I had a very nice waitress named Elizabeth. She was great, had a smile on the whole time, & seemed friendly. I only gave 3 stars because the whole reason I came here was for salmon & they were out of it. :(

Management..please teach your waitresses if they want to put the left overs in a take home box .to put everything in the box. Including the cocktail sauce. I was to busy talking with the people I was with that I forgot to check my take home container. Nothing so annoying as getting home and having left over shrimp to eat without the cocktail sauce. I have learned my lesson. Don't let the waitress box your food up. They don't put everything in it. This has happened more than once to me. Otherwise the food was good.

Restaurant has a fresh, new clean look. Love the new look. Food was excellent. Service was excellent plus. Even threw in extra biscuits. Left very happy & full.

Coconut shrimp, green beans, Caesar salad, and biscuits were all excellent. Calamari and vegetables are my favorite at another location but here they were somewhat soggy and the vegetables a little mushy. Our table smelled uncomfortably of cleaning solution when we arrived but the smell was gone before we finished our meal. Our waitress was great. It was a busy night with a full house of holiday travelers.

Great service. From the manager who seated us to Gunner our server they were excellent. Food was prompt, hot and delicious. Soup was piping hot and hit the spot even though it was 80 degrees outside. I've always loved their cheddar biscuits and they did not disappoint. The place was clean a little small but cozy. I would go back for sure if in the area again.

the cheese biscuits at red lobster are considered a delicacy among members of my family. something we can all agree tastes delicious. even my littlest brother, who, at eleven years old will still only eat the following things: -chicken nuggets -french fries -tortillas -crackers (plain, such as ritz) -nutella -a few fruits (apples, bananas, mangoes) -a few vegetables (broccoli florets, that's all i can think of, actually) -cereal, sans milk -any and all sweets those biscuits are really something else. the rest of the menu is pretty standard chain fare, as to be expected.
