Driving through on the way back from vacation we decided to get some Micky D's to go. Wow, big mistake to stop here. Here is the list of observations. -The service was slow. I only saw two people. -The place looked dirty as I peered through the drive through window. -The food tasted like it was cooked a little too far in advance as the fries were dry reminded me of chalk. -The bun on the quarter pounder was also stale. -They had to tip the sweet tea pot for the last few drops to try and fill up the cup. It was watered down anyways. - They had old signage up and I was told that burger was no longer available. This experience is unlike any other I have had at this chain. Hopefully someone from corporate or the city checks this place out. Either will be able to provide the necessary constructive feedback that is needed here.

I wish there was a rating lower than one star. This place is gross. Like, really gross, even for a roadside fast food place. Of the six people I saw "working," only one was actually doing anything productive. Stopped here on a long road trip, with very few options around. Go to the Wendy's on the other side of the highway like I wish I had.

Today we stopped by this establishment on our way to Colorado. The place was absolutely trashed! The bathrooms were totally disgusting. Ever single table had trash and/or crumbs on it or under it. There was a pop spilled all over the floor and instead of cleaning up they out a wet floor sign over it. I ordered my food at 5:06 and didn't get served until 5:28. When they called my number I commented to the employee that we had waited over 20 minutes for our food. Her response was "I know." I replied back that a more appropriate answer would have been an apology to which I got a smart aleck "I'm sorry." I also called once we got on the road and the "manager's" response was they couldn't help it because they were short staffed on a holiday weekend. I guess that excuses poor customer service? My recommendation go to Runza.

Go to the next exit! This McD was gross! The bathrooms were filthy with flies everywhere and no soap! The lady taking our order didn't even have a uniform on! There was only 1 gal making our food and the manager came from her cigarette break right to grabbing and bagging food! Thank God for cardboard packaging!

I have been visiting this mcdonalds for years. It never gets better and today I finally had it. Order a two cheeseburger meal. The restaurant was barely busy. It took ten minutes To get our to go order. When we opened the sack in the car the large fries that we paid for was a third full and the cheeseburgers were not up to par. No onion a tiny bit of ketchup. Usually the wait is long and the ice is empty. Done going here.

I was staying at the hotel right across from here I called to see how late they were open and they said 11pm I showed up at 1020 and said the "registers" we're down. But the drive thru was working just fine. I sure they cleaned inside and wanted to go home early.

7-12-15...waited 45m and never did get order. Manager said they were short staffed. Would have appreciated a wait time notice when we ordered.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. very dirty, rude, and slow. Their franchise license should be revoked. Everyone we know has the same terrible experience. on our visit at least a dozen customers were asking for a refund, we waited 30 min for a happy meal, customers were even offering to mop up the soda spill that had been on the floor for at least 40 min while we were there.

Let me preface this by saying that I generally avoid McDonald's, especially in the U.S. However, my fiance needed some wireless as we were traveling cross-country, and we had heard McDonald's was phasing in free wifi. Unfortunately, free wifi has not yet come to Ogallala. Nevertheless, we did order a late breakfast. We are vegetarian, and I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff was. The cashier made sure that our breakfast sandwiches were made meat-free. The coffee and hash browns were meh, but I was pretty happy with my vegetarian McGriddle. I probably won't be passing by again and am not a McDonald's convert, but the experience definitely exceeded my expectations.

So angry with my experience here, had to re-download this app just to leave this review! Upon arriving through the drive through, line was slowly moving and cars were lined up to the back. When we came up to the order screen, person took about a minute to greet us and ask for our order. Ordered a mighty kids meal with nuggets, second mighty kids cheeseburger meal, 10-piece nugget super size meal, hot and spicy sandwich and double cheeseburger. Person proceeded to get the order screwed up, asked if we wanted another mighty kids meal nugget? No, repeated our order once again. After 5 minutes of trying to order our food, no total was given at the end and we finally just pulled up to the first window. Guy at the window made us wait 3 minutes opened the window and gave us no total of how much our order was. Husband just handed him a $20 since we were already agitated. Guy takes our money then proceeds to tell us that there is a screen issue and said "sorry" that takes a regular person to say but this guy had slowed speech? Anyway, turned off our car, waited another 5 minutes for our change for him to corn back and state our change would be at the second window. Our food came promptly after pulling up. But ordering our food and paying took a total of 13 minutes!! Never had such horrible experience at mcd. Then after receiving our receipt guy up charged the mighty kids meals to medium drinks! Get it together, never going to this place again.

We stopped this past Saturday, June 13 for lunch about 12:30. Probably the worst McDonalds experience ever. Extremely slow service and a filthy store. May never stop at any McDonalds again.

Wow, BAD management. Walked in at 3 PM and was not busy. Two customers were at the counter and we're taking a long time, after a few minutes one started yelling about their drive threw order and it turned out the two both received the wrong order threw the drive threw. The person behind the counter had to threaten to call the police and told one customer to leave as he was yelling about the filth in the restaurant and calling the dept of health. The persons working kept explaining they both were new and obviously untrained. The person in front of me left. I ordered two iced teas and my daughter wanted an ice cream, but the machine was broken and even on that ice had to be added behind the counter. First was not enough ice and I could see dirt or something in the ice, so they went to the back to get clean ice. On top of that I was undercharged by about a dollar, but didn't say anything considering. I thing the person knew as the receipt was ripped up and not offered to me. Worst McDonald I have ever experienced. Needs so serious rework.

Manager talking to friend over one register. Other cashier too busy not looking at me to offer to take my order. I was the only customer in the place. I left without ordering. Sorry. Other people actually could use my business.
