Today is Wednesday and we came to Fudruckers around 8:30pm. Majority of the tables in the restaurant were closed with the chairs on top of them but they were still open so we figured we'd give them a try. When asking the girl behind the counter if they were still open, we got a response of something along the lines of "yeah they changed the time that we closed to 9:30pm because we aren't making enough money." Okay....? So we ordered our 2 burgers and wedges , drinks, and chips and queso. (Which if you order chips and queso, get the queso on the side, because they smother it on top of the chips which in turn causes the chips to turn soggy very quickly). $30 for everything. Okay. A little pricy, but whatever. After a situation with how the girl pressed the cash button on her computer, we sit down at one of the open tables, keep in mind, half of the tables have chairs on them and the tables at the booths are set on their sides, so you can't sit there. And one of the employees is vacuuming. An hour before they close. As we're waiting on our food, we notice a VERY OBVIOUS drug deal go down by the coke machines. Random guy walks in the restaurant, cook walks out of the kitchen, they handshake, and the random guy walks out of the restaurant. Okay. You'd think he'd at least hook him up with some free wedges or something at least... Anyway, we get our burgers and finish our meal as they guy continues to vacuum around us. The food is good. Minus the fact that the mustard comes out as a liquid, almost as if they're putting water in with the mustard so that they don't need to change out to new mustard. I understand that as a new restaurant that isn't "making any money", money needs to be used to make it a more profitable place, but maybe have less kitchen staff working so late at night when you're not too busy (because they were just standing around talking anyways), or work on your customer service a little better, so that people will actually continue to eat at your business. This place has so much potential, like I said, the food was good, everything else just needs a little work. We will definitely give it another try. I just hope the managers read this review so they can improve.

Stopped-in late in the evening because it was walking distance from a hotel I was staying at, and I wanted a beer and a bite to eat. It was a sad place in August; only a couple of other people around. The bar area was empty. The plain burger I had was forgettable. The bartender was a nice enough woman, but casual conversation revealed she was eager to get out of Minot. The whole feel of the place was like it was out of some "B" movie. You cannot blame the feel of a place on the restaurant, but it all just made me want to hurry-up and finish my meal and leave.

Thought I would visit this brand new store. I walked in and what a nice place, well the store is, staff different story. i stood there waiting, no acknowledgement at all, both people looked at me, I turned and went in the back, the other off another merry way. Obviously if simple customer greeting is difficult imagine cooking food. I just turned and left other businesses like customers and know how to great them.

Fuddruckers is an awesome burger joint in general this place does seem a bit more expensive than the others. Burger was amazing and hold up to their standards. Also got a strawberry milkshake and it wasn't as good. It could compare to a Burger King milkshake. Fries were cooked differently as well. This place is still new so I give them the benefit of the doubt and some time to work out their kinks. I would still return and love this place

I mean it when I say I will never come back here and will plea for everyone to avoid this establishment. My son fell in love with Fuddrucker's in Williston, ND when we went there once last year. We decided to end a fun day in Minot with a favorite place to eat. -little did we know- ... The staff all but ignored us when we approached the counter to order after waiting in an awkward line that blocks the entry door. After finally being "helped" (by a snooty teenage girl) we shooed off to the drink counter where my wife found the iced tea was out. She politely asked if there was any way they could brew some more....when she was answered by "I'll brew some in a while." My son wanted to sit in the separated room where the video game machines were located, but we quickly found out that it was completely packed with loitering teenagers and other young adults. This might be the worst dining experience I've ever had, and a terrible dining atmosphere....feels like a high school lunch cafeteria. Never again.

An odd eatery. Everyone lines up as you walk into the place. Congested and poorly designed. Feels like one is eating in a bowling alley, with the long open room, cheap feeling carpet and an atmosphere that is anything but cozy. I found the prices high. the beef was good except for my last bite which contained grizzle. The fries are wedged and are different. I find it hard to believe that in this day and age anyone can handle the condiments and the serving utensils that are left out and unsupervised. Went once, won't likely be back anytime soon.

Dissapointed by this Fudruckers. All the burgers were ordered medium and came out very over done. My daughters hot dog was burned black to the point I am surprised they let it leave the kitchen. They replaced the hot dog after I complained. I may give them a second chance because I loved the restaurant back in illinois.

This burger joint is probably the best burger place in Minot, which isn't saying much. So far Fuddruckers is a great place with quality food and good customer service. But like all new restaurants in Minot, eventually the quality of food customer service will go down ( i.e. Longhorn Steakhouse, Five Guys, Dickey's, etc...). Hopefully Fuddruckers can maintain their service through time, if not it will just be among the many low quality restaurant in Minot, ND.

Great family environment with the arcade providing great entertainment for kids. Very spacious layout and large screen TVs make for a cosy eating environment. I was however not too pleased with my meal which wasn't warm enough to my liking. I asked for my patty to be well done but it was pink in the center. Service is friendly with low lead time. Menu is far pricier compared to similar eateries.

Good food but a little pricy for burgers ($30 for two burgers fries and soda). The food came out fast and it's really good burgers, but they need to do something about the flies in the dining room. I'll give them 5 stars if the flies go away. I'll definitely eat here again, it will probably be to go next time though.

I have been to quite a few Fuddruckers in my life. They never did have the most amazing food but it always was a good experience. But this time... Not so much. First off they were advertising the Autumn Turkey burger... Blam a picture of it right in my face as soon as I walk in. It looked delish and I couldn't wit to devour it. As I was ordering the cashier said we don't have any ready, they need to defrost... I was just about to order something else and she changes her mind and says they actually are ready... So I went on to order it.... We got our shake in about 5 minutes and about 40 minutes later our meal is finally ready. My "autumn" butger was just a turkey burger org Swiss on top. After waiting so long, I was already angry. I reported to the guy t the counter that I ordered a Autumn burger and that there was suppose to be blue cheese and a apple cranberry chutney on it... He looked at me dumbfounded and a lady behind the counter said to him "we don't have the autumn burger stuff." About a minute later as I stood there in an awkward silence, that same lady said "I can take your burger and make it an autumn burger." She brought it to the back and came back with some dried cranberries and almonds slapped on top of it. I said "it's suppose to have blue cheese, and what is that? It look like you just threw some stuff on it?" I was furious but just asked for a refund. And I even said please! The manager gave me my refund and didn't not apologize, he didn't try and fix the order he just said "here's your refund." I went back to my family at the table and ate a chicken tender from my daughters plate. About 10 minutes after I received my refund with no apology the manager came to our table and gave us 2 free combo cards. A nice gesture but still no real apology or fix for my oh so horrible experience.
