To start, I've only been through the drive thru here, so I can't give any experiences regarding the staff or conditions inside. But I can say the people working the drive thru window have always been pleasant and had good attitudes. The speed is usually good, but if you get there at a busy time, expect a reasonable wait. I think that pretty much goes for any place when it's busy. Fazoli's currently has $5 lunch special combos that offer a decent portion for the price. Their normally priced dishes give you about the same price to portion ratio - it's nothing fantastic, but you get a proper amount of food for the money you're paying. The food here is fast Italian. When you come to Fazoli's, don't expect higher end restaurant quality Italian. I think they do a good job considering the relatively little amount of time it takes them to get a meal out. Many people rave about the breadsticks, and this location doesn't disappoint if you happen to like them. They're just too greasy for me, but that's a quality all Fazoli's breadsticks share. I've had a few issues with food quality here, but nothing major and it has been infrequent over a number of years. Sometimes the bottom layer of lasagna is overdone and a little rubbery. I've had chicken that was dry and overcooked, sometimes to the point of being inedible, other times just a small amount. But again, those things are the exception here, not the rule. Can you cook better at home, or get better by going to a pricier restaurant? Absolutely. In fact, if you're just going to order something simple like a spaghetti or an alfredo, I do suggest eating at home. A decent quality, store bought sauce and pasta are going to be better than what you get here for very little work. I recommend sticking to the more complicated dishes here, especially the promotional ones they rotate through every month or two. You'll usually find better flavors in those. Overall, the food is average because it's quick, mass produced Italian. It works to satisfy a craving if you're out and looking for something fast, especially if there's a promotional dish you like.

Pasta is meh. Flavorless and unexceptional. Pizza is blah. Breadsticks are pretty yummy. Seems pricey for what you get.

Our experience here was awful. Their so called, "manager," was yelling at the cook to put her hat and apron on. The cook shot back with, "you're technically not my manager so fuck off." Moments later the, "managers," boyfriend showed up and they were making out in the dining area. Very classy. The only person that did a wonderful job and kept it professional was the cashier lady. Also, for the 20 or so minutes we were here the cook and, "manager," we're arguing very loudly off an on. Food was microwaved. All together just eh.

I had never been here before and some reviews weren't too good, but I think people just expected too much from it. The guy at the register did a good job. The food was up to expectations and the breadsticks were really good.

Decent food for a decent price. Always had a fine experience here...never anything extraordinary but never anything awful. It works for a quick Italian/ pasta fix

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
