I've been to this location a few times and think I'll steer clear from now on. I always order the grilled nuggets (sometimes they're slimy, sometimes they're good) and a side salad (always fresh). My kids typically get the classic nuggets (sometimes soggy, sometimes crisp) and waffle fries (same as the nuggets). So the food is a hit or a miss depending on the day. The real kicker for me was the bad customer service at my last visit though - I ordered a frosted lemonade and when our food came the lemonade was missing. I went back up to the register to get it and the lady asked to see my receipt. So I went and got my receipt and she noted that I was charged for a lemonade and not a frosted lemonade. She then told me she'd get me a lemonade. I reiterated that I'd ordered a frosted lemonade and so she charged me the difference. Really? When I got back to my table I realized I had been given classic nuggets instead of grilled and one look at my receipt showed that I'd been charged for classic. Since grilled are a little more expensive I just let it go. I didn't feel like having the manager look at me again like I lied about what I ordered to save $.50.

This is always a safe bet for me. Great customer service, happy employees, and great food. I travel often, but if I see a chic-fil-a I have to swing by. This location did not disappoint and I'll definitely be back again this week.

We often get the breakfast burrito with chicken. Tasty & more healthy than sausage. It comes with a decent salsa pack that is not too spicy. Waffle fries or little taters make a side if you like. If you are over 60 be sure to order Senior Coffee, it is free! All of the people at Chick-fil-A are very friendly. We leave feeling like we were at a friends house.

This location has a LOT of traffic. They have 2 lanes open during the lunch rush and crank cars through pretty quickly. Their customer service has always been spot on and friendly. My newest obsession is the Frosted Lemonade, it's basically a lemonade and vanilla ice cream mash up....YUM! Of course you can't really go wrong w/ a chick fil a sandwich, waffle fries or cole slaw either. Overall this location has provided consistent service and good experiences. They have an indoor playground for kiddos which is nice as well. Overall good location, good service.

The family loves Chick Fil A and the food is always good, but this review is not about the food, but rather about the Manager's attention to service. The family had gone to Chick Fil A for dinner and I was on crutches with a broken foot - moving pretty slow - but as soon as I got into the door - the manager came immediately over and told the family to sit down and get off my foot and he would send someone out to take my order - GREAT. The place was busy, but a young man came straight to our table, took our order, got our drinks and delivered our food quickly and came back to check on us and to refill drinks several times. The manager was very aware of what was going on in the store and took care of his customer. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Food was good as always. This is the way you build a loyal customer - We will be back.

The place was very busy. There were 6 cars in Drive Thru as I entered into the establishment. 2 families were in front of me. Despite being very busy, the place was very clean. I placed my order and received it within 4 minutes. I had the chicken club sandwich. It tasted pretty good. My only complaint about this visit was the temperature of the dining area. It was very cold!

I have had Chick Fil A numerous times on my travels and have been waiting for one to come to Nebraska. I took my family there for the first time and they LOVED it. The nuggets, strips, and waffle fries were a HUGE hit. Though the nuggets and strips are smaller than competitors they are flavorful. The Chick Fil A sauce was a family favorite. I finished the meal with a half dozen of their chocolate chip cookies. They were still warm and melted in our hands. Delicious. As we were leaving (we ate there for lunch) my son points to his cup and says where are we eating for supper? Using the jedi mind trick perhaps? Now a note about the service. Chick Fil A's consistently have the most courteous and polite employees. This one was no different. Not only was the casheir helpful, but they have roaming employees asking if you need your drinks refilled. They are courteous, say please, thank you, yes sir, yes ma'am. I can think of NO other fast food restaurant where they do that. The only negative is that they aren't open on Sunday. But is that a negative? I guess not in my book. They have a corporate philosphy that is biblically centered and they adhere to it. I can respect that. I will just have to get my Chick Fil A fix on the other 6 days of the week.

Our sons love this restaurant! Friendly atmosphere! You never have to ask for a refill of your beverage, the staff will come to you and ask if you need anything and will gladly refill your drink! Hands down the best restaurant in Nebraska! They even offer a military discount at the cornhusker location! :)

I've heard rave reviews of Chick-fil-A's sandwiches and every time I pass this one the parking lot is packed and the drive-through line encircles the place 360 degrees. Eventually, foodie curiosity won out over distaste for politics and I decided to at least stop in once and see what the fuss was about. To be honest, I still don't know. On a recommendation, I got the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack. I was pleased that the lettuce was fresh-looking green leaf and not iceberg, but I didn't care much for the chicken itself, which seemed a bit overcooked around the edges. The bun was rather thin and crumbly and it fell apart as I was eating the sandwich, which impressed me even less than the chicken. The fries were okay, but nothing to brag about (I prefer Runza's) and the lemonade tasted slightly watered down. I will say that the service was exceptionally polite and helpful, especially for fast food, but in between the mediocre food and the lingering eau de homophobe I feel disinclined to give the place a second chance.

It's a breaded chicken breast sandwich that tastes more like it was made with a home made breaded chicken breast than fast food chicken patty. The first time I tried it the Spicy chicken sandwich was too spicy for my taste and had a strange after taste when eaten really hot. When it was warm hot the after taste went away. The fries were good, but they don't salt them. Tried it again because they sent me a free coupon. The sandwich was slightly over cooked, the exterior a little too crunchy. The regular chicken sandwich I got was better than the spicy. But, it smelled kind of like ham, which is strange to me. I've heard rave reviews about this place. But, to me it's just okay. If you're a regular fast food eater, it's probably better than a lot of what you eat. I do not eat fast food with any regularity, so I'm probably comparing it to the food I normally eat and compared to that, it's just okay food.
