Food is always on point and staff is extremely friendly! Love their tenders! Way better than Buffalo Wild Wings! Totally recommend!

Stopped in on a whim one day as I was in the area waiting on a project to be completed. I ordered the cheese fries and some BBQ wings. I was told it would be ten minutes or so, and it was. The wings were cooked pretty good, but absolutely drowning in BBQ sauce. It made the meal almost more of a struggle with napkins and hand wipes than enjoying the food. The fries were pretty good also and the cheese sauce had some kick to it. I felt like I got a good amount of food for the price and left full and fatter. I would probably head back there if in the area.

The best wings are always fresh wings, and at wing stop you always get fresh wings. With about 11 different flavors to choose from plus the ability to mix-and-match, variety should never be a problem. The french fries are sweet and salty and are always hot - making them very addictive. So be daring and go for the atomic, the wing experts will have them ready for you in about 14 minutes!

Service is pretty good here unless you catch them on a busy night. Price isn't bad either. Combo meals are the way to go. Seems like the wings have gotten smaller over the last few month as well. I hope they go back to the bigger wings as this is why I switched to them I'm the first place.

After a long flight I decided to make a pit stop for some good wings. Wingstop use to be my spot back in college, when I yelped and notice omaha had one I had to go. Our server Marcy was nice and very knowledgeable of the menu. I got the ten piece meal that include ten wings, fries, and a drink. The Hawaiian BBQ and lemon pepper wings were great.

Disappointed. Website claimed they use different friers for bone in and bone out wings for gluten contamination purposes. The waitress looked at me like I was crazy and said they don't carry anything gluten free. Untrue. Needless to say, ordered mild bone in wings with mild sauce- watery plain sauce, salty, slimy chicken, not crispy at all. Bottom line: go to BWW

I admit I was very skeptical of another wing place. I mean, who can top Buffalo Wild Wings? Wing Stop can. And Wing Stop does. It beats in taste & beats in price. I like the Louisiana Dry Rub the most; traditional bone in. The dry rub makes a crisp, buttery & very tasty wing. The fries are made with a sweeter tasting, softer potato (which they slice there - no frozen bags of pre-cut spuds) & they always have the perfect dusting of a salty-sweet mixture on top. Very good seasoning mixtures, very good cookin'. Top it off with sweet tea & I'm a very happy customer. Staff is quick & friendly too :). You gotta wait a bit for the wings but it's worth the 10-15 mins. Trust me. The only thing I suggest is make homemade sweet tea, maybe homemade lemonade too. I'm one to appreciate those little extra efforts.

Wings were tasteless. Like they were frozen for years and than warmed up with sauces. Fries were decent. Buffalo Wild Wings are better.

Wing Stop bailed out of the KC market, and I am glad they are still in Omaha. Wings are what they do, and they are delicious, crispy, rendered, and flavorful. I had the Cajun Hot on boneless wings... awesome flavor. And the Cajun Dry on bone-in wings... buttery and a flavorful, but not particularly spicy. The fries are excellent as well.

If you want a place that charges full price and does not even honor company promotions on the website you have come to the right place. They also won't take coupons not printed. Hope the food is better than the terrible service. Glad I did not book catering here for my next week's meeting. Oh and while waiting for 15 minutes for a to go order they no longer give out water cups. The store motto should be " we hate you customers"!

In Omaha for the week and thought I would give this a try vs going to BWW again. The employees were kind and the restaurant was clean. They did somehow misplace our order but when we asked they were very apologetic and got our order right out with a little extra. The wings were great!

Usually this is one of my favorite stops when I am in town but this time it was terrible! I was told I couldn't have a beer while I waited for my carry out order because they didn't have a license but then I saw one of the employees walk 2 beers out to a waiting car in the parking lot. When I checked my order it was swimming in grease and disgusting. Whoever owns the place needs to coach or replace their employees.

The food here is terrific. The service not so much. I work about 4 blocks from this place and have tried numerous times to call in an order to go. Notoriously you get "can you hold for a moment" and then you wait and wait. Tonight I tried something. I called, got the "can you hold", left the building, got into my car and drove there. Even sat through the traffic light at 120th and Blondo. Well, get this...I pulled up in front of the place and not a customer was at the counter. Neither was anyone else. Needless to say, I did not go in. Great food, IF you can get it. I hope something changes soon.

Wings awesome, hotest flavor actually has flavor while still encouraging the sweat to start beading. The wings were juicy, the sauce was juicy, flavorful, stuck to the wing, and mouth-watering delicious! While I love other wing places, this is by far the best I've had (again, only rating their hottest flavor). My S.O. even makes the long-haul drive to get them. As for the service, since I order the wings to go, I cannot rate their service other than ordering. While it seems you have to repeat yourself a second time, it's worth overlooking for the wings.

Food was average for wings. Ordered a to go order tonight. Was told 15 min. 30 later they smiled and handed it over. Never a sorry or anything that would suggest they cared. We live 8 blocks from here and we got home fries were cold. That can only happen if they were cold to begin with. First and last time we go to this place

Ok I was skeptical at first because this place seemed like a fast food for wings - you order at the front, grab you food, and sit down. I am a WINGS LOVER, hands down my favorite food and order it almost everywhere I go. I can also eat very burn your mouth spicy and find that most places that says their wings are spicy, aren't. So...I ended up ordering habenero and original hot. The habenero were indeed habenero and was quite difficult to eat because my mouth and face were burning up. I liked it but it was quite painful at the same time. The original spicy would have been perfect for me since it had a good amount of heat but I could still enjoy my food. We also had a side of fries that reminded me of homecut fries. I didn't try the other flavors because I'm not a fan of sweet or atypical flavors for my wings. The good thing is that the lady who helped me was very nice to give me a sample of the sauces. They put it in little cup with a toothpick or fork for you to taste. I thought that was neat. Another thing I noticed that this place is spotless, from the seating area to the bathroom. I've never seen a cleaner bathroom (no dust anywhere) and notice one of the workers (owner?) cleaning the top of the lamps and the chairs. Great place to get some wings to go, hence the name Wingstop. Top of my list for wings so far.

A pretty decent wing if I must say so. Service is quick-ish but since all the food is made to order and served hot and saucy I won't complain. As for the sauces. I had the atomic and hickory smoked bbq and they were good. Just good. Nothing that blew my mind. Its a good place for a good wing but If I want great wings I'll stick with Quaker Steak.

I hope that this WingStop location stays open, as it is the only one left in town. I went here for the first time for a solo lunch, and I must say that they have very good wings and a good variety of sauce options. I agree that the wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. For under $9.00, you can get a combo that includes 10 traditional wings (your choice of sauce), a small order of tasty/well-seasoned fries and a medium drink. I opted for the mild sauce and lemon pepper sauce on my wings, and they were both very good. The restaurant is, as was mentioned before, very small, with only a few tables, but carryout is always an option. These were by no means as good as wings from Buffalo, NY, but they were very good nonetheless. Too bad this location is not close to my home, as I would patronize it often.

Love the wings here, they are very flavorful! They have a great family pack special, it's a great value. The store itself doesn't offer much seating - it can get a little crowded in there, and I've never seen it when it's not busy. My favorite wings are hands down, the garlic parmesan. Way better then Quaker Steak & Lube.

Three stars accurately sums this place up, it is indeed A-OK. I tried three different flavors of their boneless wings, as well as their french fries. So, let's start off with what is obviously the most important part of a wing joint. We had the mild, original hot, and garlic parmesan wings. The mild were quite mild, which is good for someone who doesn't want to feel that amazing hot sauce tongue tingle. For myself, the original hot was the perfect blend of spicy, but not so overpowering that you taste nothing but heat. I'd definitely order the original hot again. The garlic parmesan, on the other hand, were nothing short of terrible. Since garlic parmesan was listed amongst the sauce choices, I assumed I'd be getting a wing covered in a creamy, garlic parmesan sauce. I think that's a pretty reasonable assumption. I was dead wrong. The garlic parmesan wing is nothing more than a breaded wing sprinkled with powdered, processed "parmesan" cheese. Thankfully we had ordered an extra cup of mild sauce on the side and they could be somewhat rescued by dunking them. The fries were good, and had a unique flavor to them that was slightly sweet, even though these were russet potatoes. You get a decent amount of fries in the regular size, but about half my basket was nothing but burnt crumbs. We had take-out, but had I been in the restaurant itself, I would have definitely sent these back. My other half's fry basket didn't have those burnt pieces, so consistency may be a bit of an issue here. Also, if you get take out, they put your fries in a paper basket, with no lid. so just be careful you don't tip the bag getting it in your car. Spilled fries can even make a grown man cry! There is one thing that definitely bugs me about this place however. When you order 20 boneless chicken wings, which isn't cheap, you shouldn't have to pay $1.60 plus tax for two cups of ranch dipping sauce. At least one cup of ranch or blue cheese should be included with the wings. This practice leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. The service was friendly and quick. We ordered our take out via the Wing Stop app, and arrived about five minutes before our food was to be ready. It only took a few minutes for them to finish up our order and we were out the door.

This place has really good wings. Like I said in my other review of Stadium Club, I've really gotten tired of B-dub and this place along with Stadium Club offer a new taste. Both SC and WingStop are good places to get wings. You can't really go wrong with any of the flavors. WingStop does offer more flavors vs SC however.

One of the best places for wings in town. Way better than those crappy wings you get from so called "wild wings". These guys make them right when you order and they come to you hot and fresh. The flavors are all great and the price is right too.

Great wings, my favorites are original hot, garlic parmesan, and teriyaki. Nothing like Buffalo Wild Wings sham.
