I've been to Red Robin 3-4 times in last several years and the food never stood out to me as being particularly good. That's not to say it was bad, just not very memorable. Not being a big fan of their burgers, I ordered the steak sliders when I went here last week with my in-laws. Like the burgers, the sandwiches were simply mediocre. I'm not real sure why people love this place and how they claim to have gourmet burgers. It isn't bad but it is overpriced and there's so many other better burger places (Burger Star, Tanner's, Friday's, Smashburger, etc) in town.

Considering it was a Friday night, I expected this location to be busier. Nevertheless, the service was excellent. We were seated immediatly and our server, Tanisha, was excellent. She was attentive and knowledgeable. She gave good recommendations and our food came out quickly without mistakes. She checked in on us regularly and kept the bottomless fries coming. Additionally, she didn't hesitate when we had special requests on how we needed our checks. The location was neat and clean with a lot of interesting pieces of artwork and photographs on the wall. When entering the location, don't forget to look down. Right in front of the door, there is a tv embedded in the floor to entertain you while you wait to be seated. There is also a full service bar for anyone who wants to relax with a drink. Great experience here. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

"Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came." It helps that they have great food. Ask for Tanisha; she'll take really good care of you. The menu has the basics they've always had, primarily burgers, and enough other stuff to make choosing hard. Take half of it home so you can save room for dessert. They are completely awesome. So is the bottomless root beer float and unlimited fries.

I went here for dinner with my parents on a Friday night. When we walked inside the place was packed. The hostess told us the wait would be 45 minutes and we decided to tough it out. The wait was probably closer to 35-40 minutes, but this is a popular spot for families with young children, so the waiting area is pretty loud and rambunctious. They sat us in the bar area and it was immediately clear that they were intentionally seating parties without children there, which is a nice touch (even though I don't mind eating around children, especially at a place that is a popular family restaurant). While perusing the drink menu, I saw they had new alcoholic milkshake drinks and decided to try one. I went with the Irish Beer Shake which consisted of Guinness, Jameson Whiskey, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate. It actually sounded a little gross but I was curious. It ended up being delicious. The alcohol flavor was there, but it was mild. For people who aren't feeling quite as adventurous, they also have a wild selection of beer, wine, and cocktails (both regular and fancy). For my meal I ordered the Bonzai Burger (teriyaki glazed burger with pineapple, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise). It is my favorite burger here and has never disappointed. Their burgers are all served with endless fries and they have pretty good fries. This place has consistently good burgers and the service is pretty consistent, as well. It's not the best burger in the world, but it is pretty good for a family oriented burger chain. They also have a ton of options, both for food as well as drinks.

We went there this last Monday, We decided on Patio seating. Our waitress was covered in food all over her clothes and not only spilled part of my daughters drink on her clothing also spilled part of my drink onto my granddaugther's plate of food and it spilled through the table onto my foot which left my shoes and feet sticky, We had ordered the orange cocktail that has whipped cream on top. I don't like to leave bad reviews however our waitress acted as if she didn't even notice. Our appetizer plates and basket was not cleared off the table and neither were any of our empty glasses, I actually had to carry things into the restaurant for myself, it was not busy and we were the only guests on the patio, the patio smelled of bad sewer and just over all it was a very bad experience. My 7 year old granddaughter wants to go back to get a root beer float again sometime but I can't justify spending money to have such poor service.

This is my favorite local Red Robin location. I will always drive here to eat! The service is the best and I have never had a problem with food coming out wrong or anything. I usually ask to have Brad serve me when I dine in. He has the best customer service! He always makes me feel like royalty while I'm there.

I seem to remember that My wife and I used to go to Red Robin before we had kids. I struggle to imagine what could have possessed us to do so. The last few burgers I've had at this location have just been bland. No flavor; no seasoning; no love at all from a burger lover like me! Perhaps it's that Omaha has so many great burger places ... I've been spoiled? Are they doing something different; have they substituted frozen patties where they had been fresh before? I can't be sure. All I know is the last couple burgers I had at Red Robin have being gross. That's sad, I love burgers. I've got what doctors call "a little bit of a weight problem," I know how to eat. But this burger was so bad I left 1/3 of it on the plate. The "crispy" onions were soggy and greasy. I pulled them off, and I fought through hoping the rest would be good. It just wasn't. Yummmm no more.

I have been going to this location for years.. The last handful of times we have visited, I have been less than satisfied. It takes a long time to be greeted by your server. The employees are always eating in a booth right by the front door in their uniforms and are completely obnoxious. I used to work at red robin and it seems that the standards are at it's all time low. The only reason I keep going back is because you always know what you are getting with the good. Always consistant, which is why I gave it a two star rating.

Had lunch here today and got the combo. Chose the new whiskey BBQ chicken wrap which was great! The soup however was a different story. Had the clam chowder which was very bland! I grew up in New England so I'm picky about clam chowder but this wasn't even close. Should have known, clam chowder in a burger joint! Always have had great burgers here though.

This place has an excellent menu selection. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful, and they are very hospitable. Endless fries!

So this is our 3d try at Red Robin in the Omaha metro. This location had excellent service. We asked for a table in the back and the hostess kindly responded. The server was excellent and friendly. We ordered an appetizer, the chips and dip. It was really good ... until about halfway through the dip a hair appeared. YUK! OK, this is the second time I've eaten out in Omaha and found hair in my food. The other time was at Wheatfield's in the Key Lime Pie (which was by the way, horrible). Told the server and the manager came out and we got a different appetizer at no charge. I would think we'd get a free dessert too, or gift card, but no. The burgers were okay, but the buns easily fell apart and were not substantial in density to hold up to the burger. I wish there were a Stella's on the NW or West side!!!

Service is always poor to so so at best. Now that their commercials talk about their burgers and use the word damn and imply the word f*** with it bleeped over, I will never go to their restaurant. I thought this was a family restaurant.

Service was not good. Poorly managed. Food was terrible. My wife and I ate less than half our bugers because they tasted so bad. Paid the full bill and decided right there: Never again.

Some day we may go back but the service was so bad and the place did not cater to kids or families. Yeah the food was worse than the service. Burgers were sloppy and under cooked. My wife sent hers back and it came back burned but still bloody. My son went with a friend for a birthday celebration and they were over an hour late because the service was so bad. Our neighbors used to go there for drinks.. I suspect that may be what this place is for...but I doubt the booze could make the food taste good. Now it may just be this location as my cousins in Washington state swear by RED Robin. I've had worse but when I think of good burgers this is not on my mind.

The whiskey river burger is so good. They have great seasoning and all you can eat fries.

Our family occasionally makes the short trip to Red Robin, usually when a particular craving hits. For my wife and I, it's the chocolate malt (with extra malt), which is served in a tall flute with the extra in the icy steel mixing cup. That makes the whole trip. The burgers are good, and come with endless fries, but I'm not a huge eater so never have a second portion of the fries anyway. The kids' meals are nothing to shout home about; they seem prepackaged and just prepped when ordered.

The food is good. Sandwhiches have good flavor. I like the salads also. I would choose this chain food over many here in Omaha.
