I came in today for lunch, and can I just tell you how awesome Katie is!? I've never eaten here before, so I asked for her recommendation. I ended up getting the bacon ranch wrap and a Pear Woodchuck Hard Cider. There wasn't too much ranch, it came super quick, and I'm now STUFFED. Their beer selection is off the chain, and they have great drink specials at night. We've been here almost every night we've been here. I love this place!

My husband and I like to go to Rival's because it is in our neighborhood. Marcy is a top notch manager and the staff treats us like friends. Their wings, steak, and chicken sandwiches are my favorites; my husband loves the burgers and waffle fries. They have Keno with a live caller, which is fun. Finally, it's interesting to see all the different ball teams who stop by there after games at Smith Softball Complex. If you go there to relax, like we do, it's a really great place to hang out.

Service and food sucked. Wish I remembered our waitress name cause I would put her on blast here. Not a busy night, lots of open tables but the service from our waitress and kitchen were horrible. Ordered a salad and it came after our meal. I will never go back nor recommend this place.

I hate to give bad reviews, but this place is truly terrible. Our poor waitress was so kind and genuinely felt awful about our experience. We waited well over an hour for two cold sandwiches....then they weren't even what we ordered. She didn't charge us for one of the sandwiches, but her manager didn't seem to care at all about the wellbeing of the waitresses or the guests experience. He walked out, shrugged and discounted the food...then back to the kitchen. The owners would be prudent to improve on the management situation.

The quality of the food is great! I'v had the pizza, wings, chicken strips and grilled chicken. The atmosphere can be fun. I will say the service can be better but when can't it. I have no problem waiting for my food as long as its hot and taste good. They do have a great beer selection.

Absolutely terrible! Waiting for an hour for our food and the order wasn't even right. Our server was a college girl with a bad attitude. She came by our table three times in two hours. Skip on this place every time!

I say with Rivals it is a hit or miss. I gave it a 3 stars because some nights it is 5 others it is 1. Rivals can be a fun place during football season but that is all I can say.

I love going to rivals mostly during football season. I would go all the time with a group after our home football games and we would go there again to watch the pro games on their TV's. Their wings are what I would usually go with and if I didn't get that it would be the chicken strips, both of which I love!! Their burgers are also popular and very tasty! They have OK service, I have only had one bad server who I think they got rid of, but other than that, they split your check no problem. And if there is a problem they take care of it and make sure your happy

This place is a joke. Went there last night & waited 2+ hours for nachos & fried pickles. They ding bat brought the nachos out with no meat, then said they'd take them off the bill-but then they forgot that too. Other tables were waiting longer too. We had to go up to the bar to get our drinks because the waitress didn't want to come by the table & have to explain why the kitchen retards were so messed up. I'll never set foot in this shithole again & you should thank me for letting you know.
