Definitely better experience than last time... in a weird good way... anyway: Chicken Quesadilla -- juicy, perfectly seasoned, the salsa was well-balanced with the natural hot flavor, like a little explosion in my mouth, impressive. Chicken Tenders and Shrimp Popcorn -- shrimp popcorn was as classic as it was described, however, the chicken tenders were a bit hard to chew, and the server forgot to bring us the Honey BBQ sauce we ordered, I was just hesitating whether I should ask for it or not, the server broke a glass near us, we were shocked a bit, but he apologized and said he didn't mean to scare us, so I smiled and handed ketchup to my husband.

This location is pretty hit or miss. Some nights its great, other times its terribad. The last time I came here, I ordered a medium sized boneless basket, and my wife ordered the buffalo wrap, with grilled tenders and blue cheese. It took about an hour for our food to come out, and when it did come out it was obvious it had been made wrong at least once, and rather than remaking it, they scraped the breading off, and added blue cheese on top of the ranch. The time before that our wings came out in about 15 minutes and were okay. The time before that, 45 minutes and they weren't that great. I realize its just a B-Dubs, and I Really shouldn't expect greatness, but I figure consistency isn't too much to ask, is it?

Cleanliness 3 Service 3 Food 4 Likelihood 3 1-5 (5 Best!) 3.3 We had a gift card to use and so five us gathered for a meal. It took some time for the 3-4 hosts to figure out what section we would be sat in. It was almost like it was the first time anyone asked for a table for 6. REALLY! Our server was pleasant, and did a good job for the most part. She did ask if I wanted refills for my iced tea and water before the appetizers came out. (Please don't ask that question, just do it!) Food was hot and as fresh as it can be for freezer to fryer food. The floors were fairly dirty, restrooms smelled like urine, and tables were sticky. OVERALL we are thankful for the gift card we had and take comfort that BWW is not on our list of places we would dine at regularly. I believe this my first trip this year.

I am not a fan of the wings but I went with a friend who recommended a burger so I gave it a shot. Overall, it was better than most and definitely hit the spot. Ranch for the fries is ALWAYS a nice touch and those were well seasoned too. The server was a nice guy but i was busy so it was hit and miss on his presence. The interesting note of the evening - 3 different servers stopped by asking if the order they were carrying went to our table (none did).

I have been to many bww before and love to spend time there. But this particular place is not in one of them. They take thier own time to clean the tables. Food is good.. only complaint is the un pleasant smell in bar.

Service has never really been that good but hey if you want wings and just wings then there you go. It's simply a wing place there isn't really much else to say...

Worse possible service. No service. Waited at table for 10 minutes, no one came. I walked out, passed by Kitchen entry and saw 5+ plus just standing around and talking. Is business that good to ignore the customer

Much better than the BWW on 144th Street by my house. I would probably drive out of the way to go to this one again. Had fantastic service by our waitress Raychel. She made multiple trips back to make sure everything was OK and even recommended some drinks for us. The atmosphere is great and I enjoy the bar area here much more than other BWWs. We watched the state championship football game and had no lack of TVs or cheering fans. Only downside is that the bathroom is at the very front of the building instead of the middle. Drinks were good, shots were good, and food was good. I do enjoy trying different wings when I come here, they do have a very unique selection. Prices on drinks could be better but happy hour is OK. Definitely would come again with some buddies to hang out or watch a game.

Came here to watch the World Cup final. The place was pretty much empty, but we had to wait 10 minutes to get a table (asked for a bar area table but that was forgotten). Again the place was hardly filled and there seemed to be a lot of employees standing around. Our waiter spent most of the time chatting up the girls in a nearby booth. He took our drink order (two ciders on tap) but the drinks didn't come until we reminded him about them. I know this is Sunday afternoon, but this place didn't seem to think our being here was all that important. After visiting, I'm inclined to agree.

Two days ago with Tuesday special, I ordered a to-go box of wings with mango flavor. After open the box at home, it seems they did not add enough flavor sauce on the wings. The wings taste just like thin fried chicken without flavor. Is that the way they want to save money? This place is the worst one out of three locations in Omaha. Go to the other places not this one.

I'm a regular customer of Buffalo Wild Wings. I visit a restaurant about 3-4 times a month. This restaurant is actually one of the worst I have visited. The customer service at this place is very low. The hosts are rude and servers have a very poor attitude. Unfortunately my last visit will stop me from continuing to dine at this location. I had ordered an appetizer from the beginning and didn't get to eat it until my whole order was brought out. Aren't appetizers suppose to come before your order? (Yes, I think so). I didn't even get to see the server until my order was brought out. Which was 20 minutes after ordering. I understand sometimes restaurants run busy and it may take a while to bring out the food but this day was completely dead. I didn't understand why it took so long. And if it could get any worse they spun my wings in the wrong sauce! Like really an extra 13 minutes. Server was completely rude after revealing to her the mistake. She assured me that's what I had ordered. And of course I knew it wasn't so I assured her she was wrong. After giving me an attitude she took the wings back and came back later with the right ones. Didn't see her again until she brought the check. Well, this visit was a complete mistake and yes I would have talked to the manager but I couldn't stand to be there anymore. My mistake. I will just resolve by not visiting this location anymore.

I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a long time. Pizza Hut is better. Heck, quaker steak and lube is wayy better. I had my bf pick up an order for us and when he got it home and I opened it up I wanted to go back to BWW and throw eggs at their store front. How the heck are you able to stay in business?? Such a travesty. I could manage your store with my eyes closed and still do a better job. Word to the unwise... your entre should always be larger than your side. Your food should be made correctly, medium is not mild. Putting garlic sauce on 30% of the wing is just pathetic. You practically burned my 3 year olds taste buds off. A wing the size of a quarter IS NOT A WING, IT IS SCRAP. Charging 17 dollars for 2 kid size meals is a joke. Charging 1 dollar per wing is a joke. I hope you close down.

I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings in Omaha and never really understood why these places were so popular. High prices for substandard food, and expensive drinks. My experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings was my worst experience ever. We waited for over an hour by the time we were seated and our food was served. This place was not busy. Several waitresses tried to give us other people's food, appetizers and desserts. Including the manager himself. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and not even remotely resembling description or pictures on the menu. The only positive thing that came from this experience was the fact that I got to say "I told you so" to my friends.

Came here on a Tuesday for the 40-cent wing deal. The food was how it normally is--greasy, saucy, and hits the spot goood. The nachos were surprisingly good too. True comfort food. I'm giving this place 2 stars though because of its horrendous service. For a restaurant with so many waiters/waitresses etc, there is an appalling lack of attentiveness to the patrons. It was really busy, but you wouldn't think so by the way that all of the wait staff was congregated around the paystation place. Our waitress in particular kept taking my friend's full/half full glass of water away for him...and never coming back with a refill hahah. That was more funny than annoying, but the worst part was at the end of our meal when another one of my friends paid the check with her BWW gift card. After the waitress takes our cards away, she comes back and says one of the checks didn't have a card on it (the one with the gift card). Really?! We would just give you back an empty check?! So we tell her that my friend paid with her gift card, so she goes off and comes back like 10 minutes later saying she "checked the cameras and didn't see any gift card being dropped or anything"....mmhmm sure, lady. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the gift card had around $30 left on it. Furthermore, the waitress said she could give my friend 50% off the check...so not only does she lose $30 but now she has to pay an extra $6?? LOL ok. Long story short, our table and the waitress go back and forth until we finally see the manager about 50 minutes after we finish! My friend has a receipt with the standing balance on the gift card, but she can't get a replacement gift card; instead we got coupons for some wings, which was a nice gesture on the part of the manager. I feel for the waitress in that she doesn't want to get in trouble, but lying to us saying the cameras didn't see my friend put a gift card into the check is just sad; take some responsibility for your mistake.

Horrible service. Ordered take- out and when I arrived to pick it up at the time I was told, I was then notified it would be an additional 30 minutes after the already hour and a half wait. I was not notified on the phone prior to arriving either. Remarkable.

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! Every single time we go it's a disaster, the food is good I'll give them that, but besides that the restaurant is always a complete mess tons of tables left dirty, the service is terrible, managers could care less.

Wow, service last time we went in was extremely rude. I know things get busy and frustrating, but there's no need to complain about us TO us. Your bad night isn't an excuse for bad service, and making excuses for yourself is a good way to minimize your tip. So I've had both really good service and really bad service here. Probably not worth the toss up chance - or I'll ask to avoid the server in question in the future.

Consistent wings that are typically undersauced in my opinion. Especially as good as the sauces are here. The potatoes are pathetically undercooked and as limp as a cooked piece of spaghetti. If you stick with boneless or traditional wings and ask for extra sauce you can't go wrong. My faves are Asian Zing, Wild, Mango Habanero, and Caribbean Jerk. All totally different and flavorful.

I LOVE this place! I have been going to BWW for years and now that I live in San Diego, the closest location is 60 miles away and I realize how much I miss it! They need to open one in SD!!!!! Wingstop is good, but I can't help but love BWW more! The wing flavors are excellent, I can't really eat anything hotter than hot but that's okay! I don't know what I would do if they closed these down in Omaha. I also LOVE the buffalo chips. They are so good when you have all those wings and buffalo chips and your sauce and ketchup and ranch all over your hands! The fries are great too! You can't beat the atmosphere, and it's fun if you want to just have a couple of drinks before you order and play Buzztime! I don't know if I've ever had anything but the wings, but how can you pass them up if you're eating here? Unless of course you're a vegetarian, and then I would have to ask why the hell you are at a place that specializes in CHICKEN wings? BWW is THE BEST!

This location was a huge disappointment to me and it had everything to do with service. I have visited BW3's locations for over a decade since college. I have always loved their variety in both wings and beer. It is usually a great place to watch a game. I had, by far, the worst service I've had in years, about two weeks ago. Our server was either high or hungover but after sitting for 15 minutes with no service, i finally asked if he could help us. I had to repeatedly ask other servers for refills and napkins and to top it off the order was messed up. I didn't tip and won't go back to that location.

Everything about the food and drinks at Buffalo Wild Wings is average. The beer is about the same price as everywhere else. The veggie burger leaves something to be desired. Typically, the veggie burger is a bit over done, and the fries are pretty plain. However, I continue to go to this place because it is fun, and a lot of people like to go there. I don't mind eating an average veggie burger drinking average beer if I am having a good time... and that's the main point of Buffalo Wild Wings. It's one of the few places I can go and play trivia, watch sports, and enjoy a mediocre veggie burger and a Bud Light at the same time. Yep, I'll keep going there, but it's not for the food.

Have you ever been to a restaurant and wondered "Where are all the adult employees?" Buffalo Wild Wings seems to be completely and entirely run by children, as if the guys from Lord of the Flies or Peter Pan decided to open a restaurant. I think this is the main reason that the service is so terrible. As expensive as the wings are here, you'd think they could find some wings aside from a species of midget chickens. On the positive side, they do have free WiFi, good beer specials, and lots of TVs, although if the sporting event you wish to see is on during a Creighton basketball game and that basketball game is not what you want to watch, I'd go somewhere else.
