My family and I had dinner here last night. After reading reviews about the bad service others had experienced, I was a little nervous. But our service was amazing. If I'm not mistaking the server was a guy name Clint. The food was good, but not excellent. I will say that I was extremely happy to see that they had a mustard based BBQ sauce, I can't remember the name on the bottle, but you'll know it when you see it (yellow-orange color). I forgot to try the carrot cake :( .

Last night we went to parkers, I had a hankering for an onion blossom and wanted to try a new place. I was a little worried because of the bad reviews. I thought the food was good, better than what I have gotten at famous daves the last two times I went there. The standout from the meal was the sausage, it had great flavor and texture, in fact I'm still thinking about it and May have to go this weekend just to get a plate of that! Service was good, mostly younger but ours did a great job. Manager stopped by to ask how everything was. Over all I thought the experience was great. Only two things that could be improved- one, no music was playing so it was kind of a awkward silence and two slice the brisket don't chop it up. Other then that I would totally eat there again. It seems like people are being pretty rough on this place, for reasons other then food quality. I would say give it a chance and if you don't like it you can blame me!

The service is fantastic-- never an empty drink. The food is amazing, especially the fish (so order it on a platter)! I'd compare it to Famous Dave's, except they have larger portions for a slightly lower price. Great selection of BBQ sauces, one of which changes monthly. It's probably one of the better BBQ restaurants in town.

Food was terrible, worst brisket I have ever had. Could barely cut it with knife and fork. Manager admitted that is an ongoing problem. She still made me pay for half my meal, when I could barely choke down a piece, if that of brisket. Save your self the trouble and just go to Phat Jacks in Belmont!!!

I have eaten at other locations and the food was good and the service was so so. Tonight we went to the new location at 84th and O street. The decor was nice, but the place was so warm and no air circulation. We were seated nearly 30 minutes before our order was taken and another forty five before the food arrived. The food was great, the beer was bad, the service was horrid. To their credit they did recognize how awful the experience was and gave us a discount but in the end the wait staff had to correct the check for over charging three times so i am not sure we really did get a discount. This place has always had the potential to be great in all of there locations as the food is wonderful, but the same problems have plagued them at each space. poor service, disorganization among the staff and a bar that needs .... something i cant quite put my finger on

Horrifically slow service which is unfortunate because the food is good. Waited 45 minutes for food - the manager came and apologized for the wait and offered free dessert, then disappeared and never came with our dessert. Our waitress didn't tell us any food or drink specials, and didn't even mention the option of dessert.
