WOW!!!! Best Brisket Ever!!!! I live in Atlanta and get to lots of Bar B-Q places in the South and Texas (Texas isn't really in the South). The Brisket here has an amazing flavor that leaves you both happy and craving more. The sauces are great and the service is awesome. I will be back.

We found this little gem while waiting for our room to be ready. When we walked in, we could tell we got lucky...the place smells like southern cooking. Not a great place to take a date, but the food was wonderfully traditional, and the soft serve ice cream machine by the drinks station made a great touch.

Driving through Lincoln & decided to stop for some BBQ. I chose this place for the simple reason that it was the only BBQ restaurant open. Had the Westerner with Pulled Pork & Honey Ham. Delicious.

Dickey's is one of our favorite barbeque places. Why? Well, the brisket is average to above average. It is flavorful but doesn't really stand out among a busy BBQ crowd in Lincoln. But the sides is what sets this place apart from others. Most BBQ places offer cole slaw, baked beans, or potato salad. Dickeys offer 20+ different sides which makes our kids happy. Fried Okra, yum! On the downside, it can be crowded and very noisy. Not an ideal place for a quiet sitdown. Free icecream and big pickles? Nice.

This was my first visit to Dickey's. Friendly staff, quick service, hot food, and they do know their BBQ sauce. I was not so hot on the brisket...it was sliced fresh but was very fatty and crumbly (my preference is to be able to tell it is meat and chew a little) otherwise it is like pulled meat...could only eat half before it got me. The place was clean and you could see the food prep (which I like). I really recommend the hot BBQ sauce...nom nom. The fried okra was a fresh treat, nicely done. My sweetie had been there before and it was his second time...he asked to go there for lunch today so he might give a 5. LOL

Not sure why everyone's rating this place so highly. We ate there and were unimpressed -- the beef brisket was ok, but the ham was dry, the beans were watery and not particularly flavorful, and the macaroni and cheese and potato salad were both unremarkable. Phat Jack's is infinitely better.

The service is great, the people who run this business are just as professional as can be. I always get treated good at Dickeys'. Best BBQ in town!

Dickey's is okay if you want to get BBQ and all your other favorite places are closed. The meat is average to me. I don't think there is a lot of flavor. I don't really enjoy the BBQ sauce. They had 3 selections and all of them were very watered down. None of them were spicy like I hoped. They all seemed to have a sweet flavor. In fact, after a while, I couldn't tell the difference between the sauces. They all tasted the same. The atmosphere is good. It is family friendly and there are plenty of interesting decorations. The kids will enjoy the free ice cream.

The owners Brian and Bob were super friendly as were their awesome staff! My husband doesn't eat pork so they substituted the sides that were on the buffet so that he could eat a full meal! The fried okra was literally the best I've ever had! I will for sure come back next time I'm in Lincoln!

This was our first visit to Dickey's. The staff was very friendly and we were served very quickly. Food was hot, flavorful and plentiful considering what we thought to be fairly cheap price. I have to say I didn't expect portions that big. (We got the family pack to go) Interior was very clean and you can watch the food prep from the dining room which is a plus for us. We plan on coming here again.

Knowing how wonderful the barbeque is in Dallas (or Texas, for that matter) and that Dickey's started in Dallas, I was thrilled to see a Dickey's open up in Lincoln! This was my first visit to a Dickey's, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. A wide selection of delicious-looking meats was available and freshly sliced in line when each person ordered food. There are several combination meals including the meat(s) that come with a roll and 2 sides as well as several sandwiches. I thoroughly enjoyed my Polish sausage and liked that there were three choices of homemade barbeque sauce on the bar. One of the most interesting parts of this restaurant is the soft-serve vanilla ice cream machine sitting on the beverage and sauce bar. Everyone gets free unlimited vanilla soft-serve ice cream after their meal!! I have never seen this and thoroughly enjoyed some ice cream after my meal. The entire restaurant, including the bathrooms, was spotless. I would highly recommend you take the opportunity to have genuine Dallas barbeque and try this place if you are in town!

Excellent Texas style BBQ. The briscuit, ribs, chicken and pork were all moist and tender. The level of smoke is not on the heavy side, maybe even a bit light but it is distict and tastes great! The service is good and the sides are good. I had jalapeno beans and they were spicy and seasoned well. I also had the fried okra which was good as well. My wife had the cole slaw and would not let me have any - so she enjoyed it. All in all and excellent BBQ jount. I recommend and I will be back next time I am in town.

The Texas Style Beef Brisket is amazing, and the onion tanglers make me happy to live in a world where such things exist. Pricing is okay. I also recommend the Pork Baked Potato with tanglers. Amazing, but make sure you ask for sour cream.

My wife and I LOVE going to Dickey's! I usually get the rib plate or the 2 meat place, and my wife loves the beef brisket. Not only are the meats good, but you get your choice from a lot of side items to go along with your meal. Combine that with a big yellow cup of sweet tea and an ice cream cone, and you're doing alright! We go there regularly and Will, the owner, is a great guy!
