Fastest drive thru !! There were 5 cars ahead of me and it took less than 5 minutes :-). Then I ordered a sandwich and a coffee and BOTH were delicious!! Not to mention the very sweet and helpful service. When I called to say thank you, the shift supervisor said "thanks for calling and making our day.". Seriously love this place.

I love my coffee. I love how Starbucks is always the same for me, hot or iced. What I don't like is the people at some. This particular location has the most Un-friendly workers. I have been to many different ones, and maybe since I am not a "regular" although I do stop in a few times a month, I feel like I am not good enough to drink the coffee here. Oh well. I like the drive up window on the cold days.

So here's the deal: this is a big ass Starbucks with a tight parking lot and quite a bit of demand for their caffeine and sugar laced concoctions. So, prepare to wait for your skinny vanilla latte with whip. Staff is generally cordial if not overly friendly and the drinks are generally OK. All in all, solid but not great.

Very impressed with this specific location! My drive through experience prompted me to write a review today. A young man name Sam was very kind, courteous and professional. During my brief visit he represented the Starbucks brand extremely well. I enjoyed seeing him taking so much pride in his work. Specifically, carefully turning the coffee so that the logo would point out as he handed it too me. Great touch, Sam! You'll go far.

I was here yesterday morning...I love Starbucks and every single one I have been to has offered excellent service in and out of the United states. This one...not so much. I had a rude young lady whose tone was out of line. I ordered one thing and she was so disrespectful. I had to call in while in line and ask to speak to the manager..once I did I am not sure if they were aware as to how disrespected I felt. They gave me a "free" drink but while they finished taking my order at the window the young girl started to get loud and disrespectful with the manager. I know we are all human but this was too much to deal with all in one visit. Fortunately for her the person handing out the drinks closed the window before she finished saying "WELL SHE...!!" I will never entertain the idea of coming to this location. Surprised she was quick to snap at her boss. She was very comfortable in being disrespectful which made me wonder how many times she's done this before.

Love me some Starbucks but this place is so rude!!! They need a lesson in customer service... And the drive through is the worst! Not worth the effort for some 1/2 made beaten down coffee served by people who clearly hate there job.

The drive-through here is always unbelievable since a lot of people work in the area. Strike two, the parking lot is also small so oftentimes there's nowhere to park anyway. Each time I come here I try to make a mental note not to make this mistake again... but give it a couple months and I always seem to forget. At least I can check my morning emails (and draft Yelp reviews) while I wait in line for coffee.

We visit this location every weekend and it's a rare miracle if they get both drinks right. How does a venti caramel macchiato frapuccino with an extra shoot turn into a grande coffee frapuccino? We wait so long in the drive thru, we don't want to wait again and make the people behind us more irritated. From now on, I'll insist they repeat the order, and if it's not right I'll get a manager involved. Sad.

Great coffee as always for a Starbucks. The problem here is too many regulars act like they own the place [I guess they do, to some degree]. Parking is difficult. The drive through backs into the street all the time. Just ridiculous to put up with this for a cup-a-jo. I have also been "cut in" by regulars while waiting to order two times here. That is two times too many. I will not be back to this location, and you fools fighting to park and drive through this location have my best wishes... SEE YA!

Wow , well I feel the staff at this location is great, they're very friendly, service is always very quick, maybe you all should try the double chocolate chip frappucinno, it will change your mind about the staff lol...
