It was very clean and the staff was very friendly! Loved the coffee and the quiet atmosphere.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Omaha. I cannot believe it hasn't had a review yet! Great customer service--the workers know me by name just after just a few times, quick drive through, convenient location. Of course, you can't forget the great drinks! I bring in my nieces here every once in awhile and they absolutely LOVE their dutch chocolate mochas. (I usually get a vanilla latte myself). It's also a great place to work, free WI-FI, a great and calming ambiance. Skip the Starbucks and head to Fox Hollow.

If this were even 10 minutes closer to my house, this would be "my" coffee shop. I wish it were so! There's a Yelp check-in special for coming here that I recommend highly, too. The espresso drinks are well-made and nicely pulled. Even the "light" options are still tasty! Usually I can taste the chemical sweetener and it makes me wanna chuck my beverage out the window, but here? Nope. Not even a little. For my fellow non-dairy fairies... they offer almond milk! Which we all know is worlds better than soy. The 2nd best thing about coming here is the super-friendly service. SO NICE! Gosh. Some of the nicest darn people I have ever met. The #1 best thing about coming here: THEY HAVE HEALTHY SNACK OPTIONS!!!! If you are gluten-free like me, you know that a coffeeshop with anything you actually can/want to eat is hard to find... but they sell all kinds of pre-packaged healthy bars here, and some of their bakery case items are also gluten-free. Peanut butter rice krispy treats? CHECK. Now I wanna go again just thinking about the food. Dang. You should go, too!

Great coffee shop with a very wide variety of flavor choices including craft beer and wine. Props to them for selling me a bottle of wine at the drive-thru! I got a blended pumpkin spice latte and loved it...dare I say more than the Starbucks version? It was more authentic tasting to me. Very friendly service as well. I will definitely be back!

Holy moly this a GOOD latte! I ordered the Raspberry Truffle and it's full of flavor but not syrupy sweet - you can still taste the coffee. (This a shockingly difficult balance for many coffee shops to achieve.) I wish I lived closer!

I would not have tried this place out except for the fact that friend invited me here for a chat, and I do like my coffee shops, otherwise I would not have known it was here. She told me it had a nice atmosphere and was a good place to just chill and she was right. Even though it is smaller than a regular *bucks, it is divided into two areas by a cool fireplace. The back also has a nice patio area where you can watch people travelling along Blondo Street. I was greeted by two young women who were very nice, but had no idea that when I checked into Yelp, I received a coupon for 25% off of a 20 oz. Espresso, which they gladly gave me. I ordered my standard Mocha which was above average. I saw it offers more than just coffee, so when I have more free time I just may come back to see what all they have to offer.

My absolute favorite coffee shop ever!!!! The ghiradeli Carmel mocha is to die for! Definitely a must try in Omaha!

Fox Hollow recently became my choice coffee stop over Scooter's and Starbucks. The first time I went there I mentioned to the girl working that I had just recently moved into the nearby apartments and asked what was good. She proceeded to give me a brief explanation about how they are different (they use Ghirardelli syrups which are DELICIOUS) and asked me questions about what I liked at other places and gave me some great recommendations that I have yet to be disappointed by. She also got me started on a punch card (never would have thought to ask for it) where after so many punches you get a free drink and informed me that since I was a resident at my apartment I was eligible for a small discount. I've been going back ever since because she was so kind. I'm yet to receive a "dud" drink (knock on wood) and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I love the basic hot White Mocha, but when I'm feeling something different the Gold Ribbon Mocha or the Dutch Chocolate Frappe are FANTASTIC (they are very rich drinks, so I like to get them blended). I highly recommend this place to people who enjoy a good coffee/latte/espresso drink.

This has become a fave spot for me -- cozy and different options for seating: tables or comfy over-stuffed chairs. Unfortunately I don't always remember to do a Yelp Check In, tho. Wine, beer and light food choices as well. Always immaculate, which goes a long way with me. Staff are always gracious and cheerful. Even on a morning that I'm tired, their greetings are cheerful! NOTE: This is a great location for getting together for business. Between the WIFI and the cozy, warm venue - it's a little treasure right around 120th and Blondo. Out of the way and the perfect spot for an interview or meeting with a colleague!

Fox Hollow is a nice, cozy, coffee shop located fairly close to where I live. I like going here mid morning to pick up a muffin and coffee. Their lemon muffins are decadent and the coffee is great too.

Fox Hollow gets another star this time. Our barista (whose name I wish I could remember; she was so kind!), after hearing what kind of drink I was in the mood for, made me a special-order iced mocha with ginger. It was wonderful! Not too sweet, but precisely what I would've chosen. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and comfortable, which I appreciate. Would make a great study spot.

Love the decor and I've had good coffee here, but last week the latte I ordered was just horrible - it must was a coffee + creme pour over, because it was just a watery mess. They lost my business unfortunately.

  • Kira N.

When the drinks are made correctly they are good. However, it takes about 5-8 min from when I order to actually getting my drink. I asked for extra shots of espresso and had to send it back, he said he forgot to pour it on. My drink isn't difficult. This place has the right spot and good drink prices, they just need to get their act together. I can't afford to sit in line for 8 min and then wait to have my drink fixed too.

Have only been here a few times. Nice place drinks are good. Service is good. Drive thru is quite random but for the set up it works.

There's plenty of good coffee around nowadays, and even though most days we indulge in home-brewed caffeine stimulation, every once in a while I still like to try new places and stop by other local favorites for that something extra I can't get at home (typically this comes in the form of espresso and steamed milk). This morning's stop by Fox Hollow was such an interesting one that I figured it was time to write my review. Not only did a random stranger in the drive-through pre-pay for my order, but I was also jokingly chastised for using a Starbucks cup. (Hey, any reusable mug is better than none at all...) And I think I can safely say that now Fox Hollow is my second favorite coffee shop in Omaha. I was lured here originally by Daniel and Sarah's reviews. Obviously this place is new because the location used to be a bank pretty recently. Also, FH appears to have some kind of connection to WA since "All Fox Hollow Coffees are roasted in Seattle and shipped to Omaha each week, to ensure the highest quality and freshness." It also appears they have fair trade and organic options as well. But when you get down to the nitty gritty (no pun intended) it's just damn good coffee. The first two times I came I tried both the 'great white pumpkin' latte and their 'pumpkin pie' latte. Today was a truer test as I kept it standard with a lovely skim milk latte. Next time will be the 'make it or break it' final test, but I have every faith that their roasting process will wow me just as much as their lattes have. So if I haven't written an update to this review, it's safe to say that FH is A+ in my book. (Not to mention the fox logo... which I also love.)

  • Seth R.

Delicious coffee, nice and friendly staff, and a great place to hang out for a while and relax. My fav drink is actually their Spiced Chai Latte (way better the Scooters). In the summer I like to get the iced spiced chai. Yum, yum! I would avoid their sandwiches... not the best last time I tried (pre packaged, like one if find in a vending wheel at work) so thus no five star rating. I do love to support local small businesses, if you have checked them out

Most employees will recognize you the 2nd time you go through- which is what brings me back along with the calming atmosphere that makes it great for school work. Maybe not the most inexpensive coffee shop, but prices are still comparable. I think they have a liquor license now just FYI. Will go here any day over Starbucks for a number of reasons.

As a medical student, I have to put in a lot of hours studying every week. I have tried coffee shops all over town. Furthermore, as a coffee enthusiast, I definitely take into account the quality of the coffee and other food and beverages offered. That said, Fox Hollow Coffee has been a breath of fresh air. It seems like a lot of other students study here, but it has never been too loud or so packed I couldn't get a table. There is a gas fireplace in the middle with some comfy, cushy chairs around it, tables large and small, plenty of light, and even outdoor seating. The staff has been exceptionally accommodating and friendly every time I've been there, and I'm there more days than not every week. The coffee is great, and there is a nice selection of pastries and such. If you get there early, there is a doughnut place next door too, and Fox Hollow has no problems with you bringing in some outside food. The Fit Frappe is really good, too. It's about 130 calories and has 20g of protein. You can add a shot of espresso and it's $5.00 total. One interesting thing about Fox Hollow is that they serve alcohol, too. Wine and beers are available for both in-store consumption and off-sale. All in all, I love Fox Hollow and will continue to spend a lot of time here!

I've driven by here a million times but I guess I thought it was for the benefit of the apartment complex it's next to. Reading another review here, I discovered that's not true. So I stopped in today. Thanks to a nice Yelp check-in I got 25% off a 20 oz drink. Off to a good start! I ordered a cafe breve which is essentially a latte using half and half instead of milk. If you've never had one, don't start now .... it's a gateway drug. My drink was quite delicious, although I think I will add another shot of espresso next time. It's already made with three and that's what I'd usually have with 12-16oz. Just a personal preference. I really like this place. The young lady working was very friendly and knowledgeable. As mentioned, it is nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. I'm glad I stopped in and will be back.

I'm very picky about coffee shops and fox hollow wins over all I have tried (many!). Comfortable and cozy atmosphere, quiet music playing and welcoming baristas. A place I can study or catch up with a friend. Drinks are tasty and they always have some creative flavors or are willing to customize. I also really enjoy the music events that often occur on Saturday nights. Makes for a great place to grab a beer or glass of wine and chat with someone without going to a crowded, noiSy bar.

I bit expensive, but most of these coffee specialty places are. We have other places closer where we stay, but the folks here are so kind we keep coming back. If you like fraps, try the very vanilla. Yum!

This coffee shop is warm and cozy inside, with a fireplace and plenty of seating to sit and get your work done with their free wifi. The drinks are fabulous and would please any coffee drinker or smoothie lover. I am not a fan of overly sweet drinks, so I always ask to customize my frappe with less syrup or no whip cream, and the baristas are always responsive and helpful. My favorite things to get are the S'mores Latte, Oreo Frappe, Iced Caramel Latte, and the White Ribbon Mocha! They also make wonderful real fruit smoothies, so this place is not just for coffee lovers! It is a little hard to see from the street as you drive by, but once you know it is there, you will want to come back again and again!

With all of the choices for coffee houses in Omaha, Fox Hollow is the best option over Scooters, Starbucks and the rest. The girls at Fox Hollow are all well trained at making the best drink in town.
