Starbucks is great! Especially their frappuccinos. No complaints about the taste of their coffee. This Starbucks in particular was weird because I went with my friend Maggie and both she and I couldn't seem to find a trash can. We sat outside, and the nearest trashcan was by Noodles & Company. Starbucks in general has a "secret" menu. I wish that they would display more of their drink items on the menu that they are able to make. For example, I got a coffee mocha cookie Frappuccino. That's how I had to order it because I have no idea what the correct name is, but they always make to for me perfectly.

They are always super friendly, make my drink as quick as they can, and they work really well with reloading my card, gift cards etc. overall I go here all the time and I have never been disappointed. Proud to be a gold card member and absolutely in love with Starbucks

The reason for the 2 star is because: 1) the workers are extremely noisy, unfriendly and not considerate 2) the parkings are crowded and hard to drive around. I came here to study on a Friday morning-afternoon and the workers here acted like it was a zoo. People were dropping and breaking things then laughed over it. My coffee was good but they didn't bother to call for me when it was ready and instead just left it on the counter. The coffee was good just like any other Starbucks coffee I also noticed many other customers who were upset because of the noise level and left instead of enjoying their coffee and pastries. The coworkers were calling each other "lazy" and "not smart" in front of customers. I just thought this was really disrespectful and should not be tolerated at the work place.

I'm not usually one to review chains unless they're exceptionally good or bad. Unfortunately this Starbucks is on the lower end of the scale. Not necessarily because of the customer service or beverages, but the location itself is to be avoided at all costs due to two things - which, in all fairness are no fault of the employees here (though based on other reviews, maybe that's something I should be more concerned with?) First up, there is some kind of issue with the ventilation system in this place. It's always humid, which leads to fogged up windows, musty smells, and uncomfortably thick air inside. Second, the parking lot is some kind of personal hell. To go along with that, of course the Starbucks has a drive-through which is always several cars deep. The drive-through line spills out into the street and snakes down both sides of the parking lot. Heaven help you if you find yourself in this lot during lunchtime because the Chipotle and Noodles & Co traffic is enough to make you lose your mind. Avoid if possible. Head across the street to Barnes & Noble or Target, both of which also have Starbucks. The only catch is that you'll have to get out of your car.

I would give it two stars.... because it is maybe the worst layout drive thru wise ever, but the I have never had issues with the staff or my drink orders so I'll give it 3 stars. Seems to be pretty consistent Starbucks wise as far as drink goes.

I don't know what I would do without this Starbucks near my work. Especially my favorite Starbucks barista, Gio, who puts a smile on my face every day. He is awesome, remembers me, and makes a point to ask how my day is going. He should get a raise!!! The parking is not their fault but it is annoying when someone from the other side of the street cuts you off in the line. Wait your turn, people! There is another Starbucks down the street, but Gio makes this place for me! Exceptional service.

I don't know what happened to this location they had the best customer service in town. After numerous calls to the local store then calls to 800 Bc my drink wasn't made right on a daily basis ( my drink request was non fat, half pumps of syrup and foam instead of whip) the manager told me " why do u keep coming here" Had a drive thru barista roll her eyes at me Bc I asked for a cup of water after I waited inline for 7mins for my drink.

Service was fine but this place needs a bit of a scrub down. I noticed that there were crumbs all over most of the tables and all the surfaces had a slightly sticky feel to them. It wasn't terribly busy so one of the extra baristas should grab a towel and give the tables a quick scrub and then bring out the broom and sweep. Also, the wifi in my iPad kept cutting in and out so not the best service either FYI.

The young woman was coughing into her hand and I asked her to please have someone else serve me. She got someone not sick to pour my coffee, but coughed into her hand came over and grabbed my card and gave me receipt. I looked at her and she gave me a snotty vibe. I'm traveling across country and the last thing I need is to get sick. For some reason she thinks it's acceptable to be sick and serve food and drink to people. 8 people working at the time. There is no need for this woman to be coughing on me. Everyone else working in there except for one are all have hands in pockets chewing the fat. The one I got is coughing all over my credit card and receipt. Entitled little brats. I'm sorry I came in here

Being from Seattle I'm a Starbucks critique. This one was fine, but the barista serving me had a bad attitude, and the other two baristas behind the counter were playing and laughing at each other which made the barista serving me look even worse. My drink was good, made just like Seattle and I guess that's what really matters, but I miss the whole experience to. I'm still on the hunt for a good location. Oh yeah, and the parking lot sucks.

This is a small Starbucks, but great nevertheless: The baristas are super friendly and fast. You can tell they're having a good time while working, but aren't super loud or distracting when you're trying to focus on reading or your computer. Free wifi, and plenty of outlets along the walls for computers. Open until midnight every day! I don't know of too many other places in Omaha that fit this bill. I don't really like to support large corporations when Omaha has several good coffee shops, but if I'm up late and need a place to get some work done and drink coffee, I'll probably stop by here.
