people so a big function or large charity event is out of the question. Last night the entree's were ok but the deserts were an absolute joke. I would have been embaraased to serve those desserts at my home let alone a catering hall. The appetizers during the cocktail hour were nothing to write home about. I would keep looking if your considering Venice. But if you are planning for 250 or less definitly consider Venice

I recently hosted a bridal shower with 60 guests at the Venice Plaza and overall the experience was just wonderful. They were very willing to work with our budget and helped us cut a few corners. The morning of the shower, the other maids and I went early to set up the flowered centerpieces and other things and the workers were very helpful, giving us decorating tips and even offering a glass of wine to the nervous mother of the bride all while they were busy placing the linens and settings on the tables. The guests complimented the food. We had parmesan crusted chicken topped with prosciutto, salmon, steamed veggies, potatoes and salad served buffet style. A cake was also included with our package and I was delighted to find out that Venice Plaza worked with DiBartolo Bakery in Collingswood (honestly, it's one of the things that made me choose Venice versus other places). Did you know that most venues charge a $1 slicing fee per slice when serving cake at a wedding or shower..even if you order a cake through them? I know.. a little absurd. Well, Venice Plaza does not charge a slicing fee, and they even offer a scoop of ice cream with the cake! I would most definitely recommend Venice Plaza to anyone. Come and check it out for yourself.

Came here for a team party of about 80 people total for our holiday party... So... here is my breakdown; They didn't start music till half through our party, 80 people and only one food and drink station...really? Food is pretty good, it just isn't ran very well, for example the server lays the salad plate at the empty spots first. All and all it is a nice looking place but even someone who doesn't do catering doesn't make 80 people go through 1 food line.... This is the second year in a row that we have come here (guess it's easy to book) and it was the exact same last year.
