Can never go wrong with the salad bar. Spring rolls are great also. General manager is one of the best ive seen around,

I had the Chicken Fresco and it was very good as usual. I sat at the bar, which this time was a mistake, while the bartender was great, having to listen to loud music from the dishwashing area? Double doors each time they opened a louder blast of music was released. The kitchen was quiet. No one in management was even phased by the loud music. The music was annoying, management did nothing about it, but dinner and service were good.

Awful, poor service and food. Steer clear of chicken strips as the oil is very old, they smelled and tasted of fish! We've no plans of ever going again!

I usually stop in here for lunch because they have a good salad bar and I can be in and out pretty quick. Had dinner there last night though and it was pretty lackluster. Ribs were decent but everything else was cold and tasted like it was microwaved. A few plates from our order had to be sent back. Salad bar was still fresh but didn't make up for the rest of the meal. Long story short, stick to a lunch visit!

Just recently went here and it was the best experience that I have had at a restaurant! I called the manager two days in advanced because I was hosting a going away dinner with a group of 16 people. Danielle made this process so much easier and we were able to get seated as soon as we arrived and Brittanie, our waitress, was phenomenal! They really accommodated us and made sure that we were taken care of! The food was very good and was received it fairly quickly! I would definitely recommend that if you're looking for good food with great service to give this place a try!

The 4 star rating is a reflection of my experience thus far while in the area of Minot. I normally try to avoid box restaurants but I'd been striking out on either quality of food, service, or both. I agree with a previous comment regarding the best service in Minot, I've not eaten everywhere in the area yet, but the service was very good. The food was good, the steak came out a perfect medium rare, the cut was good, not all gristly, and the vegetables were nicely blanched. I would eat here again; I really hope to find the perfect hole-in-the-wall steakhouse that reflects ND's quality of meats and farm grown foods.

The very first time we went to Ruby Tuesday's in Minot it was amazing it even 5 stars!.. We have been back since... about 3 more times and the customer service and food quality has greatly diminished. We usually order ribs and the last 3 times they were darn near close to all bone. 14.99 for a half meatless rack with burnt mac n cheese, no thanks I'll be taking my date nights elsewhere.

The Bismarck ruby Tuesday Their menu is quite good ,maybe a little on the pricey side for the value .The salmon is usually exceptional.I would stay away from the salad bar the sanitary conditions are exceptionally poor . A visit from the state health department would be recommended let's hope the kitchen environment is better. The dining environment could be greatly improved by lowering the volume of the background music. After all it's a family restaurant not a disco bar. I came to eat and have a friendly conversation not to dance.

December 20, 2011 Tuesday - lunch 12:15 PM 2 adults Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 4 stars Background - A Ruby Tuesday is a Ruby Tuesday they just vary in size, same feel no matter where you are in the country. Atmosphere - For a chain restaurant it gives off a more formal setting than most. We sat at a table for two but it was crowded. My legs were hitting the center poll of the table, if there was two more inches between the poll and me it would have been more comfortable. Food Appetizer - The salad bar came with my meal. I really liked how they had several bowls of different types of lettuce. I was so looking forward to those Pumpernickel croutons, but the centers of them were chewy. What a weird sensation when you are expecting a good crunch. Main Course - I went with lunch menu Turkey Sliders. You only get two for the lunch with a side of French fries. The turkey patty was thin and seasoned like a morning breakfast patty. I loved that, it was not trying to be a hamburger substitute. What was strange was the slider buns were still connected when they were served to me. The tomatoes were nice and juicy. I should have replaced the mayo with mustard for a healthier choice. Dessert - Skipping it as it is lunch. Service - Seems like I have been commenting a lot about cutlery lately. One of my forks had a large dried on piece of "food" on it. I placed on the edge of the table where it sat until I put it on the plate I just finished from the sliders which went on top of my salad plate. When you order a salad bar the staff should tell you how it works, some places they deliver you the plate, while other have the plate waiting for you at the bar. No comment from our waitress but the person I was with has been there a few times and new the routine. I do not go enough to Ruby Tuesday to know that. Before we finish half of our salads the lunch had arrived. So the service is speedy for those who need to rush back to work. Future - probably.

Today was probably our last time here for awhile, the service was so so it was like it was out of there way to serve us, they seemed a bit rude today !! The salad bar was not very fresh, maybe because we went right after lunch. I don't think the employees should hang around a table in view of the customers, may go to the back etc.

Love the salad bar! By far the best in town. Got my free cupcake for my birthday :) steaks were cooked perfect. Not many places offer spaghetti squash as a side dish. Makes choosing healthy choices an easy decision.

I feel like I'm in an Alfred Hitchcock movie when I walk in the doors here. The first time, I just thought it was a fluke to only be reassured on my 2nd visit what I found out my first visit. This place sucks. I clearly have no idea how or why this place is still in business. No one here likes their job! The hostess at the door, you have to be kidding me right? I could have kicked her in the back of her head and it wouldn't have phased her. She was so cranky and clearly needed to take a break for a cup of coffee or something. She picked up the menus and just walked away, I didn't know if we should follow or not, but glad that we did because I'm sure she would have cussed us out if she had to walk back to get us. Our waitress...c'mon, I can do better than that, and I've never been a waitress before. I stupidly ordered the Mac N Cheese for my 9 month old daughter, which was so over buttered I felt it clogging up my veins and I only took one bite. My husbands empty water glass sat there for like ever! I don't care how good the salad bar is, if it's messy, its disgusting. Someone needs to clean that up! I really wish I could find something nice about this place, but I just can't.
