This Starbucks is clean, quick, and great for studiers and people who plan to use a computer to get some work done. Lots of small tables and bar stools seating for their patrons, with outlets and wifi. It definitely has more of a business/study/get work done vibe, not the greatest starbucks to sit and have a catch up session with friends or family as you might garner some dirty looks from the MacBook using ipad working headphone wearing customers...They also tend to skimp on my whipped cream!

As a tourist in the Old Market district, you'll find plenty of better local coffee than this further off Starbucks. However, if you find yourself at the opposite end of Leahy Mall or visiting the public library and in need of a beverage, this Starbucks will do right by you. I came looking for an Omaha city mug for my brother's collection. Turns out there is no such thing -- through no fault of this location. It's an HQ in Seattle decision (hello, guys, big Warren Buffet convention every year). Got an iced tea instead and people-watched the office workers.

Outstanding service. I have been a regular at this particular store and the service and professionalism has been consistently outstanding every visit. This store caters to the down office crowd working at the surrouning downtown businesses. During the busy periods of the day the longest period of time I had to wait was 5 minutes for a coffee. I drink the same coffee everytime and it has always been consistent, tastes the same everytime I ordered. The internet is freaky fast.

Nice Starbucks with a very friendly staff. There are quite a few seats and power outlets, but the store can still get a little busy from time to time due to its downtown location. The Wi-Fi provider was recently changed from AT&T to Google and is now much better as a result. Overall, a good Starbucks to stop into for either a quick coffee or extended work/study session.

Been here a few times and I have to say, every time I go, the same rude barista is working. I scanned my iphone and she rudely said that I wasn't doing it right and that I could scan it all I wanted but it still wouldn't work. She grabbed my phone from my hand, scanned it and rudely said "there". Needless to say I won't be back "there".

I have been twice now on layovers at the nearby Doubletree. Great service, very friendly staff.

Hey coffee boy, knock it off with the imaptient attitude, I am sure you hate your job and god forbid working with the "public." But give me 2 seconds to make by decision before asking me twice with the attitude "do you want to order now?"

Everything a downtown coffee chain should be - fast, super friendly staff, great hours (even on the weekend).

This is by FAR my favorite Starbucks and let me tell you why. It is close to my house for starters but beyond that it's downtown so it's convenient to get to on the bus system or if you're visiting the library. While they don't have super expanded hours like other locations they're just fine. The free wi-fi is faster than all the other locations. I've tried the free internet at 6 different Starbucks and honestly this one wins. The staff are kind! This is the biggest one for me!!! My prior location was calls on the daily to 1800-Starbucks because they wouldn't make my drinks properly, refused to remake them, refused to give me my money back, charged me random amounts or extras for my drinks. This location does NONE of that crap and I love it. I know my drink isn't going up 60¢ because one person is ringing it up a special way that costs more. The drinks are made properly: another huge one. If I order, for example (this did happen at another location) a salted caramel mocha frappuccino decaf heavy on the whip cream that is what I expect. They give me that, at other locations I've gotten a drink poured over ice cubes made with regular coffee, no sugar added. I've got horror stories people! Another example of kindness: Today (12-14-14) I go in to order myself a drink, a grande pumpkin spice latte decaf. My husband forgets to speak up he wants something and he's been put on a dairy free diet for a few weeks because of medication. I go back to order something else and as I'm talking to the lady I told her why I was ordering another drink (she thought they had messed up) and when she found out why she basically demanded I let her remake the drink, with the soy upgrade (suppose to cost money), to make my husband feel better. She was the sweetest barista ever. I also got a salted caramel mocha frappuccino like I mentioned and it was made perfectly by the guy doing drinks. All in all, yes I love this place and I'm so thankful I don't have to go to the "other" Starbucks.... ugh

I am here in Omaha accompanying my spouse on a business trip. I searched for a Starbucks to hang out in, and voila! This sb's is clean, efficient, and the baristas were busy, yet friendly. I am a gold card-carrying starbucker, so I asked for a porcelain mug full of coffee, and they acquiesced, then I was able to get free refills while in the store. As always, Starbucks doesn't disappoint.

Very consistent Starbucks, even when there is a line of people and a talkative barista. I wasn't in a hurry, so I just relaxed as did the patrons behind me. Located on the first level of the FirstComp building in downtown Omaha, this Starbucks is located in an central downtown area that makes it very convenient to meet people, network, relax, or just get good coffee products. One thing that I saw in this store that I rarely see elsewhere is that if you want to use the bathroom, you have to get a four-digit code from the barista to unlock the bathroom. This location is pretty serious in accommodating Starbucks-only customers, as they should. So if you have to randomly do a number 1 or 2, you'll have to keep it moving unless you buy a Starbucks product. Just a tip Otherwise, a pretty cool place to stop in on any day.

Quiet, hidden and TASTY coffee all at the same time...Located inside of the bank it was great to be able to sit with my little guy, enjoy a coffee and just be silent...THANK YOU

I always enjoy Starbucks because I like knowing I can order the same drink in every city and expect the same quality and flavour. This Starbucks, though, had the friendliest and most attentive service I've ever seen, despite the place being packed after a morning marathon/race. There was a line about ten people deep, but they were fast, friendly, and patient. The barista was particularly peppy and I admired her work and personality. If you're trying to pick from one amongst a hundred different Starbucks, this definitely seems like a good one to check out.
