Karray's Cafe is hidden in plain sight - just a little spot among various shops in Bellevue, but it is definitely a spot worth trying out. My husband and I stopped by for breakfast and were both very happy with our meals. The prices are low and the food is really tasty - just simple, down home goodness. The staff was really nice and the place is really clean... Including the bathroom. That's important. :) I will definitely go there again. It's quaint, it's clean, it's well-priced, and the food is tasty... why the hell not?

I ordered the biscuits and gravy. They were pretty good. They would have been better if the biscuits were soft and fluffy, not crunchy. My husband got the steak and eggs and was very upset! The steak had gristle in every bite. He also complained about it having no flavor at all and not being able to eat it with all the gristle. I don't think we'll be going back.

The kids and I went there on Saturday, and we all enjoyed it. The decor is a little sparse and it has no booths...bummer. The three waitresses on duty were friendly and stopped to talk to us. The food all came out very hot and quickly. My skillet dish was extremely lacking in salt, and so were my son's fries (he didn't care but I did when I stole some of his fries...I'm pretty sure there was absolutely no salt on them). The scrambled eggs were cooked pretty well done and brown, which is actuallly how I prefer them, but those who like fluffy wet eggs might not like them.

It was a little chilly in the restaurant but the food was hot and fast. Biscuits and gravy were great and the fries are amazing. Blt had too much bacon but it's way better then not enough. Server was fast and fun and the total was cheaper then the same food at village inn. Overall great experience!

It took 40 mins for food to come out. I had to ask the waitress for our food and it finally came out... still 40 minutes!! The decor was cold... both in appearance and temperature. Looked like this place was a temporary restaurant... not a cozy feel. Coffee was so weak, I could read a newspaper through it. I had steak eggs and hashbrown... was extremely bland!! Drenched it in ketchup, hot sauce and steak sauce... and it still didn't do the trick. The chicken strips were over cooked with a burnt flavor. Fries were burnt. BLT with egg was just ok but eggs were cooked all the way

Went in for breakfast. First off my waitress spent more time checking her phone than tending to customers. She was polite but very inattentive. A nice lady who I presume works there and was sitting a few tables away got up and refilled my coffee. The only refill I got by the way. If the food was amazing I could overlook bad service. But the food was just ok, nothing great or even above average. I think I'll go elsewhere in the future.

If you want good pancakes, made with real buttermilk-- and my goodness you can tell its the real thing. Head on over. I hope they hammer on this dish and start advertising just their pancakes vs all of the extra written stuff they have on their windows and "specials" (or what I'd like to call "distractions"). Their pancakes are amazing, both me and my boyfriend agreed-- if nothing else, we'd come back for the pancakes alone. Other than that, the service was good, coffee decent, and the facilities clean. I wish their hashbrowns were better-- but like I said those yummy pancakes more than made up for their dishes that lacked. Yes the do take cards, and parking is very easy. Oh it's a sit down restaurant- comparable with Village Inn, Denny's, IHOP, etc as far as price and variety.

I thought I'd give it a try because I was thinking it's kinda hard to mess up breakfast. The service was sooo slow and was hoping the meal would be worth the wait. After the long wait, our meals were not even served hot.

Great little place for breakfast or brunch. Good friendly service and if you are a regular...I think they know your name. Our waitress had a good sense of humor and was a hoot. We enjoyed the omelette's (choose your ingredients), biscuits and sausage gravy, and french toast. Nothing fancy, just a small cafe, but worth the effort to try especially if you are in the area.

Frozen Hash-browns chewy. Gravy, corned beef hash from can. Coffee is average. No real butter. Pancakes pasty. Country steak pasty. Best thing is Tex-Mex scramble. Not our favorite.

A - OK. Decent food at decent prices and friendly staff. We went in twice during the weekend of our daughter's wedding, both times with a large group and both times they were well able to manage the crowd very well. The food all came out together and was hot (quite an accomplishment with so many people). The meals were just fine, nothing too exciting but certainly decent breakfasts. The staff was friendly and chatty, especially when we went back the day after the wedding.
