I stopped at this Wendy's for the first time in years. I can tell you, it feels a bit dated. The menu options are kind of lackluster and they need a 21st century update, like bad. Everything was pretty bland. The tea machine wouldn't shut off and just kept pouring out. Service was average. The whole restaurant just seemed like it was tired.

Average food. Average service. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's in years and I'm not missing anything. Chicken sandwich was dry. Service was somewhat friendly but not overly and it was pretty slow. I'm still confused about the square hamburgers. Food was also not hot when we got it. Not impressed!!!

Stopped here on the way back to Omaha. Really surprised by the reviews. We had no troubles and staff were really nice and even offered to refill drinks which hardly ever happens at a fast food place. Food was consistant of that to other Wendy's and they even have a combination Coke machine.

This Wendy's was great. The service was extremely fast and incredibly friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Not too much more to ask for.

I would avoid this Wendy's if you can. It needs new management Or ownership if this is a franchise location. When we stopped in: Disinterested employees--the little blonde clerk girl does not acknowledge us at the counter, tells another employee to help us, he tells her that he is busy and she needs to do it. After waiting more than 5 minutes while no one acknowledged us at the counter, the blonde comes over and without apologizing for the delay or even saying hello, begrudgingly takes our order and delivers the food without saying thank you. She just had that angry stare. We get the food back, and open the Caesar Salad and it was old with a number of wilted leaves.

Consistently average food, which is unfortunately the best thing about this place. The staff could not give two craps about acknowledging you, or how fast the food gets to you, or making sure you have everything you ordered before they send you off. I don't think they're intentionally trying to be bad, but it's pretty clear that none of the workers really want to be here.

Horrible service and horrible food. The guy taking the orders kept losing them and the manager on duty was yelling at him in front of customers... Not cool. I should never see anyone being reprimanded when I am waiting to order my food. Since he lost so many orders there were people waiting there for their food for almost 15 minutes. I was getting ready to walk out when they finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered one of the new smothered buffalo chicken sandwiches. Obviously it was thrown together in a matter of seconds since when I opened it, it was dripping with sauce and the whole bun was soaked with the sauce. It was like they dipped the entire sandwich, bun and all. I couldn't even finish it. All in all, it was some of the worst service and food I've experienced in fast food, especially for Wendy's.
